性價比滿分，住了三間旅館下次還會選擇這家

1、房間超級無敵大設備也相當齊全 2、浴室乾濕分離且有獨立浴缸 3、早餐雖不在飯店內但距離在可接受的範圍，吃了好多天的早餐還算用心 4、遠離大馬路很安靜

1、浴室水壓不夠 2、距離湖邊約15分鐘路程但周邊機能健全，不算缺點

A fabulous location, the staff could not have been better!

I would highly recommend Hanoi Central Hotel And Residences. On arrival the staff were warm and friendly. The suite was large and as described. The location was fabulous, allowing easy access to Vietnamese Street Food (it's in the vicinity of the best street food in the city according to the unrelated city tour we did), Train Street, the Night Markets and many other tourist experiences. All the staff were amazing but Ann, who was on the front desk for many of the days we were there, was particularly well-suited for her job, she made us feel welcome at all times, took a personal interest in the guests and was a wealth of information. Alex who was on duty when we had to leave at 6:30am was attentive and very helpful. The staff were even willing to allow us to arrive 10 minutes before breakfast was due to start, to pack a take-away breakfast before our trip to the airport. If I ever go to Hanoi again, this will definitely be where I stay!

The overall stay is good as it is pretty convenient without the street noise

24hr counter service, location is quiet as it is behind an alley with amenity such as hair salon, nail parlour. Walk out to main road is only 5-7 minutes and easily accessible to all the touristy shops within walking distance. Walking distance to Train Street and nearby eateries.

The Aircon in Sitting Area was leaking for one night. The ironing board cover was black and the iron was emitting black substances and not working. It is time to replace with a new set. Breakfast can be better as it is the same daily. I would rate it as 5/10.

Duur, maar wel schoon en toplocatie.

Goede locatie, ruime en schone kamers. Goede woonkamer en erg prettig dat er 2 badkamers zijn. Door miscommunicatie is het vooraf niet helemaal goed gegaan, maar na ons verblijf hebben we contact gehad met de manager en is dit opgelost. Complimenten voor de nazorg en het meedenken!

- Bij binnenkomst 's avonds was het personeel druk op de telefoon. Er werd niet op- of omgekeken of begroet. - De keuze bij het ontbijt was karig. Op onze laatste ochtend kwamen we er zelf pas achter dat je naast het standaard assortiment ook van alles vers kon bestellen. Dit had ons ook wel verteld kunnen worden gedurende ons verblijf.

Be careful here. You may not get the room you reserved. It seems tour groups get preference over individuals here.

Washing machine

The staff treated us poorly. They openly gave away our 2 bedroom unit right in front of us & then said no more 2 bedroom units. Said,” Feel free to cancel & go elsewhere”. Another manager came & gave us a 1 bedroom but one of us would now sleep on a very hard pull-out. No amount of compensation could remedy a poor night’s sleep on a terrible pull out bed.

Det ligger i byen

Puha der er mange ting er meget skuffet!! Vi overnattede 2 nætter i grand suite med 2 dobbelt senge. Jeg er normalt ikke kræsen og giver ikke dårlig anmeldelser men det her er simpelthen over min grænse! Værelset var ikke optimalt rengjort. Der var edderkoppespind, flere steder på væggene var der fyldt med pletter, huller og snask som kunne vaskes væk med klud, lågene i køkken kan næsten ikke åbnes, garderobe skabe havde en mærkelig luft hvor jeg ikke ville sætte mit tøj i, tog et billede af bruseren indeni hvor der var fyldt med skimmelsvamp, de sagde de ville gøre det rent dagen efter ...jo det gjorde de også men halvdelen var der stadig, brugte tandbørster hang oppe ved spejlet ude på badeværelset, booking reklamere med at det er 4 stjernet nej det maks 3 stjernet, morgenmad er på et andet hotel i nærheden hvor køkken er noget uhumsk, hotelet ligger udeforan slumkvarter, sengene og sengetøj var i det mindste rent og pænt. Personalet var dog flinke. Undskyld men jeg følte virkelig jeg boede på et hostel.

Great value, friendly staff

Staff were really helpful - the washer/dryer was faulty and they offered to take my laundry to the cleaners for me, FOC. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp. Location was great, right in the middle of the old town. Apartment was very neat, great size for a family, extremely comfortable stay.

Breakfast was at a next door hotel which was quite underwhelming but it was fine overall

Great way to get started with Hanoi.

Cozy, comfortable and central. Staff were lovely and super helpful!

Construction next door, very loud drilling noise from early morning. It is understandable, people have to make a living, so we left the next day.

Really enjoyed our stay and the staff here are amazing

The welcome was absolutely first class, and the staff were amazing from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful, and gave good recommendations of places to visit, and places to eat. The size of the room and space available was very impressive. We travelled as a family of four and our 2 bed apartment had ample space for us to feel comfortable. The room was very clean, and the only let down was lack of any view/window. The location was great - with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Would highly recommend. Thank you to Tracy and Michael for making us feel so welcome

Perfect location for exploring Hanoi

great location in the old town and you can easily walk everywhere. the apartment was huge, with two bedroom and two bathrooms, lounge and washing machine.

the breakfast was at another hotel around the corner - not a huge issue but just not convenient and very chilly in the mornings.

So much better than expected!

We love the surprise Washing machine in the bathroom, the exceptional manager and his staff as well as the comfy and clean beds and spacious rooms.

The breakfast could use some help as they are overwhelmed when it is busy and also, the coffee was like mud. BUT despite this breakfast Issue, I would stay again and again. The location was perfect 🥰

Huge room located right in the Old Quarter

The young lady who worked at reception was terrific, very helpful and engaging. The room was huge. Quite a few English movie channels which makes a nice change,good position in the Old Quarter.

The room had a bit of a musty smell.

Superb

Good for family. Easily accessible to attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Henry and Tracy who always willing to help. Breakfast is simple in a nearby hotel.

Road is narrow and congested at the front of the hotel.
