This cute little romantic 1904 home has a brand new kitchen and beautifully remodeled bathroom with the amazing rain shower. Enjoy all new appliances and bedding, newly landscaped yard, and backyard patio, grill, and fire pit. Ideal for a couple or small family - please note the bathroom entrance is through the master bedroom. The home is located only a few blocks from great shopping, art stores, farmer's markets, coffee shops, and yummy restaurants. This cottage is less than 3 miles from Garden of the Gods, walking distance from downtown Old Colorado City, 2 miles from downtown Colorado Springs and less than 5 miles from Manitou Springs. We made ourselves comfortable but bath, AC and hot tub kept losing power needs attention. Front porch hand rail too loose dangerous. Back yard needs cleaned. Clean with amenities well provided.

The house was adorable. The location was perfect for shopping and dining. The hot tub was a very welcome sight after a full day of hiking adventures. The host was super responsive and the website had all the information we needed. Will definably be booking again.

I had never been to CO and started the week off at the Garden of the Gods resort but wanted to spend some time closer to the lively parts. I went back and forth over Downtown Colorado versus Old Colorado Springs and I am so glad I chose a property in the latter. Super cute, walkable (felt very safe) town and a quick 10 minute drive to downtown. Property was clean and in a quiet part of town. The hot tub was a seller point for me but we never used it. We were pleased with our stay and enjoyed the proximity to all of our bucket list adventures

We arrived to find the electricity only workd in the kitchen. No wifi no ac no lights in master bedroom or bathroom no tv & no hot tub. The worst part was the owners of the place wouldn’t answer our phone calls or return our calls. We had to find somewhere else to stay🙁frustrating

We loved this house! Super cute, clean and perfect location for everything there is to do in Colorado Springs. We could ride our bikes to town! After a long day of hiking and biking the hot tub was perfect! Very nice house to come home to! Loved reading in the back yard and watching the squirrels! We will be back! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay near Old Colorado City. The kids loved making s'mores in the fire pit and we found the kitchen perfect for making all our meals. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and area for intended purpose of my individual trip. I typically do not travel solo and had my better half accompanied me these accommodations would have suited us both quite easily and comfortably. Will consider another stay for the both of us around the same time next year. Cheers.

Traveled for work and leisure. My 4th time to stay in this sweet, quaint and cozy house. Comfy bed, updated & stocked kitchen, hot tub. If you appreciate an older neighborhood, this is a great place. Location convenient to all Old Colorado City has to offer! Mountain views are splendid! Will stay here again!

Welcoming space - feels like my home away from home! Comfy bed, spacious kitchen and nice living / den area! The hot tub is an added bonus. The yard is spacious - fire pit / chairs are there and I can’t wait to enjoy the yard in a return trip! Great for 1-2 people! Close to attractions, shops, grocery stores, etc.

I didn't have a car, and I didn't need one. The property is walking distance from several great restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. The Saturday Farmers market was fun too. The property manager was very helpful and communication was simple and quick. With the electronic door keypad, the contactless check in and check out was very efficient, and truly appreciated. I enjoyed spending time in the private hot tub! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a girls weekend. The house was cute and clean and the neighborhood was great. Parking was easy and it was so nice to be able to take a short walk to all the restaurants, cafes and shops in old colorado city. It was also an easy 10 minute drive to Manitou Springs. If we come back to Old Colorado City would love to stay here again.

We do not like giving negative reviews ,but we felt we should let the owner and future guests be aware of a couple of things. Pics are old. The property needs serious cleaning (outside). Hot tub area was dirty. After I swept the area, my wife still did not want to get in. Outdoor grill had grease on the patio. Arriving at the house the neighbor's house on the left looked empty and weeds were waist high. Neighbor on the right had a car on jack stands out front. Didn't look like it was going to be fixed anytime soon. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. The ice trays were broken so had to buy ice. Guess the cleaning people don't look in there. The bathroom was very nice. The TV's were great! The house is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. The house is very cute and has been updated in many areas, but the outside needs attention. .

Close to all that Colorado and Manitou Springs have to offer, and loved that we could walk to coffee shops, breweries, and family restaurants in Old Colorado City. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the backyard—including a hot tub—was peaceful and relaxing. And, communication with the host was outstanding! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this cute, yellow house as perfect place to stay while exploring Colorado.

My husband and I stayed in this clean and comfortable cottage for five nights. The location is great with many restaurants nearby and within easy driving distance of the main attractions in the area. We needed to contact the owners a few times during our stay and we were impressed with their timely responses and consideration.

We were looking for something convenient to Manitou Springs, hiking and the Air Force Academy. This little house is in a quiet neighborhood, it was perfect for two of us and we appreciate the attention to detail if the owners have paid. There were a few lightbulbs out and some spring cleaning that needs to be done outside but everything was very nice for our stay

Everything about our stay was was fantastic! Ann’s communication was clear, concise and timely. She provided the checkin and checkout information and promptly answered any questions. We loved the location of the home as we could walk to the local CF Gym and all the fantastic local restaurants daily. It’s also located on the route to take to ski Breckinridge, which is less then a two hour drive from the home. The hot tub was clean, and we enjoyed it one night after skiing. The home was clean, organized, and had all the necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has been recently renovated, and the rain shower was superb. The place is in an excellent location and serves as an easy, stressless home away from home. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in the little yellow house a couple of times-we love it! The hot tub after our daily hikes, is sooo enjoyable. Excellent location for hikes, dinners and shops. Great communication with the owners. We’ll be back!

Checkin was easy, the home was well stocked, and location close to old Colorado City, Garden of the gods, and downtown. Was a quiet location with walking distance to some old Colorado city locations. Only negative was the bed was comfy- but a bit squeaky.

The house location was amazing! The farthest thing from the house was Royal Gorge and that was only 1hr and 20mins away! Pikes Peak was 12 mins away and much much more. The house was super clean and beautiful on the inside. The internet was a bit slow, but who really needed internet when you were traveling all around Colorado? The house was perfect in every way possible. The host was always easy to reach and responded in a timely manner. I would stay here every time when going to Colorado. House was 3 mins from a grocery store which made things easy. The house only had two bedrooms so it was perfect for just my daughter and me. This house was just wonderful in every way possible. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Thank you so much to our wonderful host for always keeping in touch with us.

We absolutely loved this property. It was clean, comfortable, and completely updated. Despite its small size, it has a good layout which made it feel roomier than expected. The bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable, it could rival those in some high-end hotels. The host was among the most (if not the most) attentive I have encountered- excellent communication before and during our stay. She even provided a very comprehensive and thoughtful online “house manual”. This not only included everything you may need to know about the house, but also a list of things to do and restaurant recommendations. Location is in a quiet neighborhood and super convenient, too!

In Houston we have the Heights and the neighborhood around the old downtown Colorado Springs is exactly the same. Trendy, quaint, established neighborhood that is within walking distance of everything. House is cozy and very clean.

This property is clean and just 2 blocks off the old Colorado strip. Great view and minutes from everything! Private hot tub was perfect for those sore muscles after our hikes and it was even snowing one night as we unwound in the hot tub! We will be back again!
