Enjoy sunny days on Carolina Beach while staying at our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at Sea Colony Condos. Open living and kitchen area offer plenty of room to enjoy time with family and friends while cooking at home. Private patio overlooks oceanfront. 2nd floor condo with covered patio with elevator. Additional sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests.

1 king size bedroom with private bath.
1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and guest bath.
Sheets and towels are included.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Wifi available.

Enjoy amazing oceanfront views with full view of the beach. Boardwalk 1.1 miles away and local eateries are walking distance. Community pool. Outdoor shower. 3 outdoor grills. Parking for 2 cars included on open parking lot. No large RV type vehicles or trailers permitted. No pets permitted. No smoking in unit. This is a non smoking unit.

7 day stay required during peak season, May 31, 2024- Aug. 15, 2024. Check in / out on Saturday. Off season, two day minimum stay, longer term stay available, please inquire with potential dates.

Condo was great. Right on beach. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable beds. Pool right there. Great location. Would stay here again. Only issue we had was internet access and wifi. Was very slow and areas would not work. Had folks staying at another condo near by and was the same so I guess its just the location.

Loved it! Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Balcony captain chairs could use a paint job as the paint is wearing and comes off on your skin a bit. Water smells a bit and seems like it's hard water as it leaves spots. Water pressure is pretty low. Other than those small things, it is a wonderful place to stay. There are so many places close to eat and shop, there is also a cute little Tiki bar on the beach close by. We got married on this beautiful beach!! All the people are so nice in this area. Oh and this condo has so many things extra for you to enjoy!! It's great to wake up to an ocean view every morning of your stay. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was updated and clean. Everything we needed was available in the condo. The beds were made for us ahead of arrival, which was nice. Perfect location with the beach and pool. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location right on the beach with great views. The only downside was the sulfur smell in the sink and bath water which would go away after running water for a few minutes. Otherwise a great value for the price! I recommend!

If you want a great view of the ocean that is right on the beach with a tremendous location to everything this is the place for you, The condo is spotless and very nice and quiet. This is the second stay here and we will do it again.

My husband and I spend a week at Carolina Beach every year over our anniversary in April. We have always stayed in different units, but always at Sea Colony. We loved this particular unit as it was on the second floor, but had an elevator so we did not have to carry our belongings up the stairs at check in or check out. The unit offered a beautiful view of the ocean, it was clean, and well stocked with essentials. Check in and out was super easy and communication with the owner was always prompt. We loved this unit so much that we have already booked our stay for 2025.

I had a great time. The accommodations were good. The view was wonderful. The only thing I couldn’t figure out completely was the TV (lol). The master bedroom TV would freeze for no apparent reason. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks so much.

It was so lovely to have the beach often to myself as the winter does not entice others to be on the beach. The weather was lovely as well. The only "problem" we had was the constant construction noises. As it was winter, people were "sprucing" up their places for the season....but that was the only issue. It is a great location for walking on the beach, bike riding and just hanging out.

I can't even start to say how perfect this stay was. The location was perfect. The condo had everyrhing we could possibly need including a bunch of homey and thoughtful touches. The owner Barbara was extremely helpful especially during Idalia. We had the best time ever. Many many thanks to Barbara again for everything.

Clean and elegant property. Kitchen was well stocked. It would be nice if the Sea Colony property provided outdoor showers. The beach was way too crowded for our taste, but that is no one's fault. In our unit, the front, right stove burner didn't seem to be working properly. When first turned on the hot (not cold) water smelled like sewer for the first 15-20 seconds. Should the water heater be checked? But, overall, one of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

This was the best condo we have stayed at before in Carolina Beach! Gorgeous views, pool is fantastic and proximity to beach can’t be beat. Kitchen was very well stocked and even had chairs, etc we could use at the beach. Will definitely look to stay again!

Horribly foul smelling water from the hot water faucet when we got there. Stunk up the whole room wherever you were. Notified the manager never really did anything except have the H O Way people come and take a sample of the water. It was worse in the beginning, but it throughout the entire week. No one called to see how it was going. Very disappointed. Had always enjoyed our week at Sea Colony and in this particular condo. We will not return.

Property was AMAZING!! Ocean view was excellent. Condo very clean and all you need are your clothes and food. Drier needs looked at, took a long time to dry clothes, along with a TV channel guide would have been nice or instructions on how to use TV.

The condo is as advertised. We were able to comfortably fit four adults for a week long trip and it had all the amenities we needed. Not to mention a fantastic Ocean view in a great location. Well worth it.

First time at Carolina Beach. The place was beautiful and clean. Loved the balcony set up . I drank my coffee while watching the waves. The pool was closed and not sure why. Didn’t use it but if we had used the beach equipment the owners had we would have needed to clean the chairs but we had brought our own. Other than that we loved the place and the location.

This condo was fantastic! We loved the layout, the location, and especially, the view. The furniture was comfortable and cozy. The bed was also very comfortable. The condo was incredibly clean and included all the things we needed to be able to cook every meal.

Condo was wonderful. You can’t beat the view and beach access. Elevator was such an added bonus for 84 yr old mother-in-law. It was spotless and had everything one could think of or needed. We made most meals there and had all necessary pans and utensils. The owners really thought of everything. The boardwalk is a mile down the beach if you like walking. Parking at boardwalk $10 for 2 hours and they were ticketing those who went beyond the time limit. Burgers at Island Mart near McDonalds…incredible. The BBQ joint rt on boardwalk was good too and reasonable for amount of food you get. Celtic Creamery great shakes and mini donuts…good gift store too. Had a cold, rainy day…went to the nice, smaller aquarium - took 90 min. Learned a ton from Ray about a sea turtle they rescued.
