Luxurious oceanfront living with stunning views, refreshing pool, and private beach access. Spacious suites, well-equipped kitchen, and excellent snorkeling opportunities. Highly recommended for a paradise getaway.

We loved our stay in Rincon at this beautiful property. The ocean comes up right to the house - sunrises, sunsets, snorkeling, swimming in the pool - everything was lovely. We also enjoyed the area from meals at the Shipwreck and Beach House to a boat ride with Pepe and Hydrolifting and jet skiing, there is plenty to do if you want to venture outside the charming property.

The view and pool are the best feature of this house. We had an amazing time and would stay there again.

My friends loved our stay. We each had our own bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The yard, pool, access to the beach and the village of Rincon were perfect. Thanks again!

Location is amazing - it can be a little noisy with public beach access and parking right next to the house. We requested a later checkout because our flights out are all at night but it was not available. 10am is early - even an extra hour would be helpful!

We stayed here with our two adult kids and loved it! The house is set up with great privacy for each person and the beds are actually comfortable. The pool is lovely and while the beach is rocky for swimming, using water shoes works great or it’s a short 10 min walk to a perfect swimming beach. We rented snorkeling equipment and made the most of being located on a reef. The beach is very walkable in both directions and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the views from there. Town is a short drive and has a great atmosphere with wonderful and varied cuisine to choose from.

Our experience at Tres Palmas was truly incredible! We had the privilege of enjoying a week-long stay there, although we wished we could have stayed even longer. This place offers the absolute best in oceanfront living. We had the leisure to stroll along the beach, take refreshing swims, and explore the fascinating underwater world through snorkeling activities - it was absolutely fantastic.
The pool at Tres Palmas was consistently at the perfect temperature, providing endless enjoyment for spontaneous dips. The house itself was exceptional, featuring three spacious and fully-appointed master suites, a well-equipped kitchen, and convenient laundry facilities. Although beach towels were provided, I suggest bringing some extra beach towels and water shoes for added comfort.
While it may be tempting to stay within the comforts of the property, the Rincon area is worth exploring. We took the opportunity to visit other breathtaking beaches and nearby attractions. The convenience of a well-stocked supermarket in town made it easy to find everything we needed. In terms of dining options, we were delighted by the wide selection of bars and restaurants available - they truly exceeded our expectations.
I highly recommend this place, whether you're a family with kids or a few couples. It truly is paradise, and we are already eagerly looking forward to our next visit.

Por fin - Tres Palmas
My family spent 6 nights and 7 days at this beautiful home. With 3 girls ages 12, 11 and 7 we required space a resort simply cannot provide. Each bedroom in this beautiful home has a full en suite and that was very convenient. Having 3 full size showers and 5 people went a long way to keeping everyone comfortable. The ease in having the beach literally out the back door was such a dream. The little pool was always warm and such a treat. The girls loved the pool. The kitchen is fully outfitted, the beds comfortable and the location could not be more perfect. The hosts live locally and are very kind and accommodating. The house is located on a reef so the beach is sandy however there is a great deal of limestone and coral creating a shelf you can walk onto. Bring your snorkeling gear or at least goggles so you can see the beautiful schools of fish and live coral. You need goggles as the ocean here is extra salty and burns sensitive eyes even when closed. Due to the reef we were much more comfortable wearing shoes into the sea and highly recommend water shoes as the reef is incredibly slippery. I highly recommend bringing extra swimsuits and towels. There is a washer and dryer on site and we used it nearly daily. We look forward to returning!

This is a great place if you're looking for a great place right on the beach. The pool is a wonderful addition to your stay here. We enjoyed snorkeling right out front, shopping and restaurant near by too. Ocean State of Mind is the best place to shop for jewelry and clothes! Taste Gastrobar was our favorite restaurant. We had absolutely delicious appitizers, lamb, and filet mignon that were over the top 5 stars in presentation and taste prepaby the finest chef! Our host Anna was very attentive. The house is spacious and adequate. The only reasons I gave 4 stars was that the house and dishes needed to be cleaner and the washing machine is very very slow. My clothes took 3 hours to wash. Also, like other reviewers, I felt that the towels and bedding need to be replaced. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone as the scenery and outdoor space were great!

