The room was basic, they overcharged for everything, and don’t have too. $6 skittles and cans of soda. Very low budget serving cans, and then the audacity to overcharge.
The room, staff, amenity policy…$250/day is crazy!

The staff at the CLUB LEVEL AND The VALET Keviins was the best at club level and my housekeeper

Location is amazing! Close to shopping, dining, casino and water sports. The food here has been INCREDIBLE - especially the food on property. Also loved the Lady Grace water sports/dock being on property for convenient excursion access. Must try: truffle fries on the beach, tempura shrimp and Ritz Carlton roll at Noori, Popovers at BLT, overnight oats at Ritual Coffee. While the food is very overpriced, it is expected all over Turks & Caicos.
Food was delicious, just very pricey.

Ernest made my stay quite enjoyable
Absolutely nothing

The views are phenomenal - full glass balconies which allow unobstructed views of one of the most spectacular beaches in the world. Staff were friendly, attentive and professional. Property is well maintained and gardens are beautifully groomed. The beach staff are very helpful. Appreciated the cold water, SPF sunscreen and aloe vera stations scattered throughout the grounds for guest use. Complimentary coffee bar in the lobby every morning was a nice touch. Staff standouts- Catiana in reception, Erlie and Theresa at Coralli and Casa Nonna, MJ at the beach and Hyacinth in security leadership.
Nothing, however, we would have liked a cafe perhaps where you could pick up iced drinks, pastries, snacks etc.,

I loved the location, facility, staff and the amenities.
Unfortunately, I experienced a very rude situation twice with one older male staff that worked at the towel booth near the adult swimming pool. He was difficult and spoke to me in a condescending manner which I did not like nor did I tolerate. In addition to that, there were two older male drivers that were very unwelcoming. One did not even get out of the car to open the doors for us.

The Ritz is only a few minutes from the airport on beautiful Grace Bay. There’s a kid friendly pool and an adults only pool. The staff is very attentive and seems to really enjoy waiting on you and even having chair set ups or water or fruit juices for you, almost knowing what you need before you ask for it. The property is modern and very well maintained. It’s definitely what I would consider worthy of the Ritz name. The restaurants are good. There’s sushi, upscale steak house & a pool bar restaurant that serves breakfast and other meals that are good. Having a casino on property was a plus also even tho it’s very small.
We were happy all the way around!!
10.0
The comfort of the room. It was a perfect set up: luxury, coffee and free water bottles (no plastic - they recycle). The attention from the staff without being too pushy, they were friendly and respected our space. I loved Grace Bay Beach: the water is clean, transparent and there is no littering - I could not even find a cigarette butt in the sand! You can take a long walk on the beach (extremelly safe) and still find natural beauty - look out for pelicans! The bar offered the best pina coladas!
The outrageous prices at the hotel restaurants. Breakfast was $ 55 per person.

We had a great time and loved the fact that we could walk to several other restaurants without concern for safety.
Really like the lounge singer Tess. Dinner at BLT was really nice, and service was excellent.
We thought the resort needed additional nightly entertainment or some king of music playing in lobby area.
It was beyond quiet except for one night.
