The staff were great. Really helpful, kind & just nice. It felt like quite a small hotel where you knew each other more than usually happens in hotels. Stayed here for the Marathon. Convenient for Boston Common, which was only walking distance.
Unfortunately the lift broke during our stay which was pretty inconvenient but the staff did their very best to assist in that period.

We loved the suite. It was spacious with great views of Boston.
My Booking reservation didn't transfer to the Boxer, but Rose was so professional and took care of us!
9.0
The location is great.
The room is comfortable and clean.
The front desk person helps us a lot, when needed.
The restaurant should have more options.

The design of the hotel is nice as well as room decoration. The location - everything is a very comfortable walk away.
Parking is a 10 minute walk away. Food in the restaurant is not great. My room was tiny with a small uncomfortable bed for over 500$/night in total. There is one elevator that is always packed with staff carrying cleaning equipment, food, dirty laundry, etc and you always have to wait for it.

Bedding and pillow very comfy.

literally the best possible location. walking distance to everything.
7.0
Comfy bed and near north station which is within walking distance about 4 mins. Room service 24/7 is important too. Friendly staff.
No bed room slippers, open wardrobe. Nothing near other than Quincy market and TG. As a tourist, I will not want to stay in this location again. Going into the hotel with two luggages, laptop and bag without automatic door is a challenge. No one helps because it is pretty small hotel with limited lobby space. Need to keep asking for bottled water rather than just being refilled everyday.

the hotel had a neat and pleasant design - nice but not sensational - maybe good for business travelers, considered the location
- I hit my head and got injured in a tea/ coffee cabinet positioned in a totally wrong way
- coffee machine did not work
- usb plugs by bed side and desk did not work
- car parking too far with complicate payment methods

Location next to TD Garden was prime.
Parking was a bit far off property.

close to TD Garden and other attractions.
A/C didn’t work, the room was too small for a deluxe king room ( i had to shimmy my way around the bed), bathroom was too tight. the person at the desk said parking was included in my nightly rate and they lied to us and charged me $40 afterwards even when we asked again, ‘is it free’ and she said ‘’yes’’….. the parking garage to retrieve the vehicle was a 7-10 minute walk. there’s parking next door but she said we had to ask them for the rates. if we would’ve known we had to pay either way we would’ve parked next door.

Everything it was nice
When you pull the couch put to a bed, it's hard to get to the bathroom!
However, rooms are only so big, so I do understand, and we made it work and would definitely stay again

Everything honestly.. the staff was super friendly & helpful. Allowed us to do a late checkout without question or additional charge, which was greatly appreciated as well. Room was clean & comfortable. Refreshments in lobby were a nice touch as well.
Only minor issue was the elevator.. only 1 & took awhile to get up & down at times. Nothing major though.

The staff at the hotel were amazing; very attentive and helpful. The location was convenient for TD Garden, but also for varied restaurants and activities. The hotel was family friendly.
I do wish there was affordable parking nearby.