This place is wonderful. Staying here is to surround yourself with nature. The ocean is right at the property. The sound of the surf, the night sky, the birds and lizards, watching the surfers, playing in the pool surrounded by beautiful gardens, all make this such a special place. The house is comfortable, although we rarely were inside other than to sleep. Owners were easy to reach and responded immediately to my internet confusion! Although there is air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms, there was always a breeze from the ocean and not often used. There are much fancier homes out there to rent but this home had everything we wanted in a Rincon rental. Great restaurants within walking distance and many more close by. We had most of our meals on the porch with take out. No restaurant could have a more beautiful setting. We saw several whales and one put on quite a show breeching! We will be back.

Couldn’t have been better. Our stay over Christmas was perfect for our family of 5 (no one had to share a bed!) We felt like it was our home after 10 days, we loved it so much. Extended family stayed nearby and came over to spend time with us during the holidays. Anna was a wonderful host and very responsive. Thank you!

My Oasis
I have stayed at many properties with excellent comfort but by far this has been the best experience my wife and I had the blessing to be a part of. The tranquility and the amenities were very accommodating. We checked off one of our wishes on our bucket list. Anna was a wonderful host. This will be from now on my home away from home.

Top Notch
If you are looking for beachfront paradise with a pool ... look no further! This property will not disappoint. You can literally throw a rock into the ocean from the pool. Iguanas Lizards! Amazing snorkeling all at the property! Groceries stores near by! Anna was amazing in answering all questions! I am so thankful for our stay here! I’ve traveled the world in class ... I highly recommend this Slice of Paradise!!! Absolutely NO complaints here!

Por Fin Tres Palmas
Por Fin Tres Palmas is idyllic. As you drive in the first thing you notice is the seclusion. You are surrounded by trees and wildlife. The Condo/apartment to the South seems to add to the privacy. As you walk out the front doors you become euphoric. Really. The fresh air, sunlight, ocean, beach, pool, the sound of the surf, all your senses tantalized in one moment.
The home is perfect for 3 couples. 3 King beds and 3 private baths. The Kitchen is fully equipped, and the appliances are great. The dining and family area, though rarely used, are spacious. Future renters will be happy to know that there are two large NEW glass French doors leading out to the deck and providing beautiful views and lots of light to the interior.
While the home met our needs wonderfully, we spent all our time outside. The deck, pool, and bar are the stars of the show. Beautiful views of ever-changing seas and skies. One really can’t get too much of this.
Beds/pillows: not great - but I went to bed every night very tired and woke up every morning quite refreshed. We are Northerners and I just don’t remember hearing such a unique symphony of sounds to go to sleep to. The Coqui and other night sound-makers add a strong sense of being somewhere quite far from home.
The snorkeling off the beach is tremendous. We went everyday 10am-12pm. Clear water, great fish, colorful coral, and sea fans. It’s intimidating the first time out. You must wade out about 20 feet and step off a rock ledge (15/18 inches). Look for a spot where it’s sandy on other side of the ledge. Try to time your step off the ledge between waves. Also, remember to mark your entry spot with a landmark on the beach so you can swim to it when you come back in.
We ate at the Beach House (twice), Shipwreck (twice), and La Copa Llena (once). All are very good and provided a nice variation between casual and (Lol) less casual dining. La Copa Llena -favorite- but most “formal” (expensive) of the three. The acorn-fed Iberico pork is amazing. All meals (& drinks, hemmingway) were excellent. The Beach House is very casual and the Shipwreck is somewhere in between. Also of note: on our last day we swam at the beach just south of boat ramp. Beach restaurant/bar had good tacos & drinks. Great for kids. In Rincon we ate at Café 413. Nice lunch/brunch. Clean. Great Monte Cristo. After Thurs. eve Art Walk, ate at Taqueria Vatos Locos -fun/festive - good food/drink. Our thanks to Anna & Erica for their hospitality and advice.

