Staff very friendly. Has a mosquito net which is handy, 1 night there was a spawn of flying ants all around the town. Great location.
Room was hot even with the fan, but managed to sleep.

Nettes, geschmackvolles Zimmer. Sauber und ordentlich. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage, allerdings nicht am Strand. Nettes kleines Restaurant.
Die Treppe zu den Zimmern ist sehr steil.

Whole design of room was nice and clean. Mosquito net is must there but wasn't the best. Definitely to small for this size of bed
No air con. Night was terrible. Hot humid can't sleep at all.
4.5
Really well equipped and comfortable room, family running the place were lovely and helped with organising onward transport - the food in their restaurant was also very good
Just be warned that next door there is quite a loud bar which is open fairly late

Location is good, very friendly host, very good value of money. We only had breakfast at the facility and it was very good. Clean room and bathroom.
Happy to support a local Cambodian business!
Nothing to mention!!

The guesthouse was really great. It was clean and comfortable and it is only one minute away from the beach. The food was also tasty.
The owners are a lovely family and they helped us a lot with booking a taxiboat, the ferry and even the sleeping bus to siem reap.
All in all we totally recommend this guesthouse. 👌
The stairs up to the rooms are a bit steep. It's not bad, but for elder people it could be difficult.

Great location, super friendly staff. We were always greeted with a smile and they were all very helpful

Great location and the breakfast was class!
No tap to wash the sand off your feet before entering the room.

amazing. room was perfect and spacious, the owners and their children were lovely and helped us with everything we needed (boats, laundry, getting money and any questions) good was great and cheap - returned multiple times! an overall great experience which made us extend our trip. THANK YOU 😁

Location is great. Family that ran the place were super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their restaurant below was really good too.
Village life meant no A/C which is understandable but the rooms got very hot at night despite the fan in the room.
Rooms could have had a few more storage facilities/shelves.
Not a problem for us but the guesthouse is next to a bar that plays loud music till midnight each night.

The owner is such a nice guy, English speaking guy ,super helpful, the whole village is a place to really disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life

Nice guesthouse with a very lovely family. The location is great and rooms are small, but comfy!
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner for a very reasonable price and good quality.
It can get warm in the room, but there is a fan.

Very close to the beach, the room was clean, the owner and his family were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They have a restaurant downstairs and we absolutely love the food. I highly recommend the pancakes.
The internet doesn’t work well. There’s a bar next door that sometimes is quite loud during the night.

Clean and comfortable hotel.
Spacious room and bathroom. Close to the places of interest of the town.
The family that runs it is very friendly. They have also a restaurant and they prepare a delicious Falafel👌
We had a good stay. We would repeat.
Wi Fi connection was not very stable.

Really lovely family and cute kids & pets. Great location right in the centre of the village. Eat downstairs in the restaurant as well, delicious home cooked food.
The pub next door can get pretty loud and rowdy in the evenings. Not their fault of course.

Very nice and kind owners.
Super nice room, very comfy and clean.
Yummy food at the restaurant downstairs
The bar next door which is a bit too loud at night

The family was very nice and helpful. The guesthouse is located only a minute away from the sea, and there's a small shop just downstairs. The room was nice, with a shared balcony area with other rooms. Very good vegetarian food available, curries and falafels for example. We stayed for 8 nights and would have stayed even longer, if we didn't have to go to to mainland to extend our visas. Very warmly recommended :)

Such a sweet place in M’pai Bay, I would recommend to anyone who plans to visit Koh Rong Sanloem to go to this side of the island as well.
The village has very nice community of locals and westerns that help you with everything, tell you where to go to eat and party (if up for that). We got warned by someone else that we get bored after one night in the village, but decided to stay for 5 nights in the end since it was so nice. Ing Ing offers good food (please try falafel wrap, it’s the best!), amazing Landry services (they removed stuck stain from my white dress) and in general they are super sweet people :)
WiFi was very poor most of the time, but I think it’s just common issue everywhere in the island.

The room is nice and clean. The stuff are friendly and helpful.
No hot water to shower.

The owner And his family is very nice, friendly and helpful. We already miss the family. The localization is very good, near the beach And the Pier. Very good food in the family restaurant.
So many mosquitos

The family who runs Ing Ing are so lovely! The room was clean and tidy, very close to the beach and the pier. They also have a restaurant downstairs which was very reasonable.
The electricity wasn’t on all the time, because of the rising gas prices (war).
4.5
The location is great, right on the main road - which is now paved. There is a small restaurant below the rooms serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner for reasonable (island) prices. The host speaks English; his wife speaks a little. The room was clean.
No complaints. Wifi was slow and the electricity went off several times per day, but this was not specific for this accommodation.

very welcoming family who manage the guesthouse. It really makes a difference between a nice stay and a great stay. thanks again.
Concerning the rooms, they are perfectly clean, the food that they serve is good.
Just keep in mind you don’t get hot water (looks like it is the same on all the island) and MPai Bay is not connected to the rest of the island by foot.
overall, a great place to stay for a couple days or more (7 days for us).

The host Yoand is definitely the highlight of this place. Always smiling and very attentive.
Our son was sick while we were there and he made him special tea with no charge.
Over all we loved Mpai Bay and enjoyed our stay.
The roon was very basic. And quite noisy. We thought it was a bit over priced compared with other places we've seen.
4.4
The staff, the owner and his wife were very friendly and always happy to help with anything. The room was clean and comfortable. The food from the restaurant is very tasty.
The wifi did not work well at all times, there is no furniture in the room so we had to put all belongings on the floor.
