Amazing condo situated on the 15th floor of the luxurious oceanfront development of Icon Vallarta, this modern, and unique property has everything you need for a perfect vacation.

The Condo is fully furnished, and comfortable; a wrap around private balcony with outdoor cot, table, and chairs to enjoy the ocean views, marina cruiseships, and mountains.

The Bedroom has a comfortable king bed, linens are provided, desk, lamp, and mirror for the ladies. It also has a flat screen TV with cable, DVD, in addition to free phone, wireless internet, and security box. The Room opens into the wrap around balcony with direct views of the ocean. We have available a baby travel cot (ask in advance).
The bathroom has a shower from which you can admire the beautiful view of the sea while taking a bath. Towels, bathrobes, and pool towels are provived for your comfort.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffe maker, toaster, microwave, oven, blender, juice maker, wine glasses, and all the cooking utensils in case you need them. There is a large refrigerator with ice maker, and a two people bar for a quick meal, or to prepare food.

There is a beautiful, and spacious dining room for 4 people. In the living room there is another TV with cable and Netflix.

The department has a good internet for those who need to work.

There is also a laundry with washer, dryer, iron and iron board.

Icon Vallarta is a very special property, designed by Yoo by Starck.You can enjoy the two beautiful Pools, Private Beach with sun loungers, cots and umbrellas. There is restaurant for breakfast, Beach Club for snacks, Beach Bar, and Jacuzzis with the most amazing oceanviews. Sunsets are incredible.
Icon is the Only development in Vallarta with Inside Concierge, Spa, Gym, Cinema ,Library, Game Area with billard, ping pong and hockey, Bussiness Center, and Areas for Kids. The desing of each Lobby is special and unique.

The property is located a bit out from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vallarta which for us was ideal. There was a full grocery store within 5 minutes and great restaurants nearby. A very secure property and the unit was clean, well equipped and superb views. Very comfortable and met our expectations. Only good things to say about our stay

Overall a great experience at the Icon in this unit. Betzy and Fransisco were the perfect hosts, equipped with lots of information (the binder in the room was our BIble :), timely responses and great recommendations. The only thing that was a bummer was that the gym is only open prior to 4pm for non residence guests. Not a deal breaker, just a bummer. Other than that, condo was clean, well stocked with everything you would need, well decorated. PERFECT! Definitely our favorite unit we have rented in Icon so far.

This apartment is as close to perfect as you can get. Exactly as described - beautiful views, well designed and containing everything you might possible need. The host was very responsive. The Icon itself is very secure and has a huge pool, hot tubs, a gym and a lovely beachfront with bar and lunch service (and the food was good!) There are a few restaurants around the immediate area, but most of the restaurants and lively neighborhoods ( Versalles, Centro, Romantic Zone ) are a 15-20 minute cab/uber ride away (but they are inexpensive and plentiful.) This was the only drawback to the location. Highly recommended.

This was a great apartment. Fully equipped with everything you need. Amazing views from every part of the condo. The wrap around deck is amazing with views of the ocean beach and PV skyline . The Ivon staff were wonderful and the pool and beach access were terrific. We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

This condo was very clean and well kept. My husband and I spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the city and ocean. The sunset and sunrise views were incredible. The staff at the ICON (thank you Margarita) were amazing. Thank you so much for making our visit memorable 💗

I went with my 18 year old daughter and we had the best time!! The condo is gorgeous!! Super clean, beautiful views, everything’s was great- the bed, the towels, the amenities, the pool, the beach, and the staff. We had the best time and barely left the property. Great restaurants nearby and shopping. I highly recommend it. Francisco and Betzy were very responsive and helpful.

We stayed in Betzy’s condo for an anniversary trip together. The condo pictures speak for themselves for how clean and nicely decorated it is, but the balcony was what we enjoyed the most. It wraps around the north side to see views of the town and marina to the west side where the bedroom is to see ocean views. We really enjoyed sunset dinners in the patio or at the pool/beach area. All the staff were very friendly. It was a great part of PV to stay in and we spent much of the time by the pool and beachfront. We would highly recommend this condo and the great property it is on.

Love the Icon, amazing views of this 1 bedroom unit, very spacious for a couple, and well stocked for all cooking in the unit. Our manger Betzy was always available if we had any questions or required anything for the unit . Would definitely return.

The unit was amazing and very well decorated. Betzy thought of everything including higher quality pots and pans not usually seen in a VRBO. There was great attention to detail. The owner is very attentive and helpful. The wrap around terrace was a great place to sit and see the magnificent view. Cannot wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views are stunning and the place was perfect for us with lovely furnishings and accent pieces contemporary in style. My wife was very impressed with the fully equipped kitchen allowing her to cook great meals during the stay and groceries from nearby. We particularly enjoyed using the lounge and balcony amenities for relaxation and dining. The hosts were very helpful and provided the best customer service anyone could ask for. Would stay here again!

The location of the Icon is perfect and Betzy is a lovely host. Great communication, very well equipped condo, comfortable bed and views to die for. Safe area, grocery store is five min walk, airport is close (but not too close). This is our second visit to the Icon and we plan on being back soon.

Staying at the condominium was above and beyond anything we were expecting. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well decorated with outstanding views of the marina( loved watching cruise ships coming and going) and the Bay. Betzy, our host, was wonderful. We were advised prior to arriving of the procedures of Icon, and the codes we would need to access the elevator and apartment. She helped with a minor TV issue ( we didn’t know how to turn it on), and I always felt that if we needed assistance for anything, that she would be there with support. A very nice feeling. The condominium was supplied with everything you could possibly want. For me the wrap around terrace was an outstanding feature, that extended the living space in a very airy manner. It was well furnished And a delightful way to sit around and read without any noise, or have cocktails in the early evening. The floor to ceiling moveable glass windows allowed for fresh air to circulate without having to use any air conditioning, a real bonus. We have to sum it up by saying we loved staying at this property, and are hoping that we can stay here again. Thank you to Betzy and Fernando for making this such a great vacation

We’ve rented many properties over the years & this ranks up there as one of the best!!! Everything from the location, amenities, cleanliness & the incredible views exceeded our expectations!! This condo is stunning…we especially loved the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors & the amazing wrap-around deck! It was so relaxing to read & drink coffee out there every morning & to see all the lights at night!! Our host was attentive & responsive…everything was perfect. Every morning we’d wake up and feel SO lucky to be vacationing in such a gorgeous place. I HIGHLY recommend this property!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Betzys Condo. We had everything we needed. My husband and I stayed there and it was just perfect for the 2 of us. The patio was very comfortable.. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the patio table. The pool is excellent and all the staff is 100% especially the beach bar staff.. They all treated us like family.. Betzys Condo will not disappoint. We highly recommend this place.

This is our second time staying at this property and I will never go back to an all inclusive. The condo is great with views of the marina and ocean. This property is amazing with stunning views! The owner has it setup in very comfortable and relaxing way with plenty of extra perks to make you feel like your at home.