Beautiful sunsets
Great spot for a relaxing vacation. The house has everything you need and the location can’t be beat! We spent most of our time snorkeling right out the front door and enjoying the beautiful sunsets while grilling on the porch. Very cute and private beach house. It definitely could use some upgrades, the water pressure and temperature needs to be addressed and the linens could be replaced which it sounds like the owner is aware of.

Amazing location!
This place was fantastic for our family. Owner was very responsive to all communication. Although, we didn't need much. Everything that we needed was there :) It has a great back porch facing the ocean and sunset with large table for dinner. The backyard and pool are fantastic and it was a perfect depth for our 4 and 6 yo. The beach is just steps from the yard and has soft sand as well as tons of shells and seaglass for collecting. The reef is just off the beach. We went snorkeling every day! The entrance to the watery is a bit rocky but you will do fine if you have swim shoes - rocks are smooth for the most part. The snorkeling was great! Beautiful and diverse coral both to the north and south. We swam with schools upon schools of fish. Saw a nurse shark as well as Hawksbill turtle - more than once! The beach feels private - not many people walk by. Technically the house is on a public road and people do park at the end, near the house, but it really only saw much traffic on the weekend. The beach around the corner at the marina is less wavy if you have even younger kids. There are a few restaurants just a few minute walk away and the food was great - Shipwreck and Barramarina! Lots of other restaurants nearby - Cosecha, The Beach House, and the cafe at the lighthouse over Domes were some of our favorites. The house is good. It met all of our needs - we don't spend much time indoors. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Full size kitchen appliances which was nice and unexpected from what I've experienced in the Caribbean. The grill worked great. Bed mattresses could use an update but I think the owner mentioned on other posts that they have been working on this. Covid has messed with the supply chain, as we all know. We lost the key on our last day and the owner was so gracious about it. We felt terrible but she helped us feel at ease. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Rincon Home
Would be hard to beat the view from this home. The description is accurate of amenities. The home could use update. Linens, towels, and mattresses have seen better days. Water pressure is absolute joke. It trickles at best and makes taking shower impossible. Electric out 2 times in 14 days for over 8 hrs each time.

Paradise!
This property was everything we thought it would be and more! The 3 master suites were a perfect set up. We spent the majority of our week here outside. The covered patio with dining table, gorgeous pool and beautiful view of the ocean did not disappoint. The sunsets from this house are unbelievable! The ocean was a little rough for snorkeling this time of year but we were still able to see a variety of fish and elk horn coral right off the beach in front of the house. I was able to swim with green sea turtles at nearby Domes beach!! Lots of things to do nearby. We recommend The Beachhouse restaurant, their blackened fish tacos and key lime pie were great and the sunset views are amazing. Our sons rented surf boards on Domes Beach and had an incredible day surfing. We also took a day trip to Cabo Rojo and enjoyed the lighthouse and Playa Succia. I highly recommend this property and this area. We had a great family vacation - one we will never forget.

Perfect beach oasis
Our stay was incredible! It truly is paradise. The property is beautiful; the outside pool and garden is even more beautiful than the pictures, and the beach could not be more beautiful. There’s even a huge mango tree out front where you can eat fresh mangos. Truly an island getaway you won’t forget. The interior is nice enough, but the real star is the outdoor space.

An absolute GEM!
This house has a cottage feel (no frills but everything you need) with a million dollar view. It sits 30-50Ft. from the ocean. All bedroom's have AC and individual bathrooms. We spent most of our time outside, either in the pool, the beach or just admiring the ocean from the back porch. Some of the best snorkeling I've ever done is right in front of the house, over a 2 mile stretch or coral reef where we saw a variety of fish, a few squids and a sea turtle. This house will be our permanent vacation spot from now on. No other house would do it justice!

What a view
The property was as described we entered the front door normal rental but when my wife opened the doors to the back yard that was a wow moment. Looking right out to the ocean and swimming waited to be jumped in. The plus was having a full bathroom in every room and ac.

I swam with sea turtles on multiple occasions. My girls left the pool only to eat and sleep. My wife grew roots in the sand reading books. Everyone was happy.
Anna was easygoing and cool.

