Enjoy your time at the beach in this immaculate, well maintained 2nd floor condo unit. Two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Master has comfortable, high-quality mattress.
2nd bedroom has twin beds with high quality mattresses. Carpet in bedrooms only. Our unit is comfortably furnished and is a "bump out" unit with direct ocean view from the master bedroom and deck. Beach is just steps away! Condo has 3 flat screen TVs with DVD players and an assortment of DVDs as well as cable and FREE Wi-Fi! Kitchen well stocked! Assigned parking space. Outdoor shower as you walk off the beach. Grill and picnic tables. Beautiful swimming pool! Pier and Boardwalk are within walking distance Fort Fisher museum and aquarium just minutes away! Visit downtown Wilmington to see local vendor crafts, foods, battleship and the beautiful riverfront

We had a lovely time staying in this adorable condo! It was clean, cozy, nicely decorated, and overall a great place. The kitchen was very well appointed and even had a Keurig, which we loved! It's about a 30-second walk to the beach and really could not have been more convenient. We come to Carolina Beach every summer and will definitely book Lori's place again!

My family & I went to Carolina beach for one last trip before school started and to give our west coast grandma an east coast beach experience. The second floor was preferred and the ocean view was perfect for coffee in the morning. We took our own linens because who wants to wake up extra early to complete multiple loads of laundry before having to check out at 10am? Lori was great at communicating and even had the code for us a little earlier than the checkin time. We are definitely interested in visiting again.

Loved the spot! Right on the beach. Condo was equipped decently. I did have to clean all the surfaces upon arrival. Also the air conditioner unit is beyond loud, which was frustrating trying to sleep. Aside from those two issues, it was a good stay.

Convenient, clean and comfy condo with beautiful ocean views! The kids loved the pool and the beach access was steps away. Lori was wonderful and check in was smooth. We had an awesome week and hope to come back soon!

I stayed with a friend to celebrate my birthday in May. The place was perfect for the two of us: great access to the beach, and great views form the balcony! It's also conveniently located to some nice restaurants. I came home well rested and relaxed.

The owner was excellent at communicating. Unfortunately my daughter got sick the morning we left. Lori was so understanding and quick to try to accommodate us. Even offered for us to stay an extra night if need be.

Loved the place, the location is perfect! Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony and super short walk to the beach. Loved the beach chairs and sand toys. It could use a little TLC (peeling paint a few places) but that did not bother us at all, we loved the place. The only complaint we had is the checkout time is 10am and there is a coin laundry. I didn't know it was coin so I had to go out 2 different times to acquire enough quarters. I was expected to wash all the towels and sheets and fold them dry in the apartment by 10am or pay $45 per load. 10am would not have been enough time. Thankfully, the owner was really kind and gave me a very late checkout, which I was grateful for and allowed us more time at the beach. Had I not had that, I would have been more disappointed/ stressed about getting everything done in time. They should definitely let you know about the do it yourself early coin laundry so people can bring coins/ book somewhere else if they don't want to do the laundry. Other VRBOs I've stayed in say "throw a load in when you leave and we will finish it," which I liked way better and makes a lot more sense for the checkout time.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our first vacation as a family of three! Plenty of beach toys and items to keep our 14 month entertained. The proximity to the beach was also ideal. Inside we had everything we needed and it was a great home away from home for the week. The hosts were very communicative and provided great recommendations for the area.

Overall it was a pretty good room. A few things could be updated such as the really small tv’s in the bedrooms and it would have been nice if their were 2 full bathrooms. The air went out while we were their but it was fixed pretty fast. I loved the location to the beach and the pool was a plus the kids loved that!

A very short, but sweet stay. The owners were very proactive and provided all of the information we needed in a timely manner. The place was clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Our only complaint is that the keyless door lock didn’t work half the time.

Condo was exactly as promised with a great view of the beach from the cozy balcony. Well equipped kitchen, comfy furniture and solid wifi (important as I worked a bit). Close to two piers which made eating and night life easy to get to. I definitely recommend and look forward to coming back some time! Our host made herself available as we needed and gave lots of good tips to ensure we maximized our time!

This was our first ever rental. Like, ever. And Lori couldn't have done a more wonderful job at providing us with a place that felt like home. Everything was clean and it didn't have that...lived in feeling. It was just peaceful and comfortable for me and my three boys. The property was insanely affordable, in an amazing location, and spacious enough for us (plus more, if we had brought more people with us). My family and I want to make this a yearly thing so our boys have these awesome memories at the beach and we are thrilled to say we'll be coming back to this property again next year.

The location is great. Nice and quiet in the down season. The place was clean. A few small things detracted from the overall experience- shower area smelled sour, no shampoo/soap for shower, pillows were a bit sad, and having to wash linens in the downstairs coin laundry room (one machine ate our $, host tried to get it back for us but we were headed out). If i visited again I'd bring my own pillows and linens for better comfort and less hassle. Host was very friendly and kindly let us check out later, which was a help in getting the linens washed and folded.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we absolutely love it! The hosts are wonderful, accommodating and friendly. The condo has everything we needed. Location is perfect and allowed us to step right onto the beach and so accessible to restaurants, historic sites and grocery store, etc. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Loved the sweet condo with a great unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony. Best stocked with condiments, spices, etc of any beach property we've rented in 40 years! We had trouble getting on the Wi-Fi but owners responded the next morning with the information needed.

Excellent communication with owner and questions were answered promptly. Property location is spectacular, literally steps away from the beach. Walking distance to the boardwalk with various restaurants and shops. Quaint area with just enough "nightlife" and not crowded.

My friends visited from Michigan and had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and a beautiful sight from the balcony.. The only downfalls we're that there was no laundry in the facility itself and parking. Even though there was a designated spot for the condo itself, it was only available one time through her entire vacation which was very frustrating. The person parked in that spot apparently had an approved hanging parking pass which seems odd that would be allowed in another condos only spot. At one point, there was not a visitor spot available either. If she comes earlier in the season next year, the parking would definitely deter us from choosing this condo again.

We rented the condo for a quick little getaway. It is nicely furnished in a perfect location. We had a wonderful time and we will be back again. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive. We met several of the other condo owners during our stay and they were also so welcoming and made us feel right at home. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend
