I appreciated how clean everything was upon arrival. It was evident that they took the time to make sure it was a welcoming place. I also felt the kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed.

The week was for skiing and it was great to come back to a cozy, well appointed condo to relax before dinner. A very short walk to the Free Ride enabled us to get downtown, to the hill. Definitely a good choice.
4.8
Great place to stay for winter ski vaca. Quiet. Walkable to Snowflake lift even with ski boots on. Heated garage is great for parking car and leaving skis and boots. Plenty of room for our family of five. We had an overnight guest who used the sofa bed in the living room. Great time!

All listed details are accurate. Property is clean and cozy. Easy communication and has everything you can expect. 1 minor thing, can provide more soap and shampoo but definitely not an issue. Thank you!

The question is, would I stay there again and the answer is no. The positive is the property was clean and was a great location to the hills and town. However, the property is much more tired than what is portrayed in the pictures. The fireplace (which heats the ground floor) never worked (on a day of a blizzard), we had to get a spare heater from the mgt company (which blew a fuse), the kitchen door fell off, the chairs were broken, I repaired a toilet which didn’t flush, the water is warm at best for showers, the carpet looks at least 10+ years old, etc. I base my decision as someone who rents myself and have stayed at other Breck properties. There are better options for the price. Also, there is no pool in the winter (it’s seasonal), unlike the pictures which were portrayed.

Great place and location!

Clean, inviting place, great for a ski trip

We had a great time. The property is just a block away from then snowflake lift and Four O clock runs making it a breeze getting to and from the mountain. Can’t wait to visit again!
4.8
Excellent townhome perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teens. VERY well stocked, nice updates, plenty of space and nice proximity to the Snowflake lift and town.
**highly recommend renting your skis at the Snowflake lift/Blue Sky. It was a small trek uphill to the lift. Would have loved to just leave the skis locked up at the lift!
The heated garage was a greatly appreciated amenity for our gear and SUV.
An easy walk to town in about 10 min, but it’s uphill on the way back.
The only downside was that the water heater seemed to only accommodate 1 hot shower. Anything more would turn cold quickly. Hopefully they will address that.
Would absolutely stay here again!

Was overall very pleased with our stay. Clean, spacious and extremely convenient location. Apparently we chose the busiest week of the year to visit Breckenridge. Was walking distance to Main Street. Was unaware of health issues due to altitude, next time we will pre-medicate. Mattress’s were a little hard for our taste. Would choose this location again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Winterpoint 22, and I couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. The location is an absolute gem, offering the perfect blend of convenience and scenic beauty.
The ability to walk to both the town center and the Snowflake Ski Lift made my stay incredibly enjoyable. It meant that I could effortlessly explore the charming town and easily access the slopes, all without the need for transportation. The proximity to the Snowflake Ski Lift was a game-changer for someone like me who loves hitting the slopes bright and early.
The property itself was a cozy haven, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere after a day of outdoor adventures. The interior was well-maintained, and the amenities added a touch of luxury to the overall experience.
The booking process was seamless, and the property management team was responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. I highly recommend Winterpoint 22 to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable retreat in the heart of the action. It truly made our winter getaway a delightful and memorable experience.

We've stayed at Breckinridge properties for the past 8 years, but not at this one before. Winterpoint 22 had hits and misses. The location is perfect. Easy walking to downtown. Unit was very clean and plenty of towels and spacious for two to four people. Heating the family room area was a challenge as the thermostat next to the sliding glass door turned on the gas fireplace only twice, though we repeatedly set it higher than the current temp., which stayed around 66-68. 2nd bedroom bed is very hard, so if you like a hard bed, choose the one next to the alley. The bed pillows in that room need to be replaced. They are old and flat. Finally, the hot water was barely enough for two people. We don't dawdle in the shower, but my wife shaved her legs and I ended up finishing with a cold shower when I went in. That shouldn't happen with two people. Manager allowed a late check out, which was nice.

We had the perfect location to walk downtown, catch a bus or drive to a nearby trail. It couldn't have been better.

