Perfect place for a couple or solo. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Great location. Walk everywhere. Extremely comfortable bed. I give this a 5star+.

I wish there was a dresser to put clothes in. There was only 1 hand towel for the kitchen as well as only 1 glass for drinks, other than coffees mugs. There was not enough pillows to accommodate all five of us comfortably. Also, the kitchen has a cabinet handle that is not fully attached. Lastly, the lanai was a bit deceiving in the pictures posted. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our vacation in Oahu and this apartment was more then expected, the location as amazing easy walk to Waikiki beach and many restaurants and bars. Parking is in the same building and affordable compared to some other parking garage's. The host was fantastic and replied to my messages ASAP. I would definitely book again.

Location:
I love the location! It looks over the Marina and the Ocean. It’s right at the beginning of Waikiki Beach yet walking distance to all your shopping needs. Next door is a Red Lobster and Below is the Chart House and the Harbor Pub. (great Pizza btw.) There’s also a car rental just around the bend.
The Condo:
What I love about this place is that you can relax and enjoy your stay. Especially if you are traveling with kids. You’re not all worried that “the kids can’t move or they might break something or dirty that white carpet!” It’s nicely decorated with accents of a calming blue so you can relax and enjoy your stay.
The only set back I had was that I gave the bedroom to my daughter and her husband. My grandson slept great on the single fold out bed and I took the pull out couch.
Being that I’m older I found it a bit uncomfortable but the Hosts were so kind and attentive to my needs. They brought me 2 thick comforters which really helped. When they found out that at the last minute my 2 grandkids were coming , they bought 2 new boogie boards and sand toys.
You definitely will find the “Spirit of Aloha” if you stay at this Condo.

This was a great condo right on the marina. Short walk to the beach. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Everything was great - plenty of beach towels, chairs, cooler available.

Excellent central location with lovely Marina views, breeze, shade and cool in the warm morning, nice sunset. Easy walk into both Waikiki and Ala Moana Park and shopping center. Mahalo

Location, location, location! This condo is in a prime spot on Waikiki allowing easy access to Duke’s Lagoon and the beach! A beautiful view of the harbor right out your patio window with a priceless sunset view and Hilton’s Friday night firework shows!! The beds were super comfortable! Our kids slept on all of the pull outs and they said they felt like real beds. We cooked several breakfasts and lunches in the condo to save on meal costs and it worked great! ABC store is within walking distance and you can get most everything you need there, we did a Walmart delivery the day we arrived and it worked perfectly and our groceries were brought right to the condo door! Keep in mind that the laundry is on the 8th floor so not in the condo, we didn’t want to take the time out of our vacation to sit up there so we did not check that out, but keep in mind that it is available. All in all, great space for the amount of time that you are in your condo and usable for what you need while there. Thanks, Reny!

Very fast communication, allowed us to check in a little early which helped a lot traveling with our 3 kids. Teenage kids stayed on the pull out beds and they said they were really comfortable! We loved the location, lots of things easily walkable and a great view of the marina! We took a boat cruise from right downstairs. Would stay here again!

We were looking for a property close to the water that was not overly expensive as we had spent 6 days in Maui prior. The room was as expected. The unit was tight for 5 but not bad for two nights since we were out most of the time. Over all, pretty quiet although there was some major screaming going on a couple of doors down when we first arrived but it was pretty quiet after that. Lock on sliding door needs repair.
4.8
The condo overall is in good condition, the price is fair and daily parking rate is reasonable, just need to buy a weekly or 5 day car pass if staying a week long as you will need to insert the ticket every time you are in and out. Cleanliness: overall is good, carpet was not very clean and I say that because we have a crawling infant. The laundry facility is on the 8th floor, owner is nice and left ample of beach towels, flippers for swimming, high chair and bassinet for our kiddo. That was very nice of him. The communication with the owner Remy was very smooth and he is very courteous and tries to accommodate you and answers questions pretty quickly.
The con: the area by the harbor is beautiful but attracts number of homeless people and multiple nights we heard screaming homeless lady during and it disrupted my sleep a bunch. Other than that it was great esp if you have a small picky eater kid and need to cook occasionally. Our last two days we stayed at Hilton and compare to hotel, this place has twice as cheaper parking, much more roomy and daily rent is very reasonable. Overall, I would recommend this place.

You can't beat this location. My family and I had a fantastic time! Hosts were very communicative and helpful. We will dedicate come back!

