The house was exactly what we were looking for for our ski trip with friends. Truly ski in/out, with the lift just a 3 min walk through the woods, and Teton village a short 10 min walk (Mangy Moose was a crowd favorite) The hot tub was amazing, would certainly stay again!

The place was perfect and met our needs to a T. Loved the location and the kitchen was well stocked and set up great for evenings together as a family. Would totally recommend and plan on coming back sometime in the future!

Group of friends for a ski trip bachelor party. Hot tub was great, plenty of room to spread out, awesome location, and comfy beds! Could have used a few extra towels, but wasn't a problem.

Just a couple of tired lights and bad dishwasher

This house was a godsend. It is way better than the pictures show, with lots of space and light and comfy cozy vibe. The access to the union pass lift is so convenient! We couldn’t believe how easy it was to access the slopes and such a short drive or walk to the village. Also, very easy to get to Wilson and Jackson. The house has everything you need and the hosts were quick to address any issues we had (fixing the cable and a light that went on and off). The hot tub is brand new and amazing. Cute little family of foxes in the neighborhood made their appearance every night. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Comfortable house in a great location to access ski lifts

Great overall but needs some TLC
Pros: The house is big and the layout is perfect with big communal spaces and open kitchen. The rooms were also good sized and comfortable.
It’s not exactly ski-in/ski-out but requires a bit of a hike, though it’s easy enough. Huge space for gear which was great. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, etc.
Cons: some attention needs to be given to this house. The hot tub, grill, and dishwasher didn’t work and we mainly got this place for the hot tub. RMR gave us a small discount and passes to a communal hot tub at a hotel to make up for it, but based on previous reviews it seems it hasn’t worked in a few months. The cable went out during the Super Bowl (but we had a fire stick so ok!), and none of the bathroom doors lock, some didn’t even fully shut.
Overall not a bad experience and with our group size it worked well, it just needs some TLC to get it back up to what it used to be. We’d love to stay here again if appliances were fixed!

Great location, very minor issues
Short uphill walk to Union Quad lift. Ski back to house coming home, but narrow single track. House was wonderful, but some finishes were dated, like the bathrooms downstairs, some obvious wear on cabinets and trim work. Well maintained in general though. Dishwasher performance was subpar, requiring hand washing afterwords for a number of dishes. Minor complaints. The positives included great fireplace that drew well and didn’t smoke, loads of firewood, set up well for a large group, and enough storage space for ski and snowboard gear in the laundry room/entry. Very comfortable beds and no one complained of not enough hot water, except the last night, when I think the hot tub repair man turned off the hot water heater. Kitchen reasonably well stocked with utensils and cookware. Worst part was the hot tub was inoperable for our stay, until late the last night, but that was communicated prior to arrival, but without any adjustment in fees or freebies to offset.

True ski-in location
We had a great stay, the place was clean, and the host was responsive with communication. You can ski into the driveway, which was awesome at the end or middle of the day of skiing. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nice house, could use some improvements.
The home was a nice spacious home, however we had quite a few issues during our stay. While management was very responsive, the issues could have been worked our prior to our stay to make our overall experience better.

Great Teton Getaway
House was in great location for accessing the park, backpacking and Jackson. We loved using the fireplace every night with a wonderful wine from the local Bodega. House had all of the amenities needed. Hot tub was great, but had too many pine needles in it and cover was kind of rough. Kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some fantastic meals. Overall great house that afforded us a very memorable get away!

Great House
Close enough to walk to Union Lift which is short and takes you to base. 100 yards through the woods slightly uphill. Also close to village 12 minute walk or very short drive. Big house great fireplace.

Amazing property in Teton Village
We chose this house for a March ski trip with a group of 12 adults. We had plenty of room and the house is very cozy. Especially liked relaxing in the hot tub after skiing and the extra large kitchen table great for dinners and playing games. Kitchen is well equipped. the fact that each bedroom has a bathroom made getting ready super easy with a large group. The house is a 5 minute walk slightly uphill through the woods to the union pass chairlift which started running at 8:30am, and brought us to the main base. You can ski home to the driveway down the same path through the woods. We had a rental vehicle but the public transportation is really great for getting from town to Teton village if you decide not to rent, and there was Lyft and Uber as well. We had a great experience.

