We really enjoyed staying in this condo near Park City. We had a family of 6 adults and everyone was comfortable with plenty of room for 2-3 more people. We had no problems at all. Hot tub was serviced while we were there and was clean. It is about a 1/2 mile walk to the shuttle into Park City. Grocery stores nearby. Short drive to Olympic Park.

This is a pretty darn nice house, especially for the money. It really should be clearer, however, that this house is not really in Park City. Just to orient you, there is Park City (lovely, quaint and small), then north of that some unincorporated space, then the town of Snyderville, then north of that, some unincorporated area, and then north of that, Kimball Junction, which I don't think is incorporated, but is an agglomeration of strip malls, a few office buildings, gas stations and car washes, and some residential (condos). This house is closer to Kimball junction than it is to Snyderville. Per Apple maps, it is 6.6 miles from Park City.
So long as you know that and are willing to drive in to PC to do what you want, all is good. The lower price can make that worthwhile. But it is NOT in Park City.
Four nice sized bedrooms. It was mostly in quite good shape but a bit worn in some respects. The carpet was dirty and had some decent size pulls in a couple places. In the kitchen a few things didn't work correctly (toaster & coffee maker) and part of the microwave was broken off. Not a big deal by any stretch but not top end, either. The kitchen is nicely laid out but only equipped for basics - this is not a gourmet-equipped kitchen. One of the biggest oversights was that for serving alcohol, it only had three wine glasses and one margarita glass. For a four BR house, that is just ridiculous. I had to go over to the Home store in Kimball junction to buy a set of six wine glasses. Plenty of other dishware, but this was frustrating!
Beds are comfortable, bathrooms fine, laundry fine as well.
They provide you with a community pool pass which was really great - nice little pool and hot tub. About a five minute walk.
The hot tub at the house didn't work right - no matter what you did with the temp setting it would go to 106-107 degrees - too darn hot! (Also a waste of energy). That needs to be fixed.
Perfectly good TVs, but a pretty old sound system (no bluetooth). Good wifi.
Oddly the house has no instructions anywhere. No idea what to set the thermostat at when we left. We had no idea when to put the garbage out or stuff like that. Tried to keep an eye out to see what the neighbors did - who knows!
Bottom line is that it is a pretty inexpensive house and is a good value if you don't mind being a ways from Park City. Overall, this is a GREAT area!

This house had a great, open layout that made it very comfortable for spending time with the family. We loved the sitting area and square dining table. One downside for us - we are a family that cooks, and the slim equipment in the kitchen was a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, the house was great.

Perfect!
We loved the location and the home was beautiful and functional. 3 1/2 baths, plenty of beds and we found there were air mattresses as well should we have needed them. I would recommend bringing a pillow, those were a bit hard.

Good location, good accommodation , good times
Accommodations were great! The home is just the right size with comfortable beds and furniture and the location is close to everything. The only problem was with the air conditioner thermostats. Both the upstairs and main floor controls were set at 72 but by the morning of the last day it was a balmy 79 degrees upstairs while the main floor was a chilly 59.

Very good location. Layout good for 3 couples and one child.
Very close to Canyons and Park City. Close to stores and restaurants at Kimball junction. Easy access to interstate for day trips to Alta and Snowbird. Nice hot tub on balcony. Good size kitchen table that would easily seat 8. Nice gas fireplace with vented fan in living area. Quiet neighborhood - no noises.
Things that Needs improvement: 1) carpet needs cleaning. 2) Ceiling Vent to heat system closed off downstairs- had to rely on a space heater in the downstairs bedroom. 3) Single trash can outside not big enough to hold a week of trash. 4) Upstsirs dishwasher does not clean very well. 5) bare minimum of glassware— regular glassware, bar glasses, and wine glasses.

Perfect stay for our family
We loved staying at this darling house in Bear Hollow. We have 3 teenagers and they loved having their own rooms for the weekend. The location was great—close drive to downtown and to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed the hot tub. We never went to the club house because we were perfectly happy at the house!

Family getaway
Great centralized location, clean, and comfortable beds. Big enough to comfortably fit 5 adults. Would recommend to most. Be mindful this is a three story home so lots of stairs.

4-stars
Comfortable and clean. It was a nicely sized space for our group of 5. Good location - not too far to shopping and restaurants. Would stay again.

Comfortable place to hangout after a long day of skiing.
Overall a nice comfortable property.
We did not use the hot tub because the water was less than clear and there was no sanitizer in the floating hot tub canister. The outdoor grill probably needs to be upgraded as current one has uneven temperature zones.
4.5
Nice house, well appointed, in a very nice neighborhood. 10 minutes from Park City Ski Resort.
Nice decor, 4 large bedrooms, very nicely decorated. Gas fireplace and very large kitchen with plenty of bar stools (5) plus a complete dining table with 8 chairs. Jacuzzi right off the deck and it was clean and warm right when we got there. Plus towels set out specifically for the jacuzzi. Direct TV with all the special channels (HBO, etc.). Two minor issues (a) the Garage Door outside keypad did not work (could be a dead battery, however once inside there as an opener for your car. Also, the soap dispenser in the dishwasher door was broken, so we did the dishes by hand. Still great property and a great location. If you have a large group or everyone wants their own room with a large bed, this is a very accommodating property.

Great Park City ski condo
Great condo that’s only a few minutes from Park City and the Canyon ski area. Second floor has a very nice kitchen and family space. We had a very minor maintenance issue and Vacasa and the property manager responded immediately. We were very pleased with the condo and the customer service.