This condo was perfect for a family on the go. We looked forever for a condo or a hotel before settling on this one. Close to everything. Walking to the Marina activities or the beach within minutes. Air conditioned. Pullout beds were okay for the kids. Honestly nothing I would wish to sleep on long term, but kids are good! Good size kitchen. Can watch the sunset from the balcony (depending on time of year I would guess). One bummer was being above the restaurant and karaoke going late into the night (10 pm?) okay for those up and going, we were settled in for the night.
Overall I would stay here again. Check in and out was quick and easy. Thank you!!!

We had a comfortable stay. Property is clean & Marina view is beautiful. Kitchen is new & clean, and the vanity is a good plus for 3 ladies in our fam. Love waking up with a view of Hilton lagoon & Waikiki beach. Hallway & parking is lil outdated but I love the fact that you could park on your condo floor which makes it comfortable for everyone with no need to use the elevator. They have beautiful elevator though & building is just across ABC store & Mc Donald’s. Easy walk to Hilton Village as well. We had used the beach chairs & body board available for guests. Thanks for being a good host!

Location is amazing , 2 minute walk from Dukes Lagoon and Waikiki Beach. 5 minute walk from the Ala Moana shopping center. Check in and check out process was simple and easy.

Family vacation
This was nice and in convenient location to get to the beach. We never heard any noise from the restaurant below like other listings say. I would say that the cars that drive by on the road below are sometimes noisy but not enough to cause an inconvenience. The overall appearance in the outside looks nothing like the inside. The place was fantastic, loved the privacy wall and additional sleeping options. Having the separating space between the bathroom and room, living area was nice so others weren’t woken up by bathroom visits. The elevators in this building are very sketchy., a housekeeper got stuck in one for a while and my husband did too but for only 5 minutes. This however, has nothing to do with the unit but good to know since it being on the 3rd floor the stairs were a good choice for me.

This is the first time i have had to take out damage insurance at an extra cost and yet the single pullout sofa was damaged and the sheets were stained. The curtain hanger for the curtains to the balcony fell down when we opened the curtain, the floor was dirty, the dishes were dirty, food was mixed with cleaning supplies in the lower cabinets...
And if you are located over a pub/restaurant, that should probably be mentioned in the description.
The master bed was very comfortable and the bedroom nicely furnished.

Positives: easy access to different swim spots, enough space for small family or group, all the appliances and utensils you could need, extra laundry soaps and spices, large bed, raised walk way that connects Ilikai marina to The Modern to Ilikai Hotel and down to the street, pack n play/high chair were provided, toys for kids, lots of beach gear.
Negatives: It is quite noisy from the pub, restaurant and marina that are all two floors down. 4 of 6 nights the noise was enough to keep us awake for hours. There were a few base boards/trim that were loose throughout the condo. The bathroom door and door to the vanity would not stay shut. Some updates to the bathroom and storage cabinets would make a nice upgrade.
It was the first vacation for my husband and I with our one year old son, which might explain some of the disadvantages of the location. Caution for families with young kids: the noise and distance to beaches can be a complex undertaking for such a short outing with a little one.
This is probably better suited to a young group that goes out at night or wants easy access to fishing/scuba boats at the marina.

It was a very nice place and comfortable for 4 people. Friday and Saturday nights are really noisy with the live music and constant traffic of people. The noise travels upward so being on third floor, it is loud. We couldn’t always get the air on so it got a little warm when sun was shining in. One suggestion maybe place a small notebook with instructions for air, TV, and reminder of what needs to be done would be a nice add.

Great Stay
This place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. It was clean and there were enough beach items for us to use. We had stocked up on breakfast food when we got there so we can use the well-stocked kitchen for breakfast. Short walk to other places to eat, a convenience store, the beach and lagoon and the shuttle stop for the various tour shuttles to pick us up. I certainly felt like this was a bargain. This was our first trip to Hawaii and if we decide to go again, which I believe we will, I would look at staying here again. Also, the place had great WIFI which is difficult to find but since I often have to log in to my work, it was a nice feature.

