The exterior of the property was promising and near public transport
The condition of the property was very run down, wet towels left on the bathroom Floor, could be so much nicer with a few simple tweaks. If it was cheap then not an issue but $131?! 😳

They provided a ready bed and towel. The staff were friendly, helpful and easy going. Nice quiet area around, very close to the tube and the next beach only 300 meter away.
Unfortunately I had the only unstable double bunk bed (the black one) in the room. Maybe you can change it soon into a more stable grey one. With a little effort you could make the comfort in the rooms better (little shelf, little light in the beds) and the cosyness in the kitchen and balcony higher (refresh old furniture or through rotten one away). The price to stay overnight is rather
high, so you could improve the value for money. Nevertheless I enjoyed my time. Thank you!

Good bathroom and kitchen. Even has a smoking area.
We had to wait 1 hour to check-in. We were waiting for the staff at the living room for long time. It was quiet annoying.

Near a metro stop, decent staff (and guests), some stuff around it for a snack or small meal, nothing too bad really.
Location isn't brilliant and it is more than I'd normally pay - but I can blame them for what they delivered, and they were the cheapest option.

Close to train station
The caravan for hire was pointless, it says it can sleep two people but that was at a squeeze and super uncomfortable. Shouldn’t be available for use
5.0
Very comfortable place, and great location, 1 minute walk to the train station
2.5
Location was good and staff communicated well over app.
Room was very small and not clean. 1 toilet was also not clean

The place was a dump. It was an old house dirty and in disrepair. It was do loud we could not sleep. We would have been better off sleeping in a chair in the airport.
We liked nothing. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The building had the atmosphere of an abandoned house.

The lady checking guest in seems nice but gives out fault information. I do like the fact that they have a few parking spaces but ridiculous that you have to pay to park there.
I don't like the fact that their staff give out mixed misleading information. I ended up being charged for two nights while I stayed for only one. On top of that the bathroom was super dirty and the room has a strong odor, like a really really bad armpit smell. Stay away unless you like the smell of armpit.

I could made friends!!!
nothing

Security on the doors, quick & smooth check in, friendly staff, access to the kitchen.
No hairdryer available, small bathrooms, the bathroom door didn't lock properly, not a very good location, a bit dirty (found an open bag of crisps under my bed), one very thin pillow

Price and location were the reason I chose it. Check in was friendly, welcoming, helpful and thorough. The first floor, including the bathroom, was quite clean. The person who checked me in was careful to show me how the locks worked and explain coming in after hours, as well as set up my off street parking.
The second floor bathroom was dirty - mildew on the walls, dirt on the floor, water in the window? I was surprised and disappointed after the cleanliness of the first floor. This is only my third hostel visit, and I couldn't find anything to explain what to do with my used towel and linens. And I did sit down in the living room and go through the book to see if I could find it.

It's cheap, in more ways than one.
I will preface this by saying I've been staying in hostels for over 10 years and have seen all kinds of strange things but this owner is by far the nastiest and most negligent I've ever met.
The owner tells guests in their confirmation email that that need to send an email if they will arrive after 9. They supposedly have staff working until 9.
They do not have staff working until 9 and the owner does not respond via email or text. We were supposed to show up at 8 but got lost and arrived there right at 9. There was no staff there. A nice guest let us in and we sat around emailing and texting the owner that we just arrived (on the wall, it says email or text the owner and gives contact information). The other guests said they hadn't seen any staff around for awhile and one mentioned getting ahold of the owner had been a problem for them as well.
The owner never responded that night. Not to emails or texts. We had to stay at another hostel. (HI Hostel is lovely btw). The next morning, I emailed and texted the owner again, as per the instructions on the wall in the hostel, and got no response. I finally called booking and told them the owner was not responding at all to any of my messages and after they get ahold of him, suddenly he responds back via text behaving as if he has done nothing wrong. We stayed the final night at "Homestel" not wanting to deal with anymore drama. My bed was a cot on the floor next to an open electrical socket.
I called Booking later to ask for a refund. They said the owner declared us "no shows" on the night we arrived and that they couldn't do anything because we hadn't called them until the day after. They apparently only count communications through Booking.com and if the owner of any establishment isn't responding you have to call Booking IMMEDIATELY. (Good advice for the future).
Don't waste your time and money here. Just checking in is both a gamble and waste of time.

Nice neighborhood.
Guests noisy, coming and going at nite.
4.5
Bathroom very clean.
Bad pillows.
3.0
Coded locks on front door, interior doors for first and second floors, and each bedroom. Coffee machine for common use and mterials provided to label your food. Free earplugs to help with peaceful sleep and multiple shared bathrooms.
Cameras in common room, shared bathrooms are musty/moldy. Signs say to mask and use "provided anti-bacterial soap" but there's no making (even staff) and no antibacterial soap provided. Dorm rooms are filled with clutter. Staff phone number is text-only, but that's not mentioned anywhere on the website or reservation.

The staff is quite helpful and friendly. Good to have some chats with others at public area.
Less privacy in shared room. Could be cold bc AC is on.
4.5
Close to the subway
4.0
Close to everything and walking distance to food.
My bed was dirty and had stains :/ I was told I shouldn't walk around alone so maybe safety was a concern in the area.
2.5
The location is good!
You can go outside and inside whatever you want.
Hot water.
The kitchen is useful.
The staff is really nice!
I had to live with men I don't really like it, they should have different rooms. Bathroom are ok, no soup to wash your hands, no toilet paper sometimes, dirty sometimes. They only give you a sheet no blankets and I felt cool at night.
4.0
the location is good and staff are nice, easy to check in and check out.
