Whether you’re keeping warm by the fireplace on chilly nights or taking a luxurious dip in the hot tub after a fun day of exploring the town, this home makes for a restful vacation setting. Guests will enjoy the beautiful sunrises facing the Wasatch mountains from the living room balcony and the primary bedroom balcony facing the southeast. You can explore the mountain bike, snowshoe, and cross-country ski trails steps from the house, and the home is just 31 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport.
Sink into the sectional after a full day out and about. Gather in front of the fireplace to enjoy movie or game nights on the TV. There is even a five-speaker Bose surround sound system to enhance your experience. When hunger strikes, prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen. Step onto the deck to sit with a favorite beverage and enjoy the sweeping mountain views, and be sure to make use of the gas grill while you’re there. At night, rest easy in the comfortable bedrooms. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
