Todo muy bien (el ruido sería el único inconveniente)

Buen precio, todo limpio y cómodo

Hay mucho ruido de la calle, si eres de los que les afecta el ruido para dormir, si es un problema.

Very close to the center of MXDF for half of the price of other locations

the location is great and facilities like order food to the rooms and the staff were always nice and helpful

the beds and pillows and towels are not soft, too hard for me, but everything else is great.

Good value for money, good location.

15-minute walk to the main downtown area, and just down the road from the Arena Mexico wrestling. The room was good for the price and a couple of nights. Lots of street food vendors around in the evening.

Some nights could get pretty loud from other apartments all through the night.

Man bekommt genau das was man erwartet

Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, Fahrer war sehr gut (kann zwar nur spanisch aber das ist kein Problem), Lage (das direkte Umfeld schaut zwar schäbig aus, aber eine Straße weiter ist das Mexiko City weswegen man da ist (Strassenstände…) einfacher Check in und Check out, man kann dem Hotel Nachts um 2 schreiben dass man in der Früh einen Fahrer braucht und das ist kein Problem

Fenster sind zu klein um richtig zu lüften, Badewanne war etwas dreckig, auch Nachts noch viel Lärm (hellhöriges Haus)

Good value for money

The room was spacious, with all necessary amenities (I even had a desk to get some work done) and there was 24/7 hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good too and available all the time. The location was also easily accessible.

I came in winter and the room had no air conditioning. So the first night I was freezing and had to ask for an extra blanket. Sometimes there is also noise from neighbouring rooms.

Excelente hotel, ótima opção em CDMX

Hotel novo e bem conservado. Muito confortável, inclusive as opções de café da manhã são muito boas e saborosas.

Um pouco de cheiro de cigarro mesmo nos quartos de não-fumante. Havia um quarto com música extremamente alta durante toda a noite, o que prejudicou um pouco o descanso.

Todo, pequeña la habitación, está muy vieja y se ve determinada, las habitaciones tienen mucho ruido exterior, el ventilador a penas servia una velocidad, no tenían más que dos jabónes para bañarse, no había toallas de mano y las toallas de ducha horribles, no me agrado el lugar, además de ubicarse en una zona peligrosa a un precio elevado.

Nothing fantastic, even frustrating as no one speaks English. Reception should have English speaking

There was no breakfast at all. Not even kettle or hot water in room to make tea or coffee. No fridge for cold drinks, no microwave, no nothing for your comfort.

At least to have kettle, tea or coffee in the room if breakfast is not served.

OK experience

It's everything you expect from a 3-star hotel. No surprises which is good. We booked the Suite with Spa Bath. Nice big TV with working streaming services was a bonus. Check-in and out was easy. Very near two metro stations and walking distance from the historic centre.

The location was not the best in terms of safety and food options. True that it is very near two metro stations and walking distance from the historic centre but at night the place is not safe (we were told by a friend who is local after we booked). There are no restaurants nearby. We booked Suite with Spa Bath. The "spa bath" is really just a big tub with purple lights, so don't expect so much. The shower is located in a strange place which made the whole bathroom wet when you took a shower. The city view is another hotel across the street. A regular room should be sufficient, the suite wasn't really worth the extra money.
