We needed a place near Gallier Hall and this was perfect. We visited the WW2 museum and its rooftop bar! Close drive to Magazine and St Charles Ave shops restaurants and other rooftop bars we wanted to enjoy. Only 1.5 miles to Frenchman street. Perfect accommodation for our group of 6 and visiting guests. Everyone thought it was perfect.

Just returned from a family wedding in NOLA. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to my question. Location was convenient and parking was a breeze. Highly recommend this for families as long as you can handle the stairs. Highly recommend.

The location was great and having access to off street parking was the best. We walked to almost everything we did. The cleanliness was my only issue. Bathroom on main floor was not cleaned the best. And i wasn't to sure of the sheets on the main bed.

Lovely old charm blended with modern convenience. Exactly as advertised. Everyone enjoyed the experience.

Great location. Walking distance for most folks to the best New Orleans has to offer. Secure location.

Nice pet friendly accommodations within walking distance to the activities. Just far away enough to enjoy the quiet. We felt very, very SAFE here with the gates as well as the cameras pointed at our vehicle.
Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Short walk to cruise terminal mall. We did Uber the mile to the French Quarter a couple of times but only because we were tired of walking. About 8-9$ so not bad at all.
Ample space for all of us.
Property manager was very accessible to answering all of our questions.
Thank you for hosting!

This apartment was a perfect place to stay with 2 coworkers for a convention this past week. It was too hot to walk on the mornings of the convention, or we would have easily walked. This was close to the street care line and not too far from the French quarter. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable!

The size, location, and management of this vrbo property is everything I hoped for and more. Communication from the owner is prompt and helpful and check-in and check-out were very straightforward. The space is clearly well cared for and stocked with necessities. The location is wonderful for walking to destinations and also close to the tram line. Highly recommended!

Really good communication with owner! Clean and matches the pictures. The walk to the French Quarter is really nice and there’s great access to food in the area.

House is as perfect as the description! We were a party of 8 and there was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable. Location was great and walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Damon was excellent with communication, instructions as well as accommodating us for an early check-in! Thanks so much! Will definitely stay here again!

The location of the property is near the convention center/WW2 museum, which means that it's actually pretty quiet at night. If there were people staying in the other units in the building while we were there, we never heard them. There's a nice little market a few blocks away where you can stock up on any supplies you might need. It's also a pretty far walk to the Quarter, if that's where you're wanting to spend most of your time. The property manager was responsive and the HVAC system (there are separate units for the two sleeping areas upstairs) worked nicely.
Calling this a "4 bedroom" is really kind of pushing it. It's really two bedrooms - only one of which has a closet - and then pull out beds - one in the living room, and the other upstairs near the only bedroom with doors and a closet. To use the balcony, you have to go through the downstairs bedroom. The furniture overall is a bit worn and shabby, some of the linens had holes in them, and simple things like having Kleenex on hand and replacing burned out light bulbs weren't taken care of. The wiring in the upstairs bathroom was wonky, and you couldn't turn on the lights over the mirror without turning on the exhaust fan, and then, they only came on very dimly.
It was okay for a couple of nights, but not sure if I'd stay here again unless there were some significant upgrades made.

The house has not been properly renovated. 2 people in are group received cuts to the bottom of our feet from the old cracked loose floorboards. Not what I would expect for the price.

We stay for a business conference and the property and location were wonderful. I would recommend if you drive to use a secure parking garage and not the open lot.

This was our first time visiting New Orleans. We loved the apartment. Very spacious to accommodate our large family of 8. Very nicely decorated.
Damon was helpful and answered all questions quickly. Would definitely recommend. Plenty of bath towels and linens for our large group. We could have used more hand and wash cloths. The apartment's main areas were clean but the apartment needs a thorough cleaning.

There was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The place was clean and had plenty of room. The extra security (i.e. gated with access code) made us feel safe. It was easy to locate.

