About this apartment rental
Our 2B/2B condo is a perfect escape in the mountains - with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and many updates to still keep you comfortable. Relax while listening to the river from our private 2nd floor balcony overlooking Ten Mile Creek.
With many updates throughout our condo, you'll find it well equipped. Our Master has a King Bed (hybrid memory foam) with attached bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom offers a Queen-over-Queen Bunk Bed, Smart TV, and a separate bathroom.
The living room features leather couches, a wood burning stove, Smart TV, and Cable/Wifi. The kitchen is well stocked with many needed amenities to meet all your cooking needs (or decide to grill!).
One of the most relaxing features is our balcony overlooking Ten Mile Creek. Despite being less than a block from Main Street and the Summit Stage stops, our condo feels very secluded and you'll get the true mountain experience (not part of a massive condo complex).
We are VRBO renters ourselves and have set up our condo to make your visit easy and memorable. Want more info? Just contact us. We're also parents of small children so we can help make your stay easier with some of the essentials. There is coin-operated laundry on-site.
We have revised our rates to EXCLUDE all Colorado, Summit County and Town of Frisco Taxes as these are collected by VRBO at the time of booking. There is also a single cleaning fee - which is also collected by VRBO. The final amount quoted by VRBO includes all fees required.
Although we love pets, our condo doesn't allow them. We are also NOT interested in long term (season long) rentals.

This stay was a perfect little summer retreat. The location was perfect to relax in nature, walk down to Main Street, close to hiking and bike paths. It was fast to get to grocery stores. Kitchen uniquely well stocked. The only challenge was a little bit of noise in Master bedroom from highway when sleeping with windows open in the summer. Cute place! Excellent accommodation.

My family stayed here a couple of weeks ago and it was perfect for us! The location couldn’t have been better, very close to Main St. in Frisco and easy access to the highway. The beds and couches were comfy and there was plenty of space. Very cozy vibe and it had everything by we needed. I had a couple of questions about the weather and the owner was super quick at responding. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was as described. Very clean and renovated. The bedroom layouts were perfect for a family of 4 (and large beds in the bunk room so kids can double-up if needed). The kitchen and living space is a little small at first, but we didn’t find it to be an issue as we (family with 2 young kids) didn’t spend much time watching TV or cooking. We typically stay in Breck so this was our first time in Frisco. While the location is a little further out from the busy part of Main Street, we didn’t have any problems with proximity since everything was a quick 2 min drive (or 10 mins to Breck). We all thought it was perfect for us and would stay again!

Condo was conveniently located right by Main Street Frisco. Cute shops and restaurants downtown. Easy to drive to other towns including Breckenridge and Vail. Condo was very clean, comfy beds, plenty of room for a family of 5 and Mike, the host, was super responsive, kind and helpful with suggestions for activities. We had a great stay!

We had a wonderful time with our family for a long weekend. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The sound of the river outside the back deck is awesome and relaxing. The owner was super helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks for a fun weekend.

Old man me and three teens appreciated this perfectly situated condo from which to launch to different ski slopes like Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail. Just off I-70, and, less than 1 mile to downtown (not bus dist) Frisco, this condo was perfect. A wood burning stove to dry out boots and gloves and warm bones, very clean and comfortably appointed kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. Eating out was part of the adventure but full kitchen for any so inclined. Excellent instructions and communication from host. Would absolutely return and recommend.

Had a great stay, condo was comfortable, plenty of towels, tranquil river sounds, wood burning fireplace, TV w/ apps, bedding was nice and comfy, well stocked kitchen, and quiet building, 30 seconds to I-70 (can't hear highway from condo), 5 min to grocery, 10 min to Target/Silverthorne. 20 min to Vail, less than 10 to Copper, and 15 min to Breck. Check in/out was seamless

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO‘s and Michael’s was our favorite because of all the above. But the rushing river in the back just put his place over the edge literally. We stayed on our back balcony overlooking the river a lot of our time. It was just so peaceful so serene so private. Michael thought of everything to make us feel at home as he had anything and everything you would need in his condo. I have not one negative thing to say! We will hopefully be back. JD & CD

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was spotless & equipped w/ all needed amenities, including a fully-stocked kitchen. Downtown Frisco was a stroll or short car drive away. Mike was great w/ communication & had a vast list of recommendations. He also thought of our kids…priceless. We would definitely book Mike’s condo again!

