Just a few steps out our door, the mighty Ocean comes alive with Sea Otters frolicking, Birds soaring and Whales breaching just off shore... Paradise! There we are, just up on the second level, our suite looking right on to those pristine emerald green waters. Off in the distance, majestic snow covered mountains create the perfect backdrop. Right below, there lies that calm and inviting heated Pool and brand new Spa right next to that never ending tranquil sea.

Comfort knows no boundary as you surround yourself with luxury in our two bedroom, two bathroom contemporarily designed condo. The bedrooms beckon you to relax with exquisite kingsize beds dressed with the finest linens. Surely the gentle surf will lull you to sleep.
If fine cuisine is your passion, our fully eqipped kitchen has all that you desire, however, you will have to provide the expertise. Enjoy that epicurean delight you have created, sitting in the dining room or soaking in that fresh salt air in the comfort of your own private deck. As darkness envelopes the sky and the moons brilliance lights your path, gaze upwards at the stars, recharge your mind, and raise a toast with that special someone, to another glorious day at your home away from home.

Excellent location, clean and well equipped apartment and loved the access to the beach and tidal pools. Enjoyed visiting Ladysmith, local petting farm and English pub!

The property was beautiful. The condo was located in the best spot on the property. It was fully outfitted with everything you need. If you’re looking for a great spot to spend a few days this one will not disappoint.

The condo is beautifully appointed with large windows that look over Yellow Point Cove. A park next door gets a least one blue heron a day. The outdoor seating is very nice. It can be a little noisy as it is right over the pool but the pool area closes at dusk and people respected that quiet time. Coin-operated laundry can also be done online so that was convenient.

Vacation stay on Vancouver Island at Inn by the Sea with friends. Peaceful area. We enjoyed the view & the changing tides. TV in second bedroom was not working properly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property is exactly as shown. Well appointed and spotlessly clean. Comfy bedding was especially nice. We did not meet the owners as I was under the weather and did not want to pass it on, but they were always responsive. Would highly recommend.

The view from the balcony and windows of the bay hits you when you walk into this condo, wow. Then when the tide goes out, there is an entirely different view to take in. Many dark purple starfish among the rocks and occasional dark pink ones too. The condo was very comfortable, well stocked and clean. We would recommend this condo.

Beautiful place with a spectacular view. We just wanted a place to unwind and relax and this was spot on. Although there were opportunities for hiking, kayaking, bungee jumping etc, I was perfectly content with a cup of coffee or wine on the chaise with a good book. Hubby watched football and we’d take a dip in the hot tub after dinner. Short walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets. What more could we ask for. Hope to return soon.

The condo was very nice, comfortable beds, well outfitted with kitchen utensils, and the view is spectacular. The location directly above the pool and hot tub can be a bit noisy at times, but it quieted down at night.

Beautiful condo, incredible view, ideal location, pool, hot tub. Very well decorated. everything you need in a kitchen, welcome bottle of nice wine. Comfortable beds, very clean, nice tennis court. Saw some whale, seals, eagles. Went kayaking. Everyone wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Scott and Patricia. Will tell all my friends about your place.

The condo was beautifully situated with a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The condo itself was just as described on the website and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable which was a huge plus! Since the weather was on the cooler side we made good use of the hot tub but not the pool. Cell phone reception was minimal but internet worked well. Beautiful property and would highly recommend!

What a great find. Beautiful spot and the condo is the best one on the property in my opinion. The corner unit offers a fabulous panoramic view, it's breathtaking. The beds were incredibly comfortable and having 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms was a plus. Owners were great and the ease of check in and check out was appreciated. I would happily rent again from Scott and Patricia.

This unobstructed ocean-view condo in Emerald Bay at Yellow Point never fails to deliver on awesomeness! This the ONLY vacation property we have returned to. It is a corner unit so you have a clear view of the bay and ocean. The bay provides you with frolicking seals and hunting fish eagles. The ocean was dotted with three anchored tankers and the occasional fishing boat passing by. There is a wonderful hot-tub to soak in or a crystal clear swimming pool facing the ocean. Two communal BBQ'S, laundromat and tennis courts are available for use. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at an English-style pub, the Crow and Gate. This vacation property and the Crow & Gate will keep bringing us back!

This property was exactly as great as it looked in the listing - with amazing views, was really clean, and was close to everything we wanted to do. The condo had an amazing view of the beach, and felt private even while it was close to all amenities. We were able to enjoy the views all day - I would say the condo had the best view of any in the complex! The condo was in a perfect location for using the pool and has a great view of the pool, but it still felt really private and quiet throughout the day. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and there were lots of towels and bedding, and a nice supply of games, movies, etc. This place was really accommodating for different types of guests, as both our senior parents and young children were very comfortable staying there. The hosts provided a lot of great extra information about the area, which was great in helping us find local spots to enjoy. Also a lovely bottle of wine! We have dinner at the Mahle House restaurant they recommended (less than 10 mins away) and it was truly fantastic! We found that the location was good, as it was far enough out of the city to be quiet and private, but with lots of stores only 20 minutes away. Parking was plentiful and easy. In addition to the pool and beaches, our kids loved seeing marine life from the dock, and the playground. All the neighbors we met were very friendly, and the complex was consistently quiet and impeccably clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic stay- The location to explore the island is excellent and the property itself was beautiful! Contact with the owner was immediate and any issues ( all small) were dealt with immediately. We hope to return to the island again and this would be our number one choice to stay!

The location was fantastic and overall experience was good. Breathtaking views right from the suite. The hot tub was unfortunately not hot and we were not able to enjoy this feature. The dock was also not there, I guess it is a seasonal thing but it didn't affect our stay much. The suite itself had some bugs and ants which is understandable as it is near the wilderness, but when we entered the suite there were a lot of flies inside, I think the windows and doors were left open to air out the suite before we got there. Overall the stay was good and would recommend to others.

Scott's property is in a beautiful location for relaxation. Stunning sunrises, wonderful views from the unit. The property itself is nicely appointed...great furnishings, comfortable beds. It is remote however, with no good choice for dining close by. If you're exploring the south west coast this is a wonderful place to relax after a busy day. Or if you want to stay put and take advantage a kitchen with a view this is the place.

This was our second time at this property and another successful trip. The view is stunning and easy access to the pool is perfect for families. A few minor disappointments this time that I hope the owners can fix. The unit is clean but some surfaces/art objects were very dusty. There also was not enough toilet paper or dishwashing detergent provided for our family of 5 for our one week stay. Other than that, I can highly recommend the property and especially the beautiful setting. Our highlights were biking to the Crow & Gate pub, the Harbour Tour at the Ladysmith Marina with lunch at the Oyster Cafe, the Cedar Farmers' Market, kayaking past Yellow Point and off Transfer Beach and the Old Town Bakery in Ladysmith. A great way to end the summer.
