Wonderful family vacation
The property was perfect for our family of seven. Condo was right on the beach and our parking spot and outdoor storage was next to boardwalk to the beach. Great condo and excellent location.

Kings Cross VRBO
We travel to Sanibel almost every year. We typically stay at another property, but needed a three bedroom unit this year.
The positives of this unit:
-3 dedicated bedrooms with beds on box springs, not sleeper sofas or air mattresses
- A large living area with spacious seating for six adults
-The parking was located under the building, which kept the vehicle in the shade and made for a much cooler car.
- Storage unit for beach items in the parking garage
-Unit is close to the elevator
-Unit is super close to the beach (this is the closest I’ve ever been to the beach)
- The mirror in the dining area gives you a beautiful view of the beach when sitting in the living area
- Full view of the beach from the lanai
- Full size washer and dryer
- Some pantry items were available for our use (this is not guaranteed)
-the owner had great communication and was very responsive
-The code lock. It eliminated the questions: Where is the key? Who has the key? Can we have extra keys?
The negatives of the unit:
- The unit is showing its age. The living room furniture does not support you when you sit and is like sinking into an old booth at a restaurant. The bed in the main bedroom while comfortable, is very creaky and noisy when you get in and out or sit on it.
- The sliding door between the main bedroom and the adjoining bathroom is very noisy.
-The sliding glass doors that give access to the Lanai are extremely difficult to move. They either need some major lubrication or replacement
- The kitchen has some notable functionality issues. The handles on the dishwasher and the stove make it almost impossible to open the some drawers, most importantly, the silverware drawer. The placement of dishwasher door when open, makes it very difficult to unload the dishes into the appropriate cabinets and drawers.
-There are no surge strips or charging stations set up in the bedrooms. This forces you to charge your electronics in some inconvenient/odd places.
-The top electric socket in the bathroom that adjoins the main bedroom needs to be replaced. It’s so loose that the hairdryer plug kept falling out when in use.
-The dining area does not have its own dedicated air conditioning vent. It got overly warm when we we eating. We solved this problem by putting a fan (which we bought) on the bar and pulling air from living room.

Perfection in paradise!
We were five adults, my brother, his daughter and boyfriend and my son and me. The condo felt like home immediately! Cooking is my creative outlet and the kitchen was well stocked and exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable was was the furniture in the living room. We were blessed to see dolphin up close and a family of four manatee, mom and 3 babes, rolling in the surf one evening. While we didn't face the beach we did not miss the view since we spent most of our time on the beach and in the water. Beautiful!!

Spacious Condo Close to Pool and the Beach
The property was very spacious for our group of 5. You can see the ocean and the pool from the lanai. The beach is amazing for sunsets and shelling. Not busy like the public beaches. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is older, but was well maintained and clean. Parking area under cover floods when rains, but is promptly pumped out. TVs are small but full cable available. Beach and Pool were great. Bring bug spray for no-see-ums on beach.

Nice condo
The condo was perfect for the family. Very clean and roomy for a family of 5. The only thing I would have liked better was not having rusty patio furniture or rusty beach chairs but the facility was nice enough to provide them so that is minuscule to me.

This property has it all! It's beautiful, clean, and just steps from the beach!
This property far exceeded our expectations. It was large, beautifully decorated, very clean, and well supplied. If we needed something, it was there in a closet or kitchen cabinet. The screened lanai was especially nice. We were steps from the pool and beach--exactly what we wanted! The owner was quick to reply to our emails and very easy to deal with. We would highly recommend this listing.

Great location and spacious.
Only reason I don't leave five stars is that there are no blinds on the windows that face the greenbelt and all the other units. At night it made us feel like we were in a fish bowl and able to be seen by anyone in the adjacent units.
Also, the hot water heater really barely had the capacity for one ten minute shower, let alone for five individuals to get ready for dinner within the same time frame.
Other than that this 3 bedroom and two bathroom unit had a great living space, kitchen and dining area and access to the beach.

Perfect for Family
My family had a perfect time in this condo. All 7 of us fit in very comfortably. The lanai had lots of room and a spectacular view of the beach.
It appears that all concerns from the prior review were addressed. There was a new dishwasher and a well-outfitted kitchen with plenty of utensils.
We would definitely stay there again.

Good views but needs some attention......
Kings Crown is in a lovely area with views and easy access to beach. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained and furnished, although it was lacking a community grill as other complexes offer.
Our unit was spacious but dated and lacked adequate kitchen utensils, coffee cups , silverware and pots and pans. There were also light bulbs out in the bathrooms, an ice maker that did not work and a dishwasher that was unusable for the first five days of our stay. For the price of this unit, we did not expect to have these issues.
We enjoyed our stay in KC and would certainly consider coming back when these items are corrected.

Relaxation & Family Bonding
The condo was well equipped. The bedrooms were well appointed and we had enough room for 5 adults and one child who is 9. There is a tremendous amount of closet space and storage which is great. The office was great in the master suite and allowed for me to continue to run my home office from that location. The location is perfect for the island. It is quiet and allows for your family to bond while participating in the many activities there. I appreciated that the condo development is not commercialized and we could just enjoy the space.
We went shelling, enjoyed the beach, snorkeling, swimming in the fantastic pool, played tennis, jogging on the great pathway that is right there for your convenience, and my grandson enjoyed his scooter there. You are close to everything imaginable and I cant express my gratitude for how comfortable the furnishings were throughout the condo. It is a perfect location and condo for family vacations.
One suggestion, bring your binoculars! There is great wild life all around you to watch. Including the wild life preserves that are within walking distance or a short drive.

A Relaxing Vacation
The condo was very comfortable. We had plenty of room. We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch, which overlooks the pool. The beach was just a minute away. We were also very close to restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this property.

Great location and great accommodations.
Also, the property was very well equipped with everything you need from beach equipment, to beach towels to a very well equipped kitchen.
My expectations were exceeded, with one qualification, which has nothing to due with the physical property. Beware of "The no see em bugs". and ensure you use a repellent. Seriously!!!!

I can't wait to come back!
Two weeks in this condo, and everything was great! The owner was particularly kind and generous. We had one minor issue concerning a limited amount of hot water. An email to him, and within an hour the problem was addressed and solved. The condo is as described: No hype there. Well stocked, including abundant towels. It's a stone's throw to the beach, and even closer to the beautiful pool. The entire property is so well maintained. The parking underneath the condo was particularly welcomed when it rained. I've traveled a lot, but don't recall EVER being on a beach with as many shells, and some truly beautiful ones at that. The lanai was perfect, especially for those who didn't want to bake in the sun on the beach. Washer/dryer was greatly appreciated. A short drive to everywhere you'd want to go on Sanibel. Three properties down from one of the best restaurants on the island: The Sandbar, which we highly recommend. A wonderful two + weeks, and I'd love to come back. We stayed Feb 6-21, 2016. Also appreciated the storage unit (right next to the parking spot) which was equipped with bicycles, beach chairs and a welcomed umbrella. There are so many other positive things to say and, believe it or not, not a single complaint!

A roomy, pleasant condo in a quiet development on the beach.
The property is lovely and well maintained. The pool is heated and located centrally within the complex. Landscaping is pretty. The beach is quiet and just a short Boardwalk from the units.

Island Paradise
We enjoyed a Girls Getaway in June thanks to my great friend Carol. I have nothing but the best to say about our stay. The condo was clean and enough room for 4 women. All the amenities were excellent: close to the beach,shopping in Ft. Meyers, wonderful restaurants,shelling on the beach, even an elevator to haul your armful of purchases! I would recommend this condo to anyone searching for Heaven on Earth!!!,