Quaint, quiet, complete
not Going to lie, the place is small. But, that was perfect for the wife and I. The bed was amazing. After a long day of travel I collapsed on it and fell asleep instantly. The amenities we fairly basic. But, we didn’t go to Hawaii to sit in an apartment.
Talking to locals I found out that the marina is where the SS Minnow started its faithful trip. Actually slowed me down I bit while I googled it. The location is close to everything you want to do. We did not rent a car and I am glad. Restaurants, ocean, lagoon, shops of all varieties. Kept us busy finding new things all day..
No complaints on this side. Looking forward to booking this place again.

So many people have said so many nice things, and ALL of them were true! We just returned from staying at this GORGEOUS property for 12 days, and are already looking forward to returning! It’s kind of scary, and a huge risk to book a property seeing just pictures, but those pictures are the real deal. The location is wonderful, SO close to the beach and the lagoon, the bed is SUPER comfortable (and king, which was a must for us!), the decor was perfect for a dream Hawaii vacation, the makeup niche was like having a double vanity. The view was to DIE for, it was very clean, had tons of extras (thank you!), the and Reny and Asparo are WONDERFUL to deal with! There were a couple minor snafus (we just didn’t know how some things worked), and our questions were answered immediately. If it sounds like I’m gushing, it’s because I am. This is truly a gem of a property, and we are so fortunate to have found it. Thank you so much for sharing it with us! Mahalo nui loa!!

Perfect, comfortable condo!
If you are looking for a condo with a full kitchen, clean, comfortable and a GREAT location, this is the condo for you. We stayed six nights in this condo. Yes, we could hear some folks in the marina at night. No, it never awakened or disturbed us. The location is a two minute walk to the beach, with both a beach and marina view. We were able to walk a half block and pick up any tour bus. Two blocks in the other direction brought us to a mall, which included many stores and a food court. Walk to the back of the mall to pick up groceries at Target, or head to the ABC store on the corner closest to the condo. We are so grateful to Reny for opening this lovely condo to us, and would certainly stay again should we return to Oahu!

Lovely place to call home
Thank you for a lovely stay and your attentiveness. The apartment is in an excellent location on the quieter end of Waikiki just upstairs of Red Lobster and next to The Prince and The Hilton Hawaiian Village! The apartment is wonderfully stocked with all the things you wish you brought on a beach holiday including sand toys, esky/ice blocks and some books to relax with. The parking was convenient and not as expensive as we had thought it would be - it's Waikiki so we were bracing ourselves. Would definitely stay again.

Will definitely stay there again !

This is condo is conveniently located, has great amenities and attentive hosts!
Great stay in a location that is close to the action in Waikiki and beach. Amazing view! The amenities are great (especially for taking kids to the beach) and the hosts are great, helping us with a minor issue very quickly. Only downside for us was that the condo can be a bit loud from street noise.
4.8
Great location and view
Overall this was a great rental. We loved the location, and the view of the boats in the harbor. The place was clean and very spacious, with a very comfortable bed and lots of storage. My only complaints were that the sun shone in so strongly in the afternoon that we had to keep the drapes drawn most of the day because it heated the place up so much that the A/C couldn't keep up...and that the cupboards in the kitchen were so high up that I couldn't reach much in them (being only 5'2"), so a small step stool or 2 step ladder would have been helpful. Otherwise the host, Remy was very nice and helpful, and we couldn't beat both of the 2 good restaurants in the same building (the Chart House...go to the lounge and eat, since it has the same menu but cheaper, especially at Happy Hour), and the Harbor Pizza Pub.
4.8
Great location with a gorgeous view! Includes everything you need for a great holiday
Fantastic experience! Great location, very close to Waikiki beach, convenience stores and restaurants. The condo includes all the amenities needed for a fun filled vacation. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and made us feel extremely welcome. I would recommend this location to anyone thinking about visiting Honolulu.

We recommend it!
We had a great experience at this condo. The owners promptly responded when we needed a new tub stopper (it was delivered within the hour!). We utilized the pack n play, booster chair, and umbrella stroller for our toddler. Our other daughter slept in the pullout queen sofa bed. There were plenty of linens and towels for our needs. We also used the sand toys, beach towels, and beach bag while visiting the lagoon. The lagoon was a 5 minute walk and a great place to play with the kids. We also went into the Hilton pool to splash around since it’s open. We enjoyed Friday night fireworks on the beach. Parking was $23 per night (extra) but within the ilikai marina parking structure so it was conveniently close to our room. Would maybe recommend keeping a few basic condiments in the fridge but otherwise we had everything needed during our stay. Room was clean, updated, and exactly as pictured. Thanks again!