We stayed at this property when we were there skiing, and we really liked the floor plan and the size of the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed the location for the summertime

Great location, clean and comfortable condo for our family of 4 to treat and recharge in between hikes and exploring Breckenridge. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of space to spread out. Liked having a garage so the car was secure and we could leave dirty stuff out there. Short walk from everything but still feels private. Would highly recommend!
4.8
Not only was the location ideal, just a short walk to main street, but the house was the perfect fit for my family. We had plenty of space for groceries, meals, laundry, sleeping (we even had extra beds), movie nights, etc. A++ rating from me!
4.8
The unit was really clean, well stocked, all appliances and humidifier in working order. Light switches, garage door openers, etc. labeled so it was really clear on how to operate things. The garage, kept in a state of low heat well above freeing, had a well laid-out area for boot/gear removal and gear storage. There was a clearly laid out way to maintain outside gear and boots and enable changing to inside shoes without tracking mud into the unit. Nice stay. Roughly three blocks somewhat uphill walk to get to the Snowflake lift/trailhead where there was an equipment rental location (Charter Sports). Roughly half-mile walk to Main St. Bus stop nearby.

Place was as described. The beds are a little hard though, but it's not something that bad. The top bunk, as they mentioned, really should be for short people or kids. I'm 5'0" tall, but still accidentally hit my head on the odd extra wall on the ceiling when I woke up. Would recommend switching your pillow to face the other side to avoid that if you're taller than me! Overall, really enjoyed the stay and would come back.
2-3 minute walk to the bus stop to get on the shuttle to the Gondalas (we went to Peak 8 access). Takes about 5 minutes to get there. Easy. Takes about the same time back from there.
5-10 minute walk to Main street. Very cute spots around.
The access to the community hot tub is wonderful. A 2-3 minute walk, but if needed you can drive to the parking lot. There's 3 large hot tubs available to relax in and there's even a pool to switch back-and-forth from. Loved it very much after going on the mountains.

Just an 8-10 minute walk to Beaver Run and Quicksilver lifts. Cozy, well appointed, and perfect for our group of 3 friends skiing for the weekend. Also just a short walk to Main Street for food and shopping.
4.8
100 yards or so to Snowflake lift. Less than a 10 minute walk to the village. Garage was great, and fit our large SUV (although others in the same building couldn’t fit their trucks). Condo fit our family well, although wasn’t the most luxurious place we’ve stayed (dated furniture, older carpeting, wood paneling). Washer and dryer were great. Would stay here again.

I booked this stay for a family trip but came down with Covid, so only my dad and brother could go but they said the townhome was perfect! I am so jealous that they got to enjoy it without me! They said the location was perfect for 2 different lifts, and it was 2 blocks from the Ice Sculpture Competition. The townhome comfortably sleeps 8, and included covered parking so the car was secure. I will always book the same location without even having been, based on my dads feedback alone

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, comfortable and close to everything. 1 block from the shuttle, 2 blocks from snowflake lift, 5min walk from the community hot tub and pool, 10min walk from Main St shops, restaurants and bars.
The kitchen was so well stocked with tools, appliances and spices we ended up making most of our meals there. Super easy.
This was my first time in Breckinridge and this property will be my first choice for all subsequent visits.

Location!
This is a great unit, only about 150 yard walk to the chairlift, so basically "ski in-ski out" - short walk with ski boots, or tie your boots/shoes to the fence where the run "Lower 4 O'clock" ends. We had some trouble with the gas fireplace not turning on, and we contacted the property management company and they sent somebody out ASAP and fixed it. Nice King Size bed in Master, and Great Shower Pressure and super hot water which is important after skiing. We would stay here again!

You can’t beat the location. We walked everyday into town, which was about 3 blocks away. The property was extremely clean and well stocked.

Great property. Made for a perfect long father/son weekend with a friend of mine and his sons. Location is perfect. Close to snowflake lift and easy drive to town.
4.8
Great stay
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the condo.. it was clean and cozy. The check-in process was less than convenient because we had to reach Breck the back way due to the I-70 closure and hazardous driving conditions. So having to drive all the way to Frisco to pick up the key after a treacherous six hour drive from Denver was unfortunate. Aside from that we would highly recommend this place to others.

Great place!
Close to everything!
