Are you ready to be pampered? Then look no further.
Located in Bear Hollow Village in world famous Park City, Utah, this luxurious and spacious 2,150 square foot townhouse is both beautiful and well-located. We previously had a smaller condo in Bear Hollow, but liked the area so much that we bought a larger townhouse in the same complex. Most of the reviews below refer to the condo which I have been renting to guests since 2008. The townhouse is an end unit in Bear Hollow Village located near the Canyons, Deer Valley and Park City Ski Resorts. Its location gives it a better view than many of the townhouses in the complex. The townhouse is conveniently located near skiing, snowboarding, golfing, shopping, tennis, grocery stores, biking, zip cords and miniature golf. Across the road is Redstone Shopping Center with a movie theater and a wide variety of excellent restaurants and shops, including a Whole Foods Grocery store. At the entrance to Bear Hollow Village is a BUS STOP for easy access to Park City's free bus system. The townhouse also has an enclosed garage to keep the snow off of your car.
The townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. It is fully furnished and equipped to make your stay COMFORTABLE and LUXURIOUS. The townhouse is in a great location because it is an end unit and unlike may townhouses in Bear Hollow has views from the deck. The Master bedroom has a QUEEN bed, walk-in closet and a private bathtub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a QUEEN bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. The 4th bedroom downstairs has a QUEEN bed and its own private bathroom. Every bedroom comes with its own flat screen TV. The television is a cable system with over 200 channels, including HBO, and a DVR for the television in the living room. The downstairs bedroom also has an Xbox to keep the kids entertained.
The kitchen comes fully equipped, and beautiful, with granite countertops, alder wood cabinets and GE stainless steel appliances. A full-size WASHER and DRYER are located in the townhouse. The townhouse is also equipped with central heating and A/C for the upstairs living area, as well as a gas fireplace.
The townhouse's amenities are superb with Sealy posture-pedic pillow top beds, 450 thread count sheets, Turkish spa towels and Dansk plateware. The living room has a leather couch and love seat with large ottomans to stretch out on. No detail has been overlooked to ensure a relaxing and luxurious stay.
A short walk away from the townhouse are the swimming pool (summer only) and a large HOT TUB (all year long) for your relaxation after a hard day of skiing, shopping or wherever the day has taken you. However, there is also a private HOT TUB on the townhouse's deck, as well as a gas grill. For your convenience, there is a 3,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a well-equipped fitness center, free PCs, locker rooms and lounge area ready for your use.
For those of you who strive to stay connected, HI SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET is available in the townhouse.
For your ENTERTAINMENT, a DVD player, 47-inch FLAT SCREEN TV and SOUND SYSTEM that supports and docks with iPods are in the living room.
While it might be tempting to lounge around all day, those of you who are adventurous may choose to leave the townhouse for a couple of hours. You will be conveniently located to many nearby activities, such as:

Overall we had a fantastic stay here. The owner was great at communicating and very helpful with any questions. The house was clean, the check in process was easy and the directions to the property were clear. The hot tub is in a great location in the house to make it easy to use, which was awesome. This is a great place to spend your vacation!
However, there were a couple of things I wish we had known ahead of time.
The downstairs bedroom does not have its own door. My parents were down there and so they did not really have any privacy. You have to pass by that room to go to the garage. Probably a great room for kids, not for adults. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. The kids are young so needed to stay upstairs with parents.
There are only 2 parking spaces available. One is in the garage and one in the driveway directly behind it. I know this neighborhood pretty well and have stayed there multiple times on other trips. I picked this unit because it has a covered area of the driveway. However, we had 3 rental cars, so we ended up having to park 1 on the street and would need to clean it off when it snowed at night. Not the end of the world but just wish we had known in advance.
Again, overall it was a great stay and the owner was awesome to work with. You should definitely consider staying here if you don't mind any of the above!

This property was as advertised, clean, well stocked and communication with the homeowner was excellent. The location is great, minutes from the canyons ski village. We especially enjoyed the living/dining area as it provided a large area to congregate. Zero complaints, we would rent again.

A fabulous property with plenty of open gathering space yet adequate private bedrooms & baths. Convenient location to the slopes for great skiing and easy access from Salt Lake City.

Wonderful home in a great location for access to the ski hills and getting out to Salt Lake City and the Olympic Park! Owner's communication was great and very helpful with reminders and instructions about the property. Large dining table was great for eating meals together. We would stay here again in the future!

The house has all the amenities you would expect with a well stocked kitchen. Steve is very communicative and accommodating to change requests. The personal hot tub is very convenient and clean. The gas fireplace is great after a day of skiing.
The property is about 1 mile to the Canyon base area. You can take a shuttle there or Park City. Just remember you need to take "Spiro 101 Outbound" to return to property.

