Un 10 en todo!

El hotel está genial, un 10 en todo. La habitación estaba súper limpia, con unas camas muy cómodas, grandes y con sábanas blancas. Aire acondicionado y nevera, muy importante para pasar el calor. La piscina está muy bien para refrescarse. El personal fue muy amable, todos los chicos y chicas fueron muy atentos y nos ayudaron en todo. Y la ubicación inmejorable. Es un muy buen hotel!

Prima voor één of twee nachten, centrale locatie.

Locatie tiptop in orde vlakbij het meer en op loopafstand van leuke eettentjes. Personeel aardig en bij uitchecken kleine attentie gekregen (Vietnamese thee).

Het strikt moeten wachten tot 14u op de incheck. (we waren er 20 minuten eerder). Ontbijt was in de gang, beetje sfeerloos en niet veel keuze.

Nuestra habitación tenía algun problema y necesita una reparación urgente por lo que antes de nuestra llegada nos dieron la opción de alojarnos en otro de sus hoteles SAN PREMIUM. La habitación amplia y cómoda. Muy buen desayuno y lo mejor la atención del personal. Se desviven por que tu estancia sea de 10. Nos dejarnos darnos una ducha antes de nuestro vuelo y nos contrataron en grab al aeropuerto, ya que no conseguíamos ninguno a causa de la tormenta. Todo con una sonrisa. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Super gelegenes Stadthotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Sehr nettes, pro-aktives Personal, sehr schönes Zimmer und Bad. Am besten ist die Lage mitten im alten Viertel, wo das Leben pulsiert!

Da Frühstück in der Lobby geht etwas beengt zu, überzeugt aber durch eine große Auswahl.

We enjoyed our stay at the San Palace and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was fine. We liked the choice of different ways to have eggs. Omelettes were very nice. The fresh fruit was also good to have for breakfast. Staff were friendly and willing to help with any requests we made. The bed was comfortable also.

It would be very much appreciated if the breakfast table where you have the tea and coffee jugs could also have a boiling water dispenser or Urn. The coffee jug have very strong coffee and if there was a hot water dispenser then we could add water to the drink. It would be good if there was a selection of tea bags. ( English breakfast ) tea is very popular in western countries.

A super clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff

The location of the hotel was great, it was only a few minutes walking to the center, where the lake is. The hotel was clean, staff was super friendly, the food was also good. We had a nice room, with an amazing bed, we slept really well. Staff was very helpful throughout. They carried our bags to the room, opened the door for us, even when we arrived after midnight and receptionist Macie was super friendly and helpful. We’d definitely recommend going to this hotel when you go to Hanoi!

Great location and friendly staff

The young lady on the reception desk was very welcoming and kind. Thank you Tracy. She helped me sort tickets at short notice and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my room. The room was very spacious and I enjoyed having a balcony.

The roof top bar wasn't open on the night I stayed, but I just BYO my own drink on the roof top :)

Que estaba céntrico

La habitación muy pequeña, íbamos con dos maletas, una grande y una mediana. Pues casi ni cabíamos a la habitación. El baño si tirabas de la cadena salía agua por debajo. La ducha solo iba el telefonillo la alcachofa de arriba la encendí i solo hacía ruidos y tira a 4 chorros a las paredes.

Fantastic hotel and staff in Hanoi

The staff were exceptional, and extremely helpful at all time's. Nothing was too much trouble, any problems was fixed ASAP. Very comfortable bed's, great breakfast. I would recommend this hotel anytime. Because it is in the old quarter we could always get picked up for tours. Thanks for a great holiday san palace hotel staff.

Nice hotel downtown.

Great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. The staff was very friendly, especially Lily in the reception. Many tips about what to do and where to eat in Hanoi. The room was comfortable but the noise from the street could be disturbing. Choose a room as highest floor as possible in the building and not facing the main street. Breakfast ok.

Lily was wonderful. She was super nice and helpful. Assisted with directions to some local attractions. I also had a few hours between checkout and hotel pickup and the hotel offered a nice place to relax. The entire staff was wonderful!

Exceptional staff and perfect location

Everything, from the get go all the staff made us feel very comfortable once we arrived. The hotel itself is located perfectly for most tourist sights in Hanoi and our room was very clean and had all amenities for our stay. Big thank you to all the staff who have been exceptional!!! Can’t recommend this place enough, and we will look forward to our next stay!! :)

Vi havde booket med balkon, men det var nærmere en fransk altan. På billedet af værelset er balkon med cafebord og stole uden for. Ved os var der mere tale om et vindue/fransk altan. Morgenmaden var heller ikke så imponerende, og der manglede beskrivelser af tingene på bordet.

Would recommend this hotel. It could use a bit of updating but still very comfortable.

The location was perfect! The staff were amazing and so accommodating. We had a really early tour so the made us a take away breakfast The roof top bar was closed and too cold to swim but still lovely to go up and bring a beverage and enjoy the view.

Gewoon super!

De ligging is super. Midden in het centrum maar toch geen last van de drukte en het verkeer in de kamer. Ook was het erg fijn om even af te kunnen koelen in het zwembad. Voor het personeel is niks te gek. Ze zijn super behulpzaam en staan 24/7 voor je klaar.

Tolles kleines Hotel mittendrin

Es war das letzte Hotel auf unserer 5wöchigen Reise und meine Erwartungen waren sehr klein. Ich wurde aber überaus positiv überrascht. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, was ich sehr empfehlen kann. Mir war es sehr wichtig natürliches Licht zu haben. Wir haben den Balkon nicht wirklich genutzt, da Hanoi eine recht laute Stadt ist und die Fahrzeugabgase zu riechen sind. Das Frühstück was lecker, auch gut für Vegetarier. Das Personal war sehr kinderfreundlich. Man ist mitten im geschehen und kann schnell durch das Gewusel von Hanoi laufen :)

Bei Zimmern zur Strassennähe sollte man besser Ohrenschutz für die Nacht nutzen. Das Hotel selber kann dafür aber nix. Ich habe nix am Hotel an sich auszusetzen.Es war alles super.
