This was our second time at this property, but definitely not our last. We did a quick weekend for a birthday celebration, and again had an amazing stay. Close to the beach and beachside restaurants, it’s a location that can’t be beat.

Here’s a simple YES review. Is the house a little older? YES. Could it use a couple of touch ups? YES. Is it easy to find? YES. Is it in a good, quiet area? YES. Is the beach close by, just a few minutes walk? YES. Is it easy to get to beachside restaurants and shopping? YES. Is the bed comfortable? YES. Will I book it again in the future? YES. The location is great. good quick access to beach. the inside was clean but the outdoor furniture was old and dirty. Not a great welcome to the property. The inside furniture should be updated. We were not there that much so it was okay. It could be really nice with a furniture upgrade inside and out.

15 day stay. Vacasa staff extremely helpful. Great location. Furniture needs. To be updated. Outdoor furniture on deck very worn. Nice bathroom. No dishwasher only a slight nuisance. Very short distance to beach from house. Good beach access.

We stayed here last year and this is our second time staying here. 2 minute walking distance to the beautiful beaches of St. Augustine. Both times we have gone the beaches are completely empty and you pretty much have the beach to yourself. We love it because it is pet friendly, as well as St. Augustine beach. Our two doodles absolutely love it here and have the best time in the world on the beach. Super clean and perfect size for two people. Most likely will be our annual beach house with our fur babies.

Called day we arrived advising TV in bedroom, lamps in bedroom and lamps in living room did not work when we plugged in tv. Tv never worked and lamps out our whole stay Fri-Mon. Called local rep and he never responded at all. Appears very poor wiring as no fuses were tripped but outs did not work. Fire hazard

House was as described and comfortable, great location. Beach access by the house was closed for construction our entire 4 day stay, huge bummer. Neighbors said it was closed over 2 weeks. Would have been nice to know before checking in, we would've changed our dates or rented different house, since beach access is the biggest attraction for this rental. House next door is under construction so crews and noise daily.

Very disappointed by the whole experience. The house smelled like animal urine which we pin pointed to the rugs. Moved them outside to deck but furniture still had an odor. Called the property manager immediately (Vacasa) and all they did was wash the floors. Also broken washer which I called about the whole week we were there (called 6 times) and no one ever came to repair it. VRBO did not stand behind this rental so will not be using them in the future. Location was good, kitchen was well appointed but the futon was shoved in a corner. Not really good for sleeping unless you’re 5ft or shorter. Nice deck for sitting but the ramp to the beach was closed for the time we were there. Had to walk much farther to access beach from another spot. No compensation for all the headaches we experienced. Very disappointed with VRBO and Vacasa Property Management.

The house was perfect for our first visit to St. Augustine. Great location with easy, quick beach access. The house provided all we needed, a very comfortable setting. We enjoyed staying out on the beach, with a short drive into downtown. A great location for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach as well as all St. Augustine has to offer.

Love The location and the magnolia house is Very cozy… it meets all your needs . A few Things could make the stay a little better.. extra toilet paper and paper towels and dish soap liquid especially if your staying For a week. This is my second year there and do plan to go back next year .. there are still tiny ants but not sure that can be fixed 🙃 the air conditioner needs work it is a constant humming coming from bathroom closet when running not sure why that is .. anyway we will return next year and hope the prices don’t go up anymore please . 🙏🙏🙏 Pap

Openness of this home was awesome!! High ceilings, wooden floors with well spaced rugs, open concept layout with plenty of windows. Each room had plenty of space for your belongings. From the kitchen cabinets, to bedroom drawers, closets and even bathroom vanity with plenty of linens. Outside the porch area was also very open and the afternoon shade with sea breeze was perfect.

Great location- just a 1/2 block walk to public beach access ramp. Lovely stretch of beach. Fine white sand. House is a rental—no personal touches but all the basic. Kitchen was well equipped. Could benefit from better deck chairs and a table or side tables. How about a grill for the deck or cement slab below?

Sip peaceful. We laid around like slugs; just what we needed! Only thing i’d wish had a second bedroom 😴 Your cleaner needs to move furniture a bit more, it was filthy behind the futon. But we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend your company. Thank you.

Had comfortable time at this great beach house. Superior location with obstructed view if the ocean but just few steps away from the sand! House needs some TLC but overall it’s in great location close by restaurants, stores and just a short drive to historic downtown. I would recommend!

Gorgeous 3 min walk over a bridge takes you over the dune to the beach. Fishing ,relaxing ,walking ,a nice beach drive ,walk the dog, I love watching the birds busy at work as the waves go back out. The house has everything you really need. Best of all the deck wraps around oneside for coffee oneside for drinks!

The house is a great location short walk to The beach. The house is a nice sized one bedroom one bath really good living room set up and perfect for bringing a pet. The house is not the most modern but to me it is a typical old-school beach house and perfect for a couple or family trying to get away. I would definitely stay there again.

The house is ideal for two people and a small dog, with a view of the ocean from the deck even though it's a block off the beach. We love this neighborhood with its quiet streets that are perfect for dog walking. The location is also close to shopping and dining and only about 10 minutes from downtown St. Augustine.

Fantastic stay. Communication was spot on. Outside deck could use pressure wash / cleaning but is sturdy. Great location. Definitely worth the money. Inside could use updated appliances but everything worked perfectly. Absolutely zero pests. I only put that because of prior reviews. Had a blast and would recommend to others.
