The location and views are outstanding!
Debra got back to us with any questions/concerns within 30 seconds, I think.
Only things we reached out for were minor and user error. No batteries in one remote but not a big deal and Debra went way out of her way to find solutions. Such a great place with so much space! It's give more stars if I could.

This apartment was the perfect place to stay in Seattle. It has a breathtaking view of the harbor. The check in process was easy and fast. Our family was not disappointed.

Location is perfect. Very nice complex and close to so much of the heart of Seattle. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for the grandparents and 4 grandkids. Great location, comfortable beds, and room to move around. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was in a great location and walkable to everything we wanted to do in downtown Seattle! We had plenty of space for 2 families with little kiddos.
Just something to note - the apartment does NOT have air conditioning and the windows in the second bedroom do NOT open so it is difficult to get a good cross breeze. We ended up propping the balcony door open to get more air flow and the adults that were staying in the second bedroom slept in the living room.
Check-in was not difficult but we had to drop off one person and circle the block a few times because the curb parking was full. The building could not find our reservation and had to call the owner but that was easily taken care of.

Prior to our Alaskan cruise, we wanted to stay a couple extra days in Seattle. This condo was not only comfortable, fully stocked, clean and lovely, but it had an AMAZING high-rise view of Puget Sound. Within walking distance of some local attractions and wonderful restaurants. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was perfect for our family. Views and location were AMAZING! Place was clean and well kept - instructions were easy to follow and property manager was quick to respond, professional and communicative! The place was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and my kids loved sleeping on the daybed (they now want one for their room). Thank you again!

Flew to Seattle to see our oldest daughter who is attending University of Washington. Great location, 2 blocks from Link so no car needed. Many great restaurants & Pikes Public Market close by. Water views were fantastic!

The location of this condo is perfect, close to the main attractions either via foot or by monorail.
The place is comfortable, with amazing views of the bay.
The furniture and window blinds need updating; but overall it is well stocked.
Be aware that sometimes the fobs to gain access to the main building entrance don't work...a bit frustrating

We really enjoyed the apartment which was so very close to Pike Market and Seattle Aquarium. The unit was very clean and had a couple of fans to help cool it off. We felt safe there due to building security measures and there was plenty of delicious food right nearby. Walking to the Space Needle was about a 20 min walk under tree shaded sidewalks, very enjoyable. We’d definitely stay in this building again. The only downside (and why I put 4 stars for check in) was finding a parking spot to check in and get to the property parking. THere was a moving van in front of the building (also when we checked out) where we were told to park, run in and get the unit keys and garage card. The traffic/parking in the city was really bad even on a weekend, so we spent about 45 min just trying to find somewhere to park so we could then walk several blocks to the front desk. I’d suggest dropping someone off close by if this happens and (circuitously) ‘circling’ the block to pick them back up.

Came here to stay 3 days prior to a cruise. Location location location!! We were close to the Lynx stop, Pikes Place, endless restaurants, Target, etc. Space Needle and Pikes Place were just a quick Uber or cab ride away. Property was wonderful and all the towels and stocked items were a bonus. My hubby especially loved the fans as he gets hot easy! Thanks for a great stay!

The property manager gave clear directions for everything. The property layout was great for my family. The location worked perfectly for all of the things we had to get done during our short trip. And the view was amazing!

Overall great experience. Great views. Nice apartment. Would have liked AC but I know it’s not something at most places on the west coast.

Great location. Short walk to the link light rail. Walkable to the baseball stadium, Space needle and Pikes Place Market. Enjoyed looking out at the water from the small balcony. The window in the second bedroom is not one that opens. Definitely needed the room fans to circulate air in the apartment but with the fans the apartment stayed at a comfortable temperature. Kitchen had all the basic cooking utensils we needed. Huge number of places to eat and get coffee nearby. I would stay here again.