I want to live here forever
Not joking, I want to buy this house and stay in Rincon forever. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for 3 couples. The back porch is perfect for hanging out all day. The pool is just the right size and the yard is beautifully landscaped with tropical plants (and lizards running around but they don't get anywhere near people). The best feature of the house is probably the "sunset bar" in the backyard overlooking the beach/ocean.
Very close to town and lots to do. Check out Shipwreck bar and grill, its a 3 minute walk from the house and we ate there like 4 times.
Anna was super nice and very quick to answer any questions we had.

We had stayed on Sandy beach 2 years ago and were looking to get away from the noise of Tamboo, have a pool for the kids, and also be on the western side so we could have calmer waters and a better view of the sunsets. This house checks ALL the boxes we had. It is RIGHT on the beach in a very private area surrounded by wooded / jungle. You basically have your own private drive down to the house. The pool was perfect for the kids. We really never noticed the condo to the south with the line of trees/bushes blocking the view are at least two empty lots to the north. The bedrooms are large and have their own bathrooms which was very nice for our large family. They also have what seems like new mini-split units in each bedroom for A/C. Our only complaint that made this a 4 star instead of a 5 was that the house felt a bit dark with the door off the driveway and the double set of doors to the beach being solid wood doors. This seems like a relatively easy fix as other houses in PR have glass-louvered doors with screens. This simple upgrade would dramatically improve this house. The windows also have dark-colored wood louvers that could also be upgraded to glass louvers. The first thing when we arrived/got up in the AM/ etc. was to open all the doors to let the fresh air and light in. The vertical latches and locking door-knobs on the double doors were a pain to get open and closed and again, were really the only drawback to an otherwise perfect house on the beach as you had to fight with them every time you arrived home, left to go out, got up, went to bed, etc.I get the desire for hurricane protection, but perhaps the glass-louvered doors with aluminum frames would offer similar protection without blocking the light.Overall we LOVED the house with the spacious yard, kitchen layout that allows you to have a view of the ocean while cooking, the large parking area, washer dryer on-site, being right on the beach, amazing snorkeling right off the beach (sea turtles, tarpon, sea fans, elk coral, etc.), proximity to downtown Rincon, etc, etc. I hope that the owners will upgrade the windows and the doors before our next visit to PR and make this house a perfect 10.

This property exceeded my expectations! The location is breathtaking along with the home. The best part about the whole experience was the property owners. They were over the top accommodating and made us feel like family! I am planning a return trip and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Puerto Rico. If your contemplating a few different places on a vacation to Puerto Rico your wasting your time. I am surprised this isn't booked 3 years in advance. Book it now because once people figure out this Gem it will be impossible to get!

Love this house!
We had stayed there before a couple times about 10 years ago and it's as wonderful as we remembered it. We went with my son and daughter-in-law this time and they loved the house and the area. If you're looking for fancy furnishings this isn't the house for you, but if you want a beautiful house with unbelievable views you'll love it! My son and daughter-in-law couldn't believe they could sit in the backyard by the pool and watch surfers and whales. It was a great trip!

If you like to snorkel, this is your place !
Very nice beach house with an amazing location. You can literally snorkel right off the backyard and its good snorkeling. I saw turtles and even a barracuda ! The pool is a nice feature, cute and was clean. The town is great with lots of places to eat all within short distances. The house itself needs a bit of work imo. The property itself has a ton of potential and is definitely a cute setup. What we didn't like was the darkness of the place. The house has an AMAZING view out back but when you get in the house you see two heavy medieval type doors blocking ANY view of the beach. So you need to keep the doors ALWAYS open otherwise the house is dark and feels cramped. Even the windows have heavy wood slats that don't allow any light and didn't work properly. There is air conditioning in the rooms only ! No air in main house. I know this is typical but why not have one of those units you see in restaurants to cool the main room and put sliders in so you can get out of the heat if you want and relax in a cool living area with a beautiful view of the ocean and it would allow for LIGHT! You don't get that now. Couches could use an upgrade. There were only 4 towels we could find. So very cool place but needs some love imo.
