This condo was renovated in 2019 with more recent updates to the bunk room in 2022 and new kitchen quartz tops in late 2023. Renovations include: new double/single bunk beds, two new TV's, newer kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, newer interior paint, newer bath vanities and tops, newer luxury vinyl plank flooring, plantation shades on sliding glass doors and windows, ceiling fans and light fixtures.

This condo is located on the 4th top floor with a gorgeous side view of the beach. Convenient access to the elevator and beach. You can relax on the master bed, sofa or balcony and view the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Square footage of this condo is 1040.

This condo will accommodate 7 people in beds. Free wireless internet is included! DIRECTV Streaming is the media provider for all the TVs. The family room has a new 65" Samsung Smart TV with voice remote, A TV soundbar with Bluetooth for optional music streaming. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a ceiling fan, TV, large closet and is connected to its own private bath. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, new 50" Roku Smart TV, closet, and ceiling fan. It is connected to the hall bath. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds (twin bed on top bunk, double bed on bottom bunk) with its own wall-mounted TV.

The kitchen is equipped for meals and has many small appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and can opener. All dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans are provided. There is also a new in 2022 full-sized washer and dryer. The beach service of FOUR chairs and two umbrellas is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between mid-March and the end of October.

Maravilla is a gated community that sits on 33.7 acres with its own private 2.5-acre white sandy beach. Volleyball nets are available. A kayak rental service is available. The community offers a gulf-front pool with ample sunbathing areas. A second larger, seasonally heated pool and hot tub is located at the rear of the clubhouse. BBQ grills are located by the clubhouse. The reservable clubhouse has a full kitchen with a big screen TV.

Other amenities include bike rentals, fitness room, two newly resurfaced pickleball courts, tennis court, shuffleboard, basketball goals, pleasant walking and jogging areas, and large, generously lit interior parking with security during high season.

All pets must be approved first. We accept a maximum of two dogs and no dog over 30 pounds. No cats or other animals allowed.

Nice place but need to replace metal bed frames.. makes to much noise. close to beach and has 2 pools. Need to get better cleaning crew. The grounds and the properrty were spotless.

The Condo was everything we expected. It was as wonderful as it was described! We were all Senior family members and appreciated the ease of finding the place and getting into the Condo. We will be back next year. We wish we could have gotten in ealier as our flight put us waiting 4 hours. I would have liked it to be a 2:00 pm enter time. But. That was a small inconvience for what we got. We needed for nothing, well equipped, and wonderfully comfortable. Thank you.

We have been coming down to the Miramar Beach area for 6 years now and typically stay at Maravilla due to location. This is the most fully stocked, well renovated condo we have stayed in. The location of the condo in the complex is perfect, the view to the beach is great and overall just a great place to stay! We can't wait to come back next year!!

Condo is very comfy & cute with all the comforts of home & then some. The complex includes so many fun opportunities( pickleball, 2 pools( heated was favorite of young kids and families), hot tub) Beautiful porch view, nice walking path, & pet friendly. Our family of 5( kids mostly teens) loved our stay especially the gorgeous beach w private access and beach chair rental included. Owners communicated well & great to work with.

This condo was great. We loved the floor plan. The bathrooms were great and the water pressure was great. The kitchen was great, nice frig, counter tops, sink and furnishings. Nice washer and dryer. Great balcony and the private beach and beach service was great. The heated pool was awesome. 5 star for sure.

We had a such a great time! Condo was very clean, and comfy. It had everything we needed and then some! Great view of the gulf and a super short walk to the beach. Beach service was amazing as always! Karen was very quick to respond to a minor issue we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything needed for cooking, extra blankets and beach chairs. The condo is close to the pool and has a short walk to the beach right across the street. The view from the balcony is nice. Stores and restaurants are close and convenient. We will definitely stay here again for our beach trip next year.

