Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung und Design, Lage.
Zunächst Probleme mit dem Warmwasser (mussten beim Boiler Knöpfe drucken, diese wurde nicht mitgeteilt, ging dann aber wunderbar)

Whole apartment was really beautifully decorated and furnished, beds were comfortable, whole place was clean and tidy. It’s located near city centre, few minutes walk from the castle. It’s on a third floor without a lift but I don’t see it as a problem for anyone with healthy legs. Towels, hairdryer, washing machine, cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment were all provided, we really felt welcome and cozy in the place. Communication with the property manager was also very good. I 100% recommend, great value for money. We’ll definitely book again when visiting!

It was modern and we had everything we needed for the perfect weekend away with friends.
The stairs are not good for disabilities or loads of luggage but we were fine as we had small suitcases and healthy legs.

Apartment itself was OK but the whole thing was just dodgy from the moment we arrived.
Pulled up, no one to meet us. Rang number & told we’re we had to pay £500 bond before we could get instructions on how to get in. We had to pay it as we’d already paid for accommodation. We paid & then was told we had to walk to end of street - 50m into a public park & there was a key-box on a fence rail. We got key & entered into a filthy stairwell, proceeded up 67 stairs to get to apartment with pushbikes taking up space & locked onto the railings. The filth in the stairwell was unbelievable. One month on and my £500 bond is still not refunded, I have been phoning every 2nd day. Absolutely furious about the whole deal

Good location, lovely designed apartment, good facilities
nothing

The apartment was nice. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean.
The building entrance hall and stairs were very dirty. The table in the apartment was very unstable.

Place look amazing. Very spacious and clean.
The stairs. Not a major thing but did some cardio exercise there bringing the luggage all the way to the 4th floor.

was so nicely styled, had useful facilities, heating was great, tv was really handy too for Spotify and Netflix
just the stairs, we were dead, especially after a few drinks

It had a lovely home from home feel. The location was amazing and so close to everything.
Parking was very expensive and you are miss leading when you say on-site parking available, as you can not park there overnight. We travelled over 400 miles and to find we had to park 15 minutes walk away was very disappointing and very expensive.

Great location and really nice and homey apartment with all amenities you would need

Very nice apartment!

Great and beautiful apartment, great location and out host, Matt, was super friendly! :)
4.4
Nicely decorated, had everything for several days stay - well equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. Great location close to town centre and meadows.
3rd floor, a long walk up. Kitchen equipment could have been a bit cleaner. Shower was a bit under powered.

Clean Space and Location
No lift have to carry heavy bag up to the room by stairs.

It was a tastefully decorated apartment with comfortable beds and a decent shower. We only stayed 2 nights so didn't need to use the kitchen much. There's a good sized supermarket a stone's throw away which was useful for breakfast supplies. The stairwell is very much like you would find in any old apartment block so I can't grumble about that too much and my 3 & 5 year old kids were fine climbing to the 3rd floor.
My biggest issue was with the Guest Ready process - having to sign a tenancy agreement, share my ID online and pay a £500 deposit for a 2 night stay felt a bit excessive and made me so uncomfortable that I nearly cancelled the booking.
The only downside in the actual apartment for me was that both bedrooms had double beds. This made it impossible to settle the kids at bedtime.

The location was easy in terms of getting to everything we wanted to be a part of during the Fringe (with just a bit of a walk), and also great proximity to lovely cafes and restaurants. The flat itself was quiet and comfortable, and had everything we needed for 4 people for a weekend away!
Putting down a deposit was unexpected when having booked through Booking.com but we did receive this back promptly after our stay.
4.4
Great for a few days at the fringe
WiFi a bit intermittent but not a big issue

the flat was okay for a renovated old place, with enough room
it was on the third floor with no lift. the stairs and entrance were filthy and the instructions for access inaccurate, resulting in us ringing the bell of a private flat. it’s clear that this company has taken affordable housing away from potential renters. we were asked to sign a four page tenancy agreement for a three night stay.
4.4
Beautiful space, comfortable, stylish and warm on a perfect walkable location and quiet street. The team made it easy to check in even we are arrive late.
Cant remember reading in the description that the apartment is on a third story. Not important for us but maybe for you it will.

very stylish, great
location, clean
the mattresses and pillow could use an upgrade for the price.

Beautiful apartment a short walk from amenities
3rd floor so three flights spiral stairs not a problem for me but mum struggled a little but worth the climb
4.4
Excellent facilities and location
Netflix
3rd floor with a baby buggy
4.4
Location and the layout. Heating was great. And distance to meadows, groceries and restaurants. Bathroom and shower were great.
Beds were not comfortable. The mattress was soft in main bedroom. Tea but no coffee.
4.4
Location and price were excellent. Apartment was really well setup great size and very comfortable.
Very steep marble staircase. The staircase was in slight disrepair (had broken floor tiles) and some of the bannister had bikes chained to it. We had a small child 3 years old so coming and leaving (plus with bags and/or carrying him) was a little precarious/worrying. We were able to leave our buggy in the entrance hallway which was useful.
4.4
The Place was amazing, super comfortable. The bedrooms were huge. Was well equipped, and enjoyed the little radio in the mornings
Nothing really.
