Where to begin? Leslie's place is perfect in so many ways. Location can't be beat. Close to the center of town yet set back just enough to be quiet and peaceful. The cottage is charming, homey with lots of natural light.
The 2 decks, 1 in front and the other around back, are wonderful to chill on.
Leslie is fast to respond and very easy to chat with.
I would recommend her place to anyone wanting to stay in Ptown!

My wife and I were celebrating a milestone anniversary and needed to bring our dog Rosie along. This cottage was perfectly located, right in the center of town, steps from Bradford and Commercial Streets. And yet, it was set back off a side road with a small, private yard and front and back decks, so quiet!
The cottage had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. The AC unit upstairs worked great and that in combination with the column fan provided downstairs kept the place a pleasant temperature. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. We also enjoyed the Adirondack chairs and what seemed like brand new cushions on the front porch. While we did not do much cooking, the kitchen seemed equipped for it.
My one caveat is the place is a little tired. The decks and outdoor furniture could use a good pressure wash and/or painting, for sure, the back yard a good weeding and cleaning (purging of defunct outdoor furniture). The coffee pot didn’t work (no problem as we used the provided ceramic slow-pour funnel to make it by the cup), and the cabinets, drawers, closets need a good going-through to pitch and purge worn things.
That said, the bottom line for us is always, would we stay here again? My answer is yes. Leslie was a terrific and responsive host, and I know she’ll continue to update and care for this perfectly located gem of a place.

Lovely natural-light-filled small home tastefully decorated in a convenient location. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return. As advertised and a compact space that is dog friendly.

Perfect house for 1 or 2 people to spend some time in Provincetown. Loved its proximity to Commercial Street and Provincetown Brewery. Owner was also very responsive to all communication and any concerns

This was a perfect early spring, weekend getaway with our dog. The location is great. Everything in town is within walking distance, restaurants, shops, harbor, etc. The place is just big enough for two people, and a pet.The bathroom small, especially the shower. Owner of the property was very responsive and gracious.

Leslie is just the best! And we love Skylar! The cottage is very cute. It is a little dated and could use some TLC. But the location is fantastic! Down one block and you are at the pier. Watched the New Year Eve fireworks out the front door! Already planning another visit.

A sweet, comfortable cottage tucked away just off the beaten path. The bonus for us was the ability to bring our dogs. We enjoyed early walks through downtown Provincetown, a generous parking area, a fully prepared kitchen, a private backyard and deck, and the very kind and accommodating hostess. Highly recommended!

We loved the location, Leslie the owner and her dog. This is a wonderful little cottage and we had a great time. The place is showing it’s age and needs attention. You won’t find a nicer host than Leslie and her dog Skyler make you feel right at home.

I had such a lovely time staying at this charming cottage. Despite being tiny it had all the comforts of home and was super close to everything. Leslie was totally available without being intrusive. Looking forward to staying there again!

My girlfriend and I spent a magical weekend at the cottage a few weeks ago. The layout was perfect: cute, cozy, with everything we could possibly need. The location was ideal - a short walk from everything. Leslie was fantastic as a host. We will be back!

Leslie’s place was great for us and our dog. We had more than enough space and the place was very warm and homey. The location is amazing as it is close by but not on Commercial Street. Leslie was easy to communicate with and our dogs got along very well. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Leslie's cottage! Both she and Skylar were fantastic hosts and were there if we had any questions or needed anything. The cottage is lovely and is in a PERFECT location. It's slightly removed from the bustle of Commercial Street so it's quiet but is walkable to all of the great restaurants and shops. We look forward to returning soon!

Just enough for two people. Cozy bedroom loft. Close to the center of town, very walkable. Practical use of a modest space. All that you need and convenient laundry on site. Louvered skylights in the bedroom add an airy touch, however not total blackout. Morning light leaks through the gaps and illuminates the room. It would be nice to have additional darkening shades that would provide a dimmer setting that's more favorable to sleeping in.

The overall experience was fantastic. Leslie is a wonderful owner and an animal lover as well. We were able to bring our dog with us with no bother, who ended up making good friends with Leslies dog as well. The house was the perfect size for us and we enjoyed the area and being walking distance of the downtown area in P town! we will definitely be back to visit this summer :)!