Guy trip with 9 men. We had enough space to spread out and ski in ski out.

Hot Tub not working
When the family and I go on a ski trip, one of the amenities we pay extra for is a hot tub for everyone to soak in after a long day on the slopes. The hot tub did not work at all on 3 of the 4 days. Very disappointing to not be able to have this time together on our trip.

Extended Family Ski Weekend
The property and our trip was excellent. Plenty of room for our group of 13. The location was excellent. Close enough to walk to the village and the proximity to the trail to the lift was great. It allowed us to come into the house for lunch. There was a short hike to the lift but with our group of adults it was not an issue even with all the new snow. The hot tub was nice at the end of the long day and we enjoyed the fireplace. There was plenty of wood onsite. There was plenty of kitchen utensils, cups, and pots/pans to allow us to cooks breakfast and lunch every day.
Our only communication with the property manager was to request the driveway to get plowed which they couldn’t do initially because of vehicles in the driveway when they attempted. They said it would be addressed right away and it was plowed first thing in the morning which allowed the vehicles to get out. Overall we loved the place and would highly recommend it. The only negatives for us were that there was no garage and we struggled getting the heat in the bedrooms set just right so we were comfortable (fortunately most people were too warm rather than too cold).

Evcellent property.
Most properties you look at online don’t look nearly as good in real life as they do on the photos. This one was far better than the photos. And the ride up to the place has some vistas that will blow you away. Every time we left the place or came back we jmarveled at the gorgeous Mountain View’s filled with magnificent trees. The location is about 3 minutes all the main attractions in Teton Village and about 15 or 20 minutes from the wonderful town of Jackson with all of its marvelous and unique stores.

Great property!
Closest property to the entrance of short trail to get to Union lift. Plenty of room for 12 adult men for sleeping, dining and lounging. Plenty of dishes too! Great to have a crock pot there to use for lunches and dinners. It wasn't far at all, but my wife wouldn't have enjoyed the little hike to the lift and the shuttle picks up and drops off at the end of the road. It's probably not 100 yards to the lift hiking mildly uphill through the trail in the trees, but I just want to be transparent! It was fine for 12 guys who can and are willing to carry their own gear. Great to have a hot tub that was set into the deck so you didn't have to climb all the way in. I would say it's better than the pictures... also very nice to have a keypad on the front door so nobody had to worry about carrying keys around. Firewood provided was awesome with the large fireplace.

Great house in Teton Village. Held 12 of us. Loved the common area upstairs and the main bedroom.
Really liked the house. Was out for a small wedding and the house held 12 of us and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful area that is close enough to in town.

Great Family Vacation Lodging
Nice clean house stocked with basic needs. (Don't buy more salt and pepper, there are many shakers and other spices in the skinny cabinet to the left of the stove! :) ) Lots of room for 9 family members from 3 generations. Great outdoor space - The hot tub was used every day after coming home from hiking. Many meals were eaten on the upper deck. The front decks were used if someone just needed to get some fresh air and quite time. Inside was great too - we ate breakfast at the bar as people were ready, the kitchen had enough room for 2-3 people at a time to cook a meal, the fridge fit food and drink for 9 people for 4 days and we had enough bathrooms to all get-up and around early each morning. The only thing we talked about needing was a game table, maybe in the sitting room off the kitchen. We play a lot of board & card games and get a little loud for someone watching TV. Nice wooded area for wIld life - three mornings we had moose wander through the back yard and in the evening we would see deer. Highly recommend!

Great house for families
The house met all of our needs. We were 3 skiing families so the house was conveniently close to the slopes. The mud room was our temporary storage area for all things ski-related. The kitchen area had what we needed for big meals. All of the bedrooms had full bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub and the roaring fireplace.
