L' endroit est parfait. Tout notre itinéraire a été chamboulé suite au passage du typhon. Le malheur des uns fait le bonheur des autres comme on dit. Beaucoup de gens ont annulé leur réservation ce qui nous a permis de tester cet établissement de haut standing. Nous sommes pris en charge dès la sortie du taxi. Accueil extraordinaire avec de quoi se rafraîchir, une boisson et des petits biscuits. Le personnel est très agréable La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et calme. Le petit déjeuner est au top et très varié. La piscine sur le toit est un véritable atout Emplacement parfait. Nous sommes ravis d avoir séjourné chez vous 🤩

A great way to start our Vietnam adventure!

The staff were so lovely and attentive- so helpful having just arrived from the UK. The location was excellent for exploring Hanoi and the room most clean and comfortable. The roof top bar was also fab! Would stay here again without hesitation. Great value for money.

Very good hotel with excellant service

The location was very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and convenient, the breakfast was good with quality food both local Vietnamese and western, the staff and service was excellent and even the spa was very good, I will stay in this hotel again the next time I visit Hanoi, highly recommended.

The bathtub can be removed.

We had heard a lot of good things about Oriental Jade Hotel. We decided to give it a try as it’s our last night in Hanoi

The hotel is 10 out 10! From the location, the services, the cleanliness of the rooms, the swimming pool, the wide range of buffet breakfast etc., everything is outstanding!

Très bel hôtel bien placé, proche du lac dans le vieux quartier d Hanoi ! La réceptionniste AUTUNE est juste incroyable, elle fait son maximum pour que tout se passe bien . Nous sommes partis plus tôt en excursion, elle nous a préparé des petits déjeuners a emporté, alors que nous avions quitté l hôtel pour une excursion à SAPA, elle nous a trouvé un transfert pour changer de ville, proposé de prendre une douche, elle a toujours fait en sorte que tout se passe bien…Le personnel a envie de bien faire pour faire en sorte que vous passiez un séjour inoubliable ! Je ai jamais vu un service client aussi exceptionnel !!! Merci pour tout du fond du cœur!

Excellent stay from beginning to end! Highly recommend it!

Everything about the hotel was amazing, starting with the service, they were super attentive from the moment we stepped in. The manager of the hotel, Mr. Brian, took the time to check on us, ensured we were taken care of on our departure day (our flight was late in the day, and were able to take a shower before our flight, plus invited us drinks at the rooftop bar, and we even got a nice goodbye gift). The rooftop bar and pool were the perfect break in between sightseeings, and the spa service was a plus to end our days. Everything in the hotel looked like new, the room had a good size, and the bed was simply perfect. The breakfast buffet was also super delicious.

We would stay there again even with the mishap we had about bugs. Hotel management was very nice. There are some guests

We had an unfortunate situation where we believe our bed had fleas because me and my husband both work up after our first night with bite marks all over our legs. I thought at first we got mosquito bites or something but after doing more research we believe it was fleas. We also actually found a flea in one of our belongings after we checked out of the hotel. Management was very apologetic about it.

Apart from the checkout issues, we did enjoy the stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The location, staff and breakfast were excellent.

The rooms were a little noisy from other guests in the corridors. The restaurant menu was limited for dinner and food and wine were a little expensive. The worst part was when checking out. There was another guest staying with the same surname on the same floor and we were charged for their spending and they were charged for ours. The GM did not believe us and we insisted on the signed receipts which he was initially unable to provide. This was very upsetting as we were ready to go to the airport and didn’t have time to go through it with him in detail. In the end he realized the mistake and refunded the overcharge. He was full of apologies.

飯店住宿服務品質是不錯，只不過在河內環劍湖這個光觀景點必須要小心路邊攤販及找你搭話的陌生人，因為只要你是外地越南人或是外國人必須痛宰你的荷包，因為他們的認知就是你只會來一次。

住宿周邊環境生活機能很好，早餐也相當豐盛美味。

因為我們全家是自駕旅遊，剛好遇到越南黃金週，周邊停車服務自己要當心(重點先問多少錢)，避免被泊車服務收取超額的停車費用。
