Purchased new, one owner, with upscale furniture and decor to give the feel of a 5-Star Hotel! Furnishings and decor were chosen with the comfort of our guests being the main priority. When you walk through the door, you will notice the magnificent ocean in the distance. Then your attention will be drawn to the amazing decor throughout the condo, including our framed James Audubon prints; our attention to the smallest detail is to ensure the comfort of our guests.
We are on the 5th floor of a 7-story complex.
You will be drawn to the comfortable living area, with ample seating and a 52-inch SMART TV, our spacious dining area that seats a family comfortably. The gourmet kitchen, which includes Wusthof chef's knives, a tri-clad stainless, Le Creuset pot for making jambalaya, and a heavy stock pot for the ultimate seafood boil, is state-of-the-art.
We have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus a Queen Sleeper sofa.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedroom 2 contains a queen-size bed, and bedroom 3 has a set of twin beds, all outfitted with comfortable, high quality mattresses. All bed linens are high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and layers of cotton and down blankets to assure a luxurious night's sleep.
The private balcony is very spacious and relaxing! There are two comfortable chaise lounges, a sofa, a swivel rocker, and a chair with ottoman for passing the day and enjoying the sunsets on beautiful Dauphin Island.
The island is a unique place. Leave the city noise and traffic behind you, and enter a world of tranquility. Our unit at the beautiful Holiday Isle complex offers everything for your comfort; luxury accommodations at a luxury condo complex, with truly amazing views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from this beautiful 5th floor location! Sandy's condo was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. I have never stayed at a place that was so well stocked. We're from NC and took a gamble on visiting a beach we've never been to, and boy did it pay off. Thank you Sandy for great communication and sharing your condo with us.

We had a wonderful time on Dauphin Island. Sandy’s place was fantastic! We spent most of our time on the comfy balcony or on the beach! Of note, the beds are very soft which most people like. We will definitely be back!

Best location on the island and very close to the beach. The pools were a bonus for our children. The kitchen was perfect for cooking our own meals, and the electric grills were a fun challenge one night. Walking distance to a few restaurants and ice cream as well. Our entire stay was wonderful, and the host is super responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone looking to stay on the island. We would love to come back.

The condo was great for our family of five. Location is right on the beach and close to everything on the island, either a quick walk or a quick drive. Communication with Sandy was great. The condo had everything we needed, there wasn’t one thing we wished the condo had. If we return to Dauphin Island we will for sure stay at this condo! The complex itself was great for our family as well!

We needed this vacation so much and Sandy's place did not disappoint! The condo was well-stocked from dishes to condiments/spices, beds were super comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular. While it was a touch windy and chilly, we did enjoy the beautiful beach, bike rentals from Joey at Salty Dog rentals, the ferry ride to Fort Morgan and goodies from Lighthouse Bakery. Our son loved the indoor pool! A very relaxing and lovely break. We hope to come back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The balcony was well furnished and very nice. Everything was decorated beautifully and well stocked. The pool was the best because part of it was shaded and a salt water pool.

Sandy was a pleasure to communicate with. She checked in with us every step along the way. The condo was great, and well stocked with everything you could need. There may be less options for activities or places to eat, but the beach is less busy than Destin or Orange Beach, and just as beautiful. We would definitely come here again and stay here.

We had an incredible vacation at Sandy’s condo. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We used our car very little and could walk almost everywhere we needed (shopping, good, ice cream). Sandy was always available for us when needed. She actually called me a few weeks before the trip to answer any questions we may have. That helped ease my mind tremendously. I’ve stayed in this condo building a couple other times before and this was my first time in Sandy’s condo. My family and I plan to continue staying here from here on out. She’s a wonderful host and that speaks volumes. I look forward to our next trip!

This was our second time visiting Sandy's condo on Dauphin Island, and this trip was just as incredible as the first! Sandy is a perfect and friendly host, and is available for anything and everything you may need. Her place is fully-stocked, comfortable, clean, huge, and the balcony can't be beat! It is by far the best rental home we've stayed in and Sandy goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a relaxing getaway!

Need easy guide to operating the Television microwave and coffee pot. Once it was figured out everything worked great except the TV but we know now what to do. Hope to return maybe in the early spring to see the birds return to the USA. Thank you Sandy and Jerry your great host and hostess.

This was a great, peaceful getaway. Condo is beautiful throughout and owner had it stocked with about anything you will need. Beach not crowded like many other popular tourist beaches. Thank you Sandy for being so good to work with through this rental process. We appreciate you letting us use your home and plan to return in the future!

Stayed here with four adults and two teenagers. The pros certainly outweigh the cons. The condo itself is beautiful and well stocked. Communication with the owner, Sandy, was excellent. We liked the less crowded environment on Dauphin Island and, during our two trips to Gulf Shores, we are sure we made the right choice. The beach is very nice, but the walk is a little burdensome if you are older or have a lot of beach gear to carry (on that note, the condo had chairs, towels and an umbrella - something we have never seen in any other condo). Going out to eat on the island can be a little problematic, so be prepared to wait. (On our last night we found a gem of a family restaurant called Catalina in Bayou La Batrie. Only a 20 minute drive and we highly recommend it). Being above the pool, it gets a little noisy, but pool closes at 10 PM, so not a problem for quiet evenings. I gave 4 stars, but this is probably more like 4 1/2, we recommend this location and would stay here again.

Our condo was beautiful! Sandy thought of absolutely everything! She is the most gracious host we have ever had! Condominium was comfortable, fully equipped, and beautiful! Only negative was the walk to the beach. Hopefully the boardwalk will be finished soon. We would love to stay here again!

The condo was like something out of a magazine so well furnished. Very comfortable furniture even on the balcony. Very well stocked , never needed anything we couldn't find in the condo. Communications with the owner was always easy and information needed was always received in plenty of time of checke in.

This condo is beautiful. The inside is clean, spacious and very comfortably furnished. Everything needed is provided. The balcony was our favorite place. It's huge with a great view and plenty of places to lounge. The inside pool and hot tub is well maintained - warm! The outside pool area is large and very clean. It's just an all around lovely place to stay. Sandy is a very gracious, very accommodating hostess. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