Booked and prepaid for stay after cruise. Spoke to owner for an early check in because of early disembarkation. Owner stated it should not be a problem to check in by 12 noon.
During the day of check in, guest services at front desk informed us that the owner instructed them to let no one in before 4pm. We could not check in for six hours! We could not reach owner by phone. We wandered Seattle thru exhaustion and finally reached owner via VRBO messaging around noon. Owner stated cleaners were backed up with loads of units to clean, but she said she called staff at the front desk and we should be able to check in by 2pm or earlier. However, when we returned, same staff (2-3 women) informed us they received no additional phone calls from owner. The only call they received from her before noon were instructions reiterating that they were not to allow us entrance into the (already fully paid) unit until 4pm.
Exhausted, my family of four seniors had to wait unattended and uncomfortable in the lobby, where we looked like loiters, instead of actual guests. Is this how guests are treated? Male members in our group were not allowed to even use the bathroom in the property and had to search for restrooms to use outside. Owner never checked on our safety and comfort. As it is, our entire family came down with sickness from exhaustion; we couldn't really fully enjoy our stay when we were finally given keys just a little before 4pm by a nice gentleman (Ricky) who took over the later shift. When we shared this experience with owner, she indicated she was familiar with guests usually coming down with sickness after a cruise due to the confined spaces in the ship...our family disembarked from one of the largest cruise ships on the dock and we all had very spacious balcony staterooms; we did not in any way fill confined/sick. Additionally, if a VRBO owner is familiar with guests that are exhausted from cruising, why was an effort NOT made to accommodate us during our check in?
So, we do not know if this poor experience was due to inaccurate communication between the front desk staff and owner. However, based on past travel experiences, guests should always be accommodated as much, and as soon as possible - particularly during the check in process.
Overall, the unit's location is as described - nice view of the harbor. However due to such horrific check in process, we will reconsider staying at more professional venues, where we won't have to wait for six hours.

Property was large, well kept, and in a very central location to most attractions. The view of the water was fantastic. Very easy check in and check out. We will definitely be back.

Great location, condo and view
We loved the property location and the view of the harbor from the 22nd floor was spectacular. The unit was clean and had all the things we needed for an enjoyable stay. Great communication and responsiveness from property manager. We would definitely book again in Fall, Winter or Spring but had a bit of trouble keeping the condo cool enough with moderate (70-75) high temps. We expect it could get very hot up there without air conditioning in the heat of the summer.

Wonderful view.
View was great. Three of us tried to work the TV.
None of us were able to get the TV apps to fully respond no matter what we tried. Apartment too small for six people. Disappointed only 8 washcloths provided for a reservation for 6. Laundry must be done daily. Heat wave - not enough fans. Ceiling fans would help.

3 night stay in Harbor Steps--Great!
Perfect property in the heart of all the action downtown Seattle. Things to do for 12, 14, 40 and 50 somethings, and 70 something yrs old. No need for car, can walk, Uber to all the tourist sites. With 3 nights, able to to get all 5 attractions from City Pass to enjoy, and able to walk to all attractions (didn't go to zoo). Helpful property manager, Debra; got us into the best location for our needs!

Beautiful vacation
Beautiful apartment! The pictures don't do it justice and the view is so amazing! It's a wonderful location for visiting Seattle so close to many tourist destinations! I would highly recommend this property for vacation!

Perfect base for enjoying the city.
This is the third time we have stayed at Harbor Steps at a Picture Perfect property, each time at a different unit. This one, like the others, is wonderful. Check-in is a breeze. The parking is so convenient, the amenities of the unit are excellent and we couldn’t recommend it more. The Ferris wheel, Pike market, gum wall, aquarium and so much more are within a few minutes walk. For convenience, there is a Target a few minutes walk away and even a Costco a few minutes drive away. Starbucks is 30 seconds away! The drive to and from the airport is a breeze. We hope to be back soon

Perfect downtown location
Great location to get to all things Seattle. The condo was clean, comfy beds and easy checking in and out. Awesome views! Debra was great to communicate with but didn’t need to much since instructions were very clear. Plenty of towels in both bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Was there with bestie and three teen boys. The boys loved having the basketball court to use and we felt safe enough to let them walk to big wheel/pier and back alone. Highly recommend taking water taxi to Alki Beach - scooters, fish and chips and fantastic view of cityscape.
We couldn’t use the parking garage because we had a cargo carrier (and I was kindly refunded after not using!)
but I’d recommend using it. Depending on when you’re in Seattle parking can be an expensive challenge. Definitely recommend this place!
