Carpeting was not clean. We had immediate allergy problems!
Window in the bedroom could not be secured. Patio door looked like it hsd been broken into at some time in the past.

This unit is not as advertised. It is neither secure nor clean.
The locks and handles are woefully in need of repairs/replacement. The primary bedroom window, located on a heavily trafficked breezeway, is secured by a too short wood block that could easily be popped out while gone or asleep.
Balcony slider handle is very poorly rigged together with two inadequate screws, no internal latching mechanism, and requires decent upper body strength to open and close. There is a large wooden stick to place in the track for security.
Neither bright nor clean as advertised. Upon arrival the unit smelled of animals and had to be aired out, it was filthy - dirty/stained/stiff carpet, stained/soiled kitchen stools/dining seats and something splattered on kitchen cabinets but not wiped off.
The bathroom appears remodeled and is decent. The second floor balcony is relatively quiet, has numerous hummingbirds buzzing about to enjoy and the view is beautiful. The location of the unit is ideally located to attend concerts, enjoy recreation on the reservoir or the town of Dillon.
The local management company was professional and responsive but left with few options to make our stay better. The next management company was also very professional, responsive and as helpful as they possibly could be. VRBO hung up on me and was of no help.
This unit has a lot of potential if only the owners cared enough to invest a little money in the security/cleanliness and general upkeep.

Beautiful location and views. We were disappointed that the HOA entered the condo while we were not there to "clean the fireplace" (in August) without contacting us first. The door was left wide open with no one around.

The condo is very nice and comfortable. Monica the host responds quickly to any questions. The view of the lake from the balcony is amazing! I enjoyed my stay very much.

Excellent location with incredible views of the lake and adjacent mountains. Condo is nicely equipped for a small family with everything we needed for our stay.

Exactly what we were looking for…..convenient location to local ski resorts! The one feedback we would provide would be to stock the kitchen with some new knives and maybe a few more common kitchen tools. A great stay! Thanks

Moved my trip with Evolve, but they never updated it. Somehow they checked me in and out of original dates. If moving a trip make sure the confirmation is complete.

Great view of lake Dillon and the mountains. We almost always stay in Dillon when we go to the mountains. You’re a half hour from so many awesome places to ride. This place had a great view, the hot tub was open which was awesome, and it was nice for the price. Couch and bed are a bit outdated and “worn” so not as comfortable as they could be. Otherwise it was great!

Good stay. Great view.

My son and I enjoyed the condo very much. The view of the lake was breathtaking. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. The bedroom was nice as well as the bathroom. The counter space was limited, but there was storage space under the sink to store our toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, plates, cups, etc. The condo was close to Vail, Copper Mountain, Frisco, and Breckenridge (all places we visited suring our stay). I would stay here again due to the gorgeous view from the patio. So relaxing! It even snowed the first day we were there which made the view even more special. I highly recommend this cute condo!

The best thing about this place is the view. The worst thing is Evolve, the management company. They are unresponsive, dishonest, and do nothing to resolve any problems. My plans had changed and I asked if I could check in a day before I was told yes. They asked me to respond to the email to confirm I was coming. I said yes. Then I didn't hear anything back from them so i got a bit nervous. I emailed. Nothing. I emailed again, nothing. I had changed all my plans to arrive a day early. Canceled plans, changed schedule with my family, etc. Suitcase was packed, car was loaded, I was ready to rollout. Just to be sure (they had already said yes it was approved) an hour before check-in I called them. They said "no you cannot check in. the person who told you 'yes' made a mistake. There are still people there". WOW! She said she would pass this up to the department that handles this. No one every contacted me this. When I got an automatic "how is your staying going" email I reminded of the situation and asked if they were going to do something to make it right. They said: No. So they can be dishonest about availability of a unity, have me change all my plans, almost have me checking when another guest is still there (Imagine!), not respond, and DO NOTHING?! Yep. That's the customer service you will get from Evolve management. To top it off: the microwave and coffee pot are broken, and bed is awful.

The condo is just as pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable and the view cannot be beat. It was a great central location for hiking and visiting all the nearby mountain towns. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view and nice place, but could use a new toaster, blender and hair dryer. Current two slice toaster has broken middle heating rods and doesn't easily accept bagel size slices. Blender works, but never would blend fresh strawberries used in smoothies. Hair dryer works but has to cool down between users before it will start up again. Would be nice if they cleaned the top of the refrigerator, too.

Great location, close to everything that was needed and entertainment.

Great property and the views were amazing! Only downfall was the construction that was going on in the back parking lot but would still stay again. Bring your own iron/steamer as there wasn’t one. Highly recommend this property!

Location and view of Dillon Lake was amazing and couldn’t be beat. We enjoyed the deck and outdoor grilling. The updated shower is very nice and clean, but bathroom space is tight with no place to put toiletries.

