About this apartment rental

Very nice, clean, and cozy 1 Bedroom with an oversized loft and two bathrooms, located in the heart of Summit County and all its activities. One of the largest, more private end units with extra windows and vaulted ceilings. It sleeps up to 6 people comfortably.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and there are two double beds in the loft. The loft is really spacious, and there is also a sitting area with a couch and TV. The kitchen, dining area, and living room with fireplace are located on the main level.

Gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and fast wi-fi throughout the condo. Live TV channels through xfinity in the living room, master bedroom, and the loft. The TVs in the living room and master bedroom are connected to a FireTV.

A private BBQ grill is on the balcony right off the living room.

The community hot tub is located just across the parking lot.

Washer and dryer in the unit.

Free parking in front of the building.

You can also take advantage of the free bus. The Summit Stage bus stop is just three blocks away. It will take you to the transportation center, from where you can go to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Silverthorne, or Keystone.

Wonderfully located near I-70 and close to downtown Frisco. Made it super easy to hit Vail, Copper and Breck all in the same day! Host were great, responsive and ready. Really great place

This condo was perfect for our family. It was so nice to have room to spread out with our teens in tow. They had the entire loft are to themselves with beds and their own living room area. It was close to trails and within walking/biking distance to everything. One evening was chilly and drizzly and the outdoor hot tub was perfect. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would return.

The condo is perfectly situated in Frisco right next to the Frisco Bike path with easy access to Highway 9 and I-70. We enjoyed the close access to downtown and the local restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. The condo is just as advertised and the owner communicated with us frequently to make sure our needs were met. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was the perfect size for my husband & I & our 2 kids so they could each have their own bed. The beds were comfortable & I felt very safe in Frisco shopping, etc. whils my damily skiied at Copper Mountain. The hot tub was just what everyone needed after a long day of skiing. We also loved how close Frisco is to Copper Mountain & Breckenridge.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The host was phenomenal to work with, well prepared, and very communicative. The condo itself was in a great location in Frisco with everything nearby. The unit was extremely clean and very nice inside. We will definitely be staying here again when in the area.

Had such a wonderful stay at this condo. We had everything we could want and need amenity wise. Short trip to Cooper mountain and conveniently located next to fabulous restaurants and grocery stores. Condo was clean and super comfy. The host, Daniel, was absolutely amazing. He made sure all our needs were being met and was super communicative. The check in and check out process was a breeze. I look forward to staying there again for sure!!!

This condo had everything we needed. It was in a great location to the ski resorts. We were able to walk to Frisco for shopping and eating. This was the perfect place for a family with 4 adult children. The kids took over the loft area that had 2 queen beds and a family room area. The wifi worked really well for those of that had to work. The owner texted us before we got into town. We were coming in late, so it was so comforting to know that I could get ahold of someone if we needed help getting in.

We were very happy with the condo. It was clean and comfortable. Myself and our two children skied Keystone, Vail, Breckenridge, and Copper Mt. All we’re short drives from the condo. The wife does not ski. She stayed behind and found plenty to do. She walked to Main Street, along Lake Dillion, and to many of the nearby stores. She even walked to the bus station (which was close to condo) and took the free shuttle to Breckenridge one day. We will definitely come back!!!

My husband and I have been to Colorado several years ago before kids. He however, goes each year for snowboarding and thought this might be a great location. This was the first time we went as a family (1 adult senior, 2 adults, 10 year, 7 year, and almost 4 year old). We had a great time. This condo was in a great location, close to grocery stores, Walmart, and a short drive to Frisco attractions and other resorts! We slept upstairs in the loft while my dad stayed in the bedroom. We had plenty of room, spacious bathrooms, laundry access in house, and plenty of kitchen seating. We went to the Frisco Escape room twice, Adventure park a few times for sledding, Country Boy Gold mine tour, and one of my sons went with my husband to Keystone for skiing and snowboarding. Our kids really liked the little Frisco Museum on Main Street! Now that we know what is around we will make sure to book activities in advance, we missed some activities because they were filled up but we had plenty to do. We enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed our ski trip. This condo had a great location for skiing at Keystone,Copper, Breckenridge and A-Basin. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Community hot tub across the parking lot. Lots on amenities. We would stay here again!

This was a great ski-trip base for our family of 5 and could even have slept 1-2 more. Tarn Landing is located so conveniently to Safeway, Wal-Mart and the other vacation necessities, as well as being centrally located to 4 major ski resorts within ~30 minutes or less. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable & we really enjoyed the hot-tub after a challenging day skiing. Thanks for a great space, Daniel!

We loved this beautiful condo in Frisco. It is very roomy. Please note it is an end/corner unit. The dining area is larger due to bay windows. The exrta windows allow much more natural light. There are two full baths. For larger groups the loft includes two beds, sofa, loveseat and tv. The unit is very comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the convenience of having a washer and drier. The location is a major plus. It is near shopping, dinning and the bus routes. The owner were responsive. We would love to stay here again.

This was a great little condo to stay in. We loved the sub floor heating! Daniel the property owner was great with communication. We had an issue with the carbon monoxide detector beeping and he helped us figure out it was only the battery and then got it replaced immediately. Plenty of space with 2 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, 3 full beds, plus common areas. Location was close to everything-even Starbucks. The only thing that was a surprise was the view. Or lack of one. There’s a view with certain angles only-otherwise the view is of Walmart and Taco Bell. It didn’t bother us much because we spent a lot of time on the go, just something that should be noted. Of course, it’s also to be expected being in a central location as it is. Overall, I’d stay there again.

We had a GREAT time renting the Frisco condo. It was close to Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe. The condo was SPOTLESS upon arriving and we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. They had soaps, shampoo, paper products, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and coffee filters for our use. We cooked most meals in and there were pots and pans in the condo but if you are a cook I might recommend bringing your good chef's pot with you. They had basic needs like flour, sugar, complimentary coffee, and some refrigerated items like jelly and ketchup, which was very nice. There were some spices, but I am used to bringing mine with me. They had fresh linens to use but we have three daughters, so a couple of extra towels in your suitcase or car would be beneficial. All in all, it was a great place to stay; we felt very safe and the owner was very quick to answer questions and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

My husband, two kids, and I had a wonderful stay at this property in Frisco. Daniel was great at communicating before and during our visit. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and he is the first person to ever check in to make sure we arrived, were able to get into the property, and to see if we needed anything. My kids loved that they had their own loft area complete with a TV and couch and each had their own bed! My husband and I loved that we had our own room with a king bed and a separate bathroom from the kids. We were able to walk to a brewery and some restaurants from this location. Downtown is a short drive. We were also able to access a lot of great hikes just a short drive from the condo. We would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay here again in the future!

Property owner was responsive to a request related to getting non-feather pillows. The property was quite warm when we entered at 82° but it did cool off at night and the next day was a little bit cooler. It is important know that the property does not have air-conditioning and it can get quite warm in Frisco in the days of July.

Fantastic property that suited the needs of our family just perfectly. We had plenty of space to stretch out, study & work, eat together, and relax after a great ski day. Convenient location with great views and nice walking trail nearby. Wonderful!
