The property was nice and in a convenient location. picked this location due to the reviews and amenities. We got to the location in the evening and settled in, turned on the A/C units and immediately had to clean the filters due to the units clean filters lights going off, noticed the some places had dust built up on them, had to wipe the walls in the bathroom next to the mirror as they had leftover toothpaste splatter on them from previous tenets. next day in the light noticed that everything above eye level was dirty with caked on dirt ( only found that out after hanging a towel on the shower door and removing it and had dirt all over it ) had to rewash it and the dryer had stinky towels in it from previous tenets so put those in the wash as well. The listing had said it had an umbrella and coolers for beach trips and we searched and could not find them, I asked the host where they might be they said “they should be in the laundry closet and to let them know” so it wasn't verified that they were there after the previous tenets left which was one of the reasons we choose this place was that they provided these so we were disappointed but really surprised to see snorkel gear, advised the host they were not there and told them about the stinky towels and never got a response back. The kitchen was clean and had upgraded appliances so it had what we needed during our stay, overall the location was nice and pleasant.

The property was nice. There were no working jets in the hot tub and the pool was a little cool. It was misleading that the beach was just a walk across the road which did not prove to be true. Otherwise the kithen was nicely stocked with everything and we had what we needed for accommodations.

we really enjoyed this condo. We love the jungle effect off the patio, the place was super clean, my wife loved the curtains in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed is comfortable. and a short walk to the beach.

Everything as stated/listed....easily worked with property manager on Spectrum cable TV issue = solved. Kitchen updated with new appliances & well equiped with everything one needs. Nicely furnished throughout with abundance of linens, towels, etc. Comfortable and roomy for the two of us. Waher & dryer a plus.

Great stay at this condo! Unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. Everything was exactly as described. Beautiful grounds on the property. Very close to Sugar Beach which stretches along the coast for several miles and loved taking long morning walks there! Property manager was very responsive to our inquiries.

My wife and I have been to Maui many times. The condo was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate, bed was comfortable. The only down side was (no fault of the owner) the upstairs neighbor had very heavy feet and would (what seemed to me) run laps and move furniture around starting between 3 and 5 am. Granted I do get up early , but really?

The unit is located in a small, quiet complex with an exceptionally beautiful tropical garden -- love the sound of the birds. It is conveniently located to beaches, restaurants & grocery shops. The furnishings are just so-so but no big deal -- the unit was clean; the bed was comfortable; in-unit washer/dryer was an A+ convenience. Minor suggestion: provide steak/dinner knives. Only negative was communicating with the owner & Maui 'contact person'. I received info on access to the unit just a few days before scheduled 'check-in'. Much of my time on Maui was spent volunteering at wildfire relief centers, so having a place like this to decompress was much appreciated. Mahalo.

What a lovely place to stay! The dawn chorus was just wonderful and I loved the privacy that all the lush planting afforded everyone. Easy walk to the beach, also very easy access to almost anywhere else on Maui. The condo is really well equipped, especially having a washer & dryer, it was a home from home. We saw turtles every day on Maui, at different beaches each time, so enjoy! The sunsets further down the coast from Kihei are stunning. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink too, we had the best time here. Communication with Imrana was so easy and helpful I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

Beautiful property, with wonderful landscaping! Nice convenient location situated between both sides of the island. Well kept and clean unit with washer and dryer available. Felt very cozy with all the furniture resembling the Hawaiian rich tradition made from wood! Look forward to visiting again in the near future! Aloha

I like that you have your own parking spot so you dont have to worry about parking. Cute property. The only problem is i did kill several cockroaches in the kitchen. I understand there are bugs on the island however i did not see them at any other properties i stayed at in hawaii.

Spacious accommodations with kitchen and nice living room to relax. Hard to find a better place for the value in Maui. Host was very responsive with communication and answered questions when we had them. Can walk across the street to a beach but probably want to have a car to check other beaches out too that are nicer. Although the accommodations are not modern, everything in the condo is very functional. Would stay there again if visiting again.

This was an epic trip for myself and my mother. The ground level unit was convenient and unexpectedly private with the lush, established landscaping. The living space and kitchen were larger than expected! Bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer were very helpful to have. The north Kihei location was great and quieter than the southern end of town, which we preferred. The dedicated parking spot was helpful. Literally across the street from the beach. We loved the pool and hot tub for evenings after beaches and hikes. The grounds managers were very personable and kind. The owner of this place is very accommodating and responds quickly to questions. We will definitely stay here again.

A very nice condo in a lovely setting -- just like the photos! We especially enjoyed the lanai facing beautiful tropical plants. Conveniently located in the northern part of Kihei, a short drive from the Maui Ocean Center one way and many Kihei and Wailea beaches the other way. A well-equipped kitchen and handy washer and dryer. The manager was very good at communicating -- before we arrived she alerted us to a possible parking issue due to torrential rains earlier that week; it turned out to be no problem but we appreciated the heads-up and advice on what to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Kihei Resort was perfectly situated for our month long exploration on the island of Maui. Right across the street, we had access to Keaka Beach featuring the ancient Maui Fishpond teaming with greenback sea turtles and the newly-renovated Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary & Visitor Centre. From Keaka Beach, there is an endless stretch of soft sandy beaches to Ma'alaea. We enjoyed the mile-long wooden boardwalk overlooking Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge where we spotted rare marsh birds. We frequented the Farmer's Market (open daily) at 61 South Kihei Road for all our fruits, veggies, ready-made fresh salsa & guacamole and freshly-baked banana bread. Adjacent to the Farmer's Market is a convenience store, a bakery and a lovely gift shop featuring local teas and artisan-created products. And we were not strangers to Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice stand, located next door! We alternated beach/island exploration days with poolside/whirlpool jacuzzi afternoons at Kihei Resort. The grounds are serene with a number of water features and beautifully maintained, lushly planted with tropical flowering shrubs and palm trees. Unit 113 was our sanctuary after busy days spent sightseeing. The condo complex is a quiet place, away from the noisy crowds of Kihei's business section, located further south. The unit is clean and nicely furnished (à style Hawaiian) with all the amenities needed for a longterm stay. There is a real sense of community with many regular tenants who willingly engage in poolside chats and conversations around the communal barbecue grills. Host Imrana Mouna and On-Island Contact Tracy Edwards were always easily reached and very accommodating to special requests. We would not hesitate to return to Kihei Resort and highly recommend this unit vacation rental to others!

The stay could not have gone better. My wife's a chef and found everything she needed to create wonderful meals from the nearby markets. The washer and dryer was a nice touch that saved on packing space. This unit is far enough back from the road that we didn't notice the passing cars. Right across the street from the Turtle Cove. Fantistic value.

The condo was located in a great location and very nice. However after a long day of travel walking to the pool and finding out it’s closed. We weren’t told that nor was it in the condo info. That was one of the main reasons for choosing this location. I messaged the property owner on night 1 regarding this and no response.

Imrana responded quickly and the property is close to everything in Kihei and well equipped. It was about 2 miles from little downtown Kihei and within walking distance from the beach. Great for families or hanging out with a partner. Will definitely book again and absolutely recommend.

Went to see the turtles on the beach in front of the condo early in the morning (6 am). Nice experience, the bay isnt deep. The condo is clean, the kitchen is well equiped. There a washing machine and in the same space there is stuff for the beach. Great place
