I liked the location and the fact that there are many shops nearby.
The breakfast was a let down. Too much carbs and no protein or fibre selection. Only waffles, bagels, bread, and muffins available with oat porridge. Would have helped to have some fruits or eggs as an option.

Clean. Cheap. Reasonable location.
Extremely noisy party few doors down until 2:30am. The receptionist was not helpful at all until I called the police.

Exceptionally clean, good location, easy to check in/out. Bed was comfy and shower was excellent. View of Manhattan was the icing on the cake!
Nothing!

Emplacement très pratique près d'une station de métro
Hôtel propre., chambre spacieuse et lit confortable
Petit déjeuner peu varié, mais appréciable quand même (compris dans le prix)

Good location in terms of access to Manhattan, price was good for NYC.
For the last night and check out day, there was no water coming out of the shower at all, and the staff was very unapologetic and unhelpful. They suggested a cold shower despite us explaining that we had no water at all, hot or cold. They offered no solution or compensation to us. Nor any sympathy, for that matter.

The sheets looked clean and the television worked.
The room itself was filthy, with hair stick to the walls and gnats in the bathroom. Breakfast was bad and cheap.

It was tough. The rooms were quiet.
Where do I start? The staff was rude!! Room cleaning only by request. $65 charge for early check-in. No closet. The hotel is also a shelter for NYC Housing Authority overflow. Oh, and there's no hot water. FOR DAYS!!! This place is a complete dumpster fire.

Appreciated the on site parking & location close to the subway
The breakfast was probably the worst offering we have ever experienced. Made do with it the first morning but the next morning we found a local diner for breakfast

I like that this hotel accepts cash. Majority of the staff go out their way to make sure my stay is perfect, especially Mendy. She’s always great help.
It wasn’t too much I didn’t like about the property, except for one front desk staff member. I took very much offense at how he treated me when I went to the front desk. I went to the front desk to ask for new towels and tissues. This man asked me what happened to the other towels? As if I had took them or something…smh I clearly had used them if I were requesting new ones. Then to add insult to injury, I’m from the south so I have a thick southern accent, he started mocking everything I said by trying to sound like me. We’re both from different cultures I just didn’t find it funny nor entertaining. I didn’t mock him especially when this wasn’t the time nor place for this, so treat me with the same respect.

The second room assigned to me was clean, although that was only after I had to ask for another, due to the first room stinking of cannabis.
I had to ask for another room, because the first one reeked of cannabis. Ironically, I'd just signed a waiver saying I'd pay $200 in cleaning fees if I smoked in my room. Clearly, after a previous occupant smoked cannabis in that room, they didn't pay $200 for cleaning... Breakfast was also poor supermarket cereal fare. And hotel turned out to be very out of the way, and a long walk from the Subway. I would not book again.

I really like Ben. He was very helpful with checking in, assisting with the dolly getting an iron and extra towels.
The man cleaning the dining area was rude with " get out get out if here, it us 10:02". Yes it closes at 10, but with 2 small children 2 extra minutes did not change his day!