We stayed at Bear Hollow as a group of eight 30 somethings. The location was good, a quick drive to the Canyons and a bit more to PC.
There were two outstanding things about this rental. First, it is actually managed by the owner. This was very evident by the attention to details. Steve was always overly accommodating about check in/check out and very responsive to questions. Another perk was that this rental had less management/cleaning fees than other comparable units.
Second, the kitchen was very well appointed. Our group enjoys cooking. Pans were good, knives were actually sharp, with a sharpener available. Small important things like a coffee grinder, juicer, Tupperware, crockpot, several graters, ramekins etc were all there.
Other notes, the floor plan is super open, making it great for groups. There are now ample hot tub towels, in case you are reading through old reviews.

Overall the home was great. Lots of room and just about everything needed to be comfortable. We could have used more towels. Views were not the best but a good location to access everything around. Would definitely recommend this place to large groups. Steve was great to work with and was always very helpful.

Spacious property with great location only 35 minutes from Salt Lake International airport. Just off the exit to Park City and very close to shopping and restaurants in Redstone area. 15 minute drive to Park City and Deer Valley and easy to jump back on the highway and drive to Alta and Snowbird. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beds for seven people. Bathrooms had more than enough towels and having three full baths was plus to get everyone ready in the morning. Our family especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck after skiing. Only item I would mention is that the downstairs bedroom does not have a door, so not private, but all and all a great property. Steve the owner was easy to work with and kept me well informed throughout the process as well as during our stay.

Steve was great to work with and I would definitely look him up next time I come back to Park City. He is very helpful answering any kind of questions and keeping you updated with the snow and weather forecast for your trip.
The condo is very comfortable and has everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen has more cookware then most kitchens and we had no issues making dinner there. The condo was in great condition and is as exactly as pictured. Highly recommended.

Steve was very helpful in all respects. Second time mountain biking in Park City, and Steve helped me find my way around the trail system. The condo is very clean and well decorated. I plan to stay here again.

The condo was roomy, well kept, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for 4 of us. My teenage daughter brought a friend, and they were quite happy with the accomodations. They were at the other end of the hall, so they had freedom of chatting all night long and watching TV without worrying about making too much noise.
The kitchen was fully functional, but we chose to eat out at the many eateries in Redstone Village (just down the street) and in Park City. We spent time exploring the mountains on bicycles and ATVs. Beautiful place. I would love to go back again. We watched the fireworks on 7/4 at Midway - just down the road from PC. I still can't get over how good they were in such a small town of 2000! Totally amazing.
The whole process was very easy. Booking the reservation, checking in and out, and Steve (owner) offered many suggestions on what to do.

We were very pleased with this property. The complex is well kept. The unit itself was perfect for the 5 of us. We ate in 3 of the 5 nights. The kitchen facilities are excellent. We were less than 10 minutes from Park City Mountain, The Canyons and Deer Valley. Having the Redstone Plaze across the road meant we had access to retail stores and entertainment. And the landlord did everything he could to orient us to the area and get us off on the right foot. Thanks very much for your hospitatlity.

This Bear Hollow condo is modern and roomy. Exactly as described. We stayed on the mountain last year. This condo was much bigger and a lot less expensive. Less than 5 minutes to the Canyons. Park in preferred parking ($10) and leave your skis at the valet next to the gondola. Can't be any easier! The kitchen had everything needed to cook and bake. We ate in each night. Grocery stores (WalMart, Whole Foods, Smiths) are only a few minutes away. For those who want to eat out, plenty of options are close by. Washer/dryer in the condo meant less to pack and also clean clothes on return home. Last but not least - heated garage! Can't beat a warm vehicle in the morning. Steve was very helpful and provided lots of info ahead of our travel. Thanks!

The location is very close to the ski areas and to shopping malls, restaurants, and the local attractions.
The condo itself is very clean, tastefully decorated, has satellite flatscreen tv's in every room, along with a GameCube for the kids to play at night. It has a nicely equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils and appliances that made our stay super comfortable. Especially important is the washer and dryer in the unit.
The beds are super comfortable with very soft mattresses (which is really nice after a hard day of skiing), plenty of pillows and cozy comforters. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace.
The owner is honest, easy to reach, a good communicator and has been doing this for some time, as has the system down to a science.

This condo was perfect for our family visit with our son and our two grandchildren. Master bedroom w/ bath for us; room with twin beds for two grandchildren; 3rd room with queen for our son.
The kitchen nicely appointed and everything needed for cooking and large dining room table. TV's in each room and small patio for sitting outside when weather mild.
The owner was kind enough to send us lots of info regarding local shopping restaurants and attractions. Note the Red Rock shopping plaza about a mile away very convenient. Restaurants (try Loco Lizard Cantina), shopping (Smith's and Whole Foods); movie theater, etc. Something for everyone.
Owner was extremely helpful in answering any questions promptly. The photos accurately show what condo looks like; condo was clean as a whistle and well-maintained.
Park City also within a few miles. Strolled the main street and had lunch at Wasatch Brewpub which was great. Lots of great shops, good bookstore, great art galleries, etc.
Would highly recommend this rental property to anyone!