The condo was clean and decorated beautifully! Easy access to the beach pool and restaurants. Elevator wasn't far at all from our condo which made it easy going to and from the pool and car. I had a 15, 13, 9, and 6 year old with and they all had a great time in Destin Highly recommend this unit!

My wife and I brought our two kids ages 10 and 5, our one year old pup and my parents to stay. Spacious, clean, updated appointments throughout, very very comfortable! The kids loved the bunk room, beds were great with comfy linens. Hot showers, AMAZING water pressure! Loved the balcony views of the gulf. Great sidewalked neighborhood to walk our pup. Both pools very nice. The real draw was proximity to the beach, which did not disappoint! From top to bottom this unit was awesome! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, attractive and comfortable. The whole process renting was easy and well organized with lots of information. Loved the short walk to the beach and the chairs and umbrellas provided. Great location to get to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

We were beyond happy with the condo. It was perfectly clean, comfortable, and had enough space for our family of five with all adults. The hosts were so helpful throughout the process and our stay. The location was PERFECTION!!!!! You truly cannot beat walking across the street to a stunning beach with chairs already set up for you! We also really enjoyed the pools, and walking the area around the condo. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area!

The condo is great!! It's decorated to feel like home away from home sprinkled with vacation. The location is central to everything including restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Fully stocked kitchen....even a blender for breakfast smoothies or vacation cocktails. The view from the balcony is definitely ocean view, the water and blue sky made coffee every morning so enjoyable. Looking forward to returning and very appreciative of the dog friendly neighborhood. This is the 2nd time my husband & I stayed at this condo with our 2 daughters. Location is awesome. Steps from the beach & close to so many great things to do in Destin. Condo is clean, spacious, & has everything you need for a week away. When we come back to Destin, we will definitely stay here again !!!

Over all good experience. Was charged for a closet door that was damaged. I can’t say if my wife or myself did or did not damage the door for sure as we didn’t even use the closet. In over 25 years of renting this is our first ever incidental/damage charge which is kinda upsetting. We will definitely start looking/taking pictures upon arrival going forward. This will more than likely have us vacationing elsewhere.

The location and beach were awesome. The beach service is fantastic and the crew works hard to ensure you are satisfied with your beach location. The condo is well equipped and clean. The living room furniture is a bit worn with several rips in the chairs. The patio furniture was very nice, comfortable, and we enjoyed the view. The main complaint we have is the beds in all bedrooms. None of the beds have box springs and sit on frames that make noise as you’re trying to sleep. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable, but squeaked every time you rolled over. The second bedroom mattress wasn’t comfortable and sagged when trying to sleep along with making noise. The third bedroom was the same. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation.

Our family of 5 had a terrific stay at 1401 MaraVilla! Great location, updated, very clean, and spacious villa. So close to the beach! The view off the balcony is even better than what the picture shows. Online photos can only do so much, everything is even better in person! The pools were great. Walking proximity to multiple restaraunts. Very dog friendly neighborhood. The beach and the water are as a good as the Caribbean. No exaggeration. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for helping to make such a great first impression of Destin for all of us!

Maravilla 1401 lived up to all our expectations. What a great place to enjoy family time with easy access to the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated, super clean and stocked with all the little extras that make you feel welcome and incredibly special. Our interaction with management was by far the best we’ve ever experienced both before, during and after our stay. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

The condo was clean and the perfect location. Every was great except for the sleeping arrangement. The 3rd bedroom is a small office with a small less than full bed. The mattress in the master was in need of replacement. Since we did little sleeping and just enjoyed the area plus property, it was great.

Loved everything about our stay and the hosts were helpful right from the beginning. The complimentary beach setup is a nice touch. Loved having breakfast on the balcony with the ocean in view. A little taken aback on how tiny the third bedroom is but our 17 year old son was just fine with it. No complaints here.

Property was so clean - layout was great. It accommodated our family of four perfectly. Access to the beach and heated pool was exactly what we imaged. My only negative feedback were the beds... the main master was very uncomfortable for a week long stay, but everyone has their own preference on beds/firmness.
