Staff is present and attentive. There is always someone cleaning something. Busy location with lots of people moving around in the street, so you never really feel alone. Reforma 222, a large mall with theater and food court, is about 15 or 20 minutes away walking. Room is very basic but was just what I needed for an entire month. There was also always hot water in the shower when I needed it. I would return.
No complaints!

- The hostel was central.
- The pictures do not represent how the hostel actually looks now.
- It’s a hostel & a co living space so you are sharing with locals who don’t like tourists.
- Felt very uncomfortable with the characters staying there, so much so I didn’t feel comfortable with my partner walking to the toilet by herself.
- Room with no window, very small, uncomfortable bed.
- Bathrooms were very unclean & smelt very badly of drains.
- We think there was a broom cupboard next to our room as whenever anything was thrown in there or the door was slammed shut our room wall would shake & bang very loudly.

La ubicación y la tranquilidad. Las instalaciones y la cercanía con el metro.
Se escuchaba el ruido de las demás habitaciones y el calor al interior de la habitación.

Good location
There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. The shower was burning hot, I got burned quite badly. There were loud tourists partying and drinking every night with no respect for others in the hostel. The workers didn’t do anything about it eventhough it should be silent after 11 pm. One guy in the room was calling at 1 am, when I told him to be quite he got very agressive and calreated a scene. Didn’t feel comfortable at all afterwards.

Solo la ubicación
El precio es muy alto para lo que ofrece. El cuarto no tiene ventanas, ni aire, ni internet, ni tv. El baño lo tienes que limpiar tú.

The location was good, the staff was very nice. The kitchen was fully equipped.
My room had bed bugs. They claimed they had fumigated 8 days prior, but they must not have done a very good job. Considering that they are still accepting new guests after finding bed bugs means that they probably didn't take them very seriously in the first place.
This was my first time dealing with bed bugs, the itching was ungodly. I took to social media asking what I should do. Hundreds of people told me how difficult they are to get rid of, and how the hostel should have taken responsibility them. I asked for a refund, and they were only able to give me a refund for one night. I guess that was better than nothing, but it didn't cover the cost of all of the laundry I had to do. I had to take all of my clothes, shoes, backpacks, bags... literally EVERYTHING I had and took it to be washed at a high temp with special chemicals.
I also had to buy cream for the itching and disinfectant to clean my other things that couldn't be washed. Two days of my trip were wasting making sure I didn't take any bugs with me. The owner was nice, but it seemed like the best she could do for me was offer her sincerest apologies.
I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I don't know how seriously they're taking that situation. They were still accepting new guests when I left. I'm worried this will happen to someone else.

Es un éxito Total.
Lamentablemente la ventilación ni existe y solo dos ventiladores recirculan el aire y los olores. Recomiendo extractores de olor y ventilación.

Close to the hostel, there is a park with some good taquerias on the street at a good price and quality.

I really liked the location of the property. Close to food carts, public transportation, parks, and nightlife. The women who take care of the property were always courteous, respectful and informative.
It would get extremely hot at night in the sleeping quarters.

Thr price was awesome for a double room in a hostel. The room itself is one of the nicest budget rooms in CDMX. It's refreshing to see a fresh coat of paint on the walls. It's right next door to a 7-11 and very close to transit. Street vendors everywhere. Hot water🥵
It seems like once the staff leave whom ever is the senior guest is in charge? And this girl from Spain did not like Gringos lol. Especially after I told her I was from Canada and not USA.
Very rude.

Excellent location next to the subway and 15 min walk to the Centro.
I asked the lady for 2 days that there was no soap in the bathroom upstairs and she said she will organize it straight away but did not.

Good cheap option for staying in a room on your own if you don't want to stay in a hostel dorm.
Great location, clean.
Room without window, stairs to the upper floor are quite steep, so maybe not the best option for everyone.

Good location and staff were lovely. Nice for what we needed which was a one night stay before our flight to Guadalajara. it looked like it had a well fitted kitchen. Good communication before hand as well.
It felt a bit dark and stuffy. Only one plug in the room.

The location is good, within walking distance to Centro, Roma Norte and Condesa. The bus link was also just down the street which was helpful to get to and from Tapo Ado.
The room was nice, clean and spacious with a fan. The shared bathroom was also kept clean and the shower had hot water at all times of day.
The kitchen was a good size and was adequately equipped.
The staff were very friendly.
There isn't always someone at reception so make sure to let them know your arrival time so you are not inconvenienced.
