4.5
Very big room, very clean and with brand new furniture! Friendly staff and excellent dinner! Breakfast was ok, but it can be improved, with more choice.
On the way back from Petra site, the hotel is uphill (quite steep, for about 15 minutes walk). I would recommend getting from the hotel to the entrance of Petra site and back by car, because the hotel is uphill (quite steep...15min walk) and one can be already too tired ;-)

New room. Good shower and water pressure. Good location and easy parking.
Very limited breakfast, missing fridge even if minibar advertised. Not good room cleaning during stay. Price does not much the standards delivered.

Clean restaurant, should be a 4 star. Great location, with amazing views and walking distance to Petra. The staff are outstanding, especially Abdullah.
Ask for him if you need anything taken care of.
Could add a mini fridge to the rooms, that would be helpful.

The location is amazing because is just less that 10mins walking to the visitor centre.
The shower and the bed were beyond amazing! The bes is actually dangerously comfy as I was afarid to overleep because of it.
The staff is very nice and helful, they offer honest tips and alternatives. I highly recomend it!

Very friendly staff (especially with children), good location, facilities/rooms/bathrooms newly renovated and clean, small but functional. The breakfast buffet was good, and we were offered lunches ($) to bring to Petra. The restaurant at the top floor is new and they serve the BEST food we've had our whole trip. It was soooo delicious! Was like real homemade food, tasty and we even asked for more (even with generous portions). The restaurant looks like nothing yet but trust us, you have to eat there (we went every night of our stay). We had a crib in our room. We would stay there again without hesitation
The restaurant need to get high chairs for babies :)

We were on tourist street which is a short walk to the Petra museum and the front entrance to the trail as well as taxis that took us to the back entrance. The hotel staff were very informative and let us know about the back entrance so we’re informed and could choose which way we went into the trail. The hotel was new and the bathroom and shower facilities were beautiful. The included breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and responded to requests.
The area in Jordan has water issues so the shower pressure and hot water wasn’t what we were accustomed to.

Great location with lovely helpful staff, situated off the overly busy and touristy Tourist Street. Perfect for exploring Petra.

wonderful
Everything was very wonderful, especially the restaurant with a beautiful and wonderful view and delicious food. I also thank you for the really rich 5 dinar food box, as it was seen during our trip, as the restaurants are expensive inside the archaeological site. I recommend it from the most beautiful hotels in Jordan. I will definitely come again

Poor breakfast
2.5
Location was good - close to visitors center (uphill though), evening staff was helpful, easy parking.
The room smelled quite a lot (dampness, bathroom, mix of smells), quite used rooms and overall hotel, poor breakfast.

Every staff member was extremely nice and personable. They were able to give helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. They assisted us with amazing breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Finally, they made our trip to Petra complete.

Breakfast was fine - mixture of local and international food. Room was clean, staff helpfull and localization good enough to quickly reach Petra entrance or catch late dinner.
Nothing specific to complain about.