Everything about this property was perfect for our family trip. We were six adults traveling and the house was perfectly comfortable for all of us to have enough space. We never felt like we got in each other's way. However, what made this experience outstanding was the attention from our host Damon. He was always available to help. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and he arranged to have it fixed with in an hour after we arrived. Also we left behind a passport and he was kind enough to mail it over to Texas immediately. Definitely the best host I've ever come across. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved the space in this rental, with balcony and lounging areas upstairs and downstairs.
We also loved the location- so many great restaurants and wonderful museums all within walking distance. The French quarter was a short trolley ride away. Never needed the car which is perfect.
The host was attentive, got us a new coffee maker when the existing one leaked.
We would stay here again!

My group booked this place for my bachelorette weekend. There was 8 of us and plenty of room!! We even had 2 extra that had to stay one night and we still had plenty of room! Damon was easy to contact and responded quickly to whatever I needed or asked. Great location!! We walked everywhere! We stayed on the 3rd and 4th floor so carrying luggage up the stairs was pretty rough, but I would definitely book it again!!

Excellent Place for Your NOLA Trip
We had 6 stay in this apartment. Loved our stay here, had everything we needed and were extremely comfortable. Extremely clean. Felt very at home.
We spent almost all of the end of our nights out on the balcony—only one part of the place, but it was my favorite place to retire at the end of a fun night.
Free coffee creamer, creole seasoning, and plastic utensils were a nice little touch. It’s very obvious that management cares about your stay!

Warehouse District Home, Mostly Great
Our stay in the two floor apartment was pretty great for our hybrid business trip/ vacation!
Pros:
--LOTS of room to relax and enjoy the space. There was ample common space and seating for group of seven. The outdoor balcony space was especially popular in the morning for coffee. You can see the cruise ships docking.
--Parking was simple and always available.
--Electronic locks worked EVERY time and the multiple layers of locks were nice to have.
--All of the beds and pull out couched were extremely comfortable and there were ample linens for all.
--The kitchen space was the perfect New Orleans size with a refrigerator large enough for many, many drinks.
--Don, the manager was great to work with concerning early check in and issues we had with the bathroom.
-- Location was great to walk to many different restaurants, the convention center, the French Quarter, St. Patrick's church, the WWII museum. It was also great for rideshares as the location was easy to find and never had backed up traffic.
Cons
--Location... the front of the home faces the Ozanam Inn, which provides food, shelter and clothing for the needy. The Northeast side of the home has a large, covered parking lot. Both of these features equate to homeless people roaming around the home. While we were not directly accosted we witnessed many people urinating in the street, fighting, and sleeping in the covered lot.
--Indoor lighting was not sufficient for the home. In the bathrooms (ESPECIALLY the upstairs bathroom) there was hardly enough light to groom in the mirror. The main sitting area has a ceiling fan light that is operated by one switch and does not have pulls long enough to reach. So if the fan is on the light is on and vice versa.
--Dust, while keeping a huge old beautiful home is difficult, there was a lot of dust on the surfaces of the home. There were also many marks on the doors that could be cleaned with some soap and water.
--The stairs, again this is a a big beautiful old home and some of the stairs are in need of repair.

Great location! Beautiful space but needs some maintenance
The top floor shower doesn't engage which left us with baths or having everyone use 3rd floor shower. That bathroom had a lot of mildew around tub and fixtures. While some dust was expected due to age of home, the cleaning crew never bothered to dust under tables. There was also a lamp with no bulb.
Yes, technically it will sleep 8 but it's not very private since the space is really only two bedrooms. And a dining table for just four people.
On the upside the linens were clean and plentiful (if unfolded and just crammed in a closet). The beds, were comfortable. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner there and the kitchen was adequately stocked for 7 people. It was odd that we only had 4 coffee cups for breakfast.
The location was fabulous, safe and quiet!!

Great Apartment and Great Location
Had 7 guys stay at this house and had just enough beds for all of us to sleep on. Was perfect for what we needed. Also, great local restaurants all within walking distance and right around the corner from the can't miss WW2 Museum. Great centralized NOLA location and walkable to many of New Orleans best sights and sounds!

Great spot in NOLA
We came for a work event at the nearby conference center. We could easily walk to the center and along the way there were great little coffee shops and spots to grab a bite. Close to everything and the placed was clean and well appointed.

Unique and perfect location! About a 15-20 minute walk to Bourbon St.!