Great short stay
This was the perfect location for our short spring break ski trip to Loveland and Copper. The condo building is old, but the inside was clean and updated. It had everything we needed. Would have been nice to have laundry in condo, but it was a short 20 yard walk to laundry facility. Beautiful view of the stream outside balcony door. Would definitely come back.

Great location!
Michael's condo is 2 blocks from the free ski bus to the mountains and a quick drive to the main street. Perfectly located on a cute little river, it's easy on and off the highway (no highway noise at all) and close to Breck (about 25 mins) and Copper Mountain (about 10 mins). The condo was perfect for my family of 4. The main BR has a queen bed with private bath and the 2nd room is queen over queen bunks. The kitchen had everything we could use if we actually cooked (spices, utensils, crockpot, pretty much everything you need!) The restaurants in town are so great, why cook in? The living room and fireplace were very cozy. There's a place to store skis and bags and lots of firewood. I guess the only critique is that the condo is smaller than the pictures indicate but, it really was convenient, well equipped and decorated tastefully. I would stay here again!

The owner is extremely communicative and friendly. Unfortunately, his condo is not being kept up and cleaned as he would probably like. We found dirty laundry from a previous guest, dust on many surfaces etc. They encourage you to leave left over non-perishables and toiletries-so there was essentially no where to put your own stuff that you may have brought. The creek behind was nice, and the location was close to everything.

Perfect getaway
Perfect getaway in the perfect location. Balcony overlooks 10 Mile River and was a very beautiful view. Condo was well appointed with everything we needed and more. Owner was very responsive. Walking distance to all the shops and dining in Frisco - which has a great history and with the perfect "small town" feel. Not commercialized like the larger ski towns - but with all the small business boutiques, shops and great restaurants we could ask for. 5 star experience all the way.

Location and River
This condo was just perfect for us. My favorite was coffee in the morning on the balcony and listening to the river. Very peaceful and relaxing. The location was just perfect as well, close to main street etc. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and Michael was very responsive.

Frisco Retreat
The condo is just beaughtiful, both the interior and the patio with the 10 MIle Creek flowing past to hear and see daily. Uniquely the kitchen is outfitted with just about any amenity if needed for cooking. Also there is a wonderful wood burning stove for those cold or rainy days/evenings. It's location allow for easy acces the various ski resorts throughout Summitt County.

The place was spotless, beds were comfortable. Was close to everything we wanted to do. Loved being right next to river, close to hiking trails and Main Street Frisco. Was close to highway without any car noise. Would go back next year.

Excellent stay in Frisco
This was our first family vacation in Colorado and staying at this condo was perfect. It is very spacious and clean. We were even surprised that the balcony was so clean being right off of a creek. We were expecting it to be buggy but not at all. Speaking of the balcony, it was very relaxing just sitting there having a drink in the shade and listening to the water flowing by. The condo is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are even DVDs and games to play. The location is about a 5 minute drive to downtown . It's walkable if you are up to it but, due to all the hiking we did, we drove for convenience.

Perfect condo!
We loved staying here! The condo was a perfect size for our family of four. Our kids loved the queen sized bunk beds! The condo had everything we needed and more. The attention to detail and extras was amazing. We skied at Copper Mountain and it was less than a 10 minute drive, which made it very easy to get to and from the mountain. We also loved the town of Frisco! We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

Great condo in a perfect location to ski Copper Mountain
The location of this condo in Frisco is terrific to ski at Copper Mountain. Easy access onto I-70 and Copper is just a few miles up the road.
The kitchen is nicely equipped which I very much appreciated since I did not want to dine out due to COVID. It was very easy to stay 'self-contained' at the unit. I also loved having the wood burning stove and had a fire each evening to complete the full mountain experience.
I can see where this would be a great summer location as well being right on the creek. It would be lovely to sit on the deck and listen to the water rushing by.
I'll definitely plan to stay here again - winter or summer.