My stay was amazing! I was surprised at how big the condo was! It was clean and well stocked and had the most beautiful views of the snow capped mountains and lake Dillon! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

No complaints here. The condo was nice and cozy. Access was easy, management was very quick to respond to questions. Will stay here again if I need a place in Dillon

Thank goodness for the view, which made up (somewhat) for the unacceptable issues we had during our four night stay. This property management company rates poorly and I will think twice before staying at another of their properties. We checked in Thurs afternoon and by that evening, it was apparent the toilet was not functioning properly in that it only flushed sporadically, the other times the water rose (without flushing) so it was virtually unusable. We reported this issue that same night by e-mail and they responded at noon the next day (Friday) that someone would check on it. When we returned from a hike Friday evening, we were greeted with a note from the maintenance individual that nothing was wrong with the toilet.
The same issue was still quite apparent so the next day (Saturday), we reported it by text as soon as their business hours line opened at 9AM and sent a VIDEO of the issue we were experiencing (which we also e-mailed at their request). We heard absolutely nothing back all day so we texted again at 4:30 PM only to be told maintenance "was aware" but had been twice to check on the issue. We confirmed the issue was still occurring as of Saturday afternoon and asked when someone had come to check. Their response, "We've sent our maintenance guy twice to the unit to address this. Not sure exactly why this is happening only when you are in the unit, because both times it was reported as working without any issues."
So they didn't follow up with us at all after the second report of issues and then when we followed up, basically accused us of making up the issue. After we pressed to have someone actually fix the issue because it was now our second full day in the unit without a working toilet (we were literally only using the restroom at restaurants and grocery stores), they sent someone else and finally received this message at 8:06 Saturday night: "We ended up having to call a specialist, but the toilet is all fixed!"
We did not have a functioning toilet in this unit for the majority of our stay and it was like pulling teeth trying to get the issue fixed. Also did not receive an apology or anything after they suggested everything was fine and we were complaining for no reason. If the unit had been properly maintained or the management company more responsive (like offering to move us to another unit), it would have been a five star rental. But you're rolling the dice going with this management company.

We were right on the lake with an amazing view. The proximity to the music venue and lake were great. Comfortable set up and walkable distance to Arapoe Cafe, Pug Ryan's brewery, the tiki bar on the marina and a sweet record shop. We brought food but forgot cooking spray and pans were old enough it would have been a bit of a mess to cook. Bed was a little funky, really high and small, felt like a full more than a queen. We are king bed people so probably coming from a spoiled position.
We had a blast at the My Morning Jacket concert and were especially excited that we were back and relaxing on the nice big patio while others were still waiting in traffic to get home.

You'll want to live there.
The location was amazing. Right on the water, easy access to everything, beautiful and serene.
The property itself is adequate and fulfilled all our needs and had some nice additions (made several use of the binoculars watching wildlife).

Awesome location, needs a little love
I stayed for two nights with friends. Amazing location with fantastic view and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Hot tub was very clean. The condo itself could use some love. Bathroom nicely remodeled but needed to be cleaned- mold in the drain, dingy baseboards. The furniture was old with a wobbly coffee table and ripped leather chair. There were only 3 coffee mugs which is problematic if there are 4 guests. We could hear quite a bit of noise/steps from the upstairs unit. Overall, bc of the location and view, 4 stars but needs some work.

“A View On Dillon Lake”
The booking & checkin were pretty easy. The property was in good shape vacuumed.. bathroom was clean.. clean sheets… kitchen was supplied with dishes, coffee pot , microwave…but the view of the Lake was the ultimate it was just beautiful with mountains surrounding it! The Aspens were just beginning to change… like I said beautiful setting! The only three things I suggest for the condo… the shower needs an update…also… I stripped the bed and found no mattress pad☹️ That was a bit alarming! Also the front of the cabinets need cleaning… they were pretty thick with grime. Otherwise great!

Awesome view!
The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The furniture is in very good condition and attractive. The view of the lake and mountains from balcony, living room, and kitchen can’t be beat. Truly breathtaking. The local management company are rock stars. Quick to my aid when I discovered I left my iPhone at home 12 hours away with emails and texts containing access info/checking in info etc. And plumbing issue addressed immediately!

What a beautiful view!
We stayed here for two weeks. You can't beat the location and the view is to die for. We loved the farmers market on Fridays.

Amazing views
The views are everything at this property. The trails around the lake are great. The unit itself is older, but it was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great stay. The management company texted throughout to check how things were going. We would definitely stay here again and will certainly return to the area.

Amazing views
The view was the best part of this place. With the ever changing april weather i had a different view every hour of the mountains. Great location. You can easily walk to store and restaurants.
Cons: could have been cleaned better. I found candy wrappers on the ground in the living room and most surfaces were fairly dusty. Also you go thru several booking agencies and it can get confusing. I added an extra night to my stay and i guess there was no communication to the cleaning service because i had a lady walk in unannounced on the evening of my second to last night.
Overall good exprerience for price and a cant beat view and location

Good location. Property is a little dated

Cleanliness needs prioritization
Given only one trash bag for a 6 day stay. Noted dust on walls and lamps, pots and pans put away dirty.

Amazing
This VRBO is amazing! The views from the sliding glass doors overlooking Dillon lake are amazing! It was a little chilly when we visited so we spent a lot of time by the fireplace! We got engaged while we were on our trip and will definitely be returning to get married and plan to stay at this place!

AMAZING VIEW!!!
Went for a guys trip and had a blast! Seconds away from the lake and minutes away from great restaurants, breweries, grocery stores and liquor stores. Definitely recommend the shops and restaurants in Frisco on the weekends and the outlet mall along the river was nice too. Best part about it was if you got tired/bored of shopping you can grab your fishing pole and walk right down to the river and get your lines wet. Highly recommend the condo and area and will be bringing the wife and daughter in the future!!!
