We were welcomed by the staff and the hotel’s manager Mr. Shadi. We were granted an early check-in plus an extra breakfast. He upgraded us to a modern room with balcony. The hotel is secured by passcodes and a key fob. Breakfast is served hot with “eggs to order” accompanied by MANY mediterranean side dishes. The dinners were great with generous portions and you can pre-order your next dinner. The server staff-Esmeralda and another server were very attentive. Wi-Fi has a weak security. Some sites and browser will not open. Apart from that, the internet is fairly stable. The bathroom needed some TLC but the cleaner/s did a great job with upkeep and we always had fresh towels. Mr. Shadi went out of his way and drove us to the pharmacy and gave us souvenirs. The hotel is a 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes taxi ride to Petra Visitor Center. Luckily for us, Mr. Shadi took us there and brought us back to the hotel. Take the cart inside Petra as suggested by their receptionist- you won’t regret it. The hotel also can organized a ride/trip to Siq al-Barid (Little Petra), the amazing sunset view and airport transport for a reasonable fee. You can also do MONEY EXCHANGE at the hotel reception. Overall, we are satisfied with their service/establishment.

Fantastisk service.

Very friendly staff, nice location not far from tourist street. Little maintenance needed in my room. A bit tight for three beds. Fairly clean, no issues there. Didn't try the buffet at night but reasonable price.
Better price I believe

Amazing view from the room . Excellent location. Great manager.

Wonderful view from the gorgeous windows and the perfect location to visit Petra. The bed and the pillows are great. Shadi at the reception is so kind and helpful and he arranged for us the experience at the Turkish bath.
The furniture is old and room aren’t soundproof so you can hear the noise from the road and from the corridors too. The bathroom is very small and the hairdryer wasn’t working.

We got upgraded to two rooms instead of one for 3 of us. They were reponsive on Booking.com app and got us our Petra by Night tickets. The chef in the restaurant was super polite and considerate and made a special vegetarian fish for us for breakfast on request. The room was very comfortable and the shower was great
Slightly expensive but probably comparable to prices in Petra. It would have been great to know that the hotel only accepts cash payment to manage budget whilst on holiday, however there is ATM just outside the Petra main site where we could take out more money

Helpful staff.
It could have been made clearer that the times given to get to the town and Petra were for car travel and not for on foot .

The restaurant located directly in the hotel was good value for money. The dinner buffet food was good, however, the breakfast buffet was poor- average, with the usual Jordanian breakfast offerings. No gluten-free bread or cakes, but there were salty options with eggs, omelette, hummus, cucumbers, olives and sweet dates and halwa/halawi. Staff were very cordial and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the bed very comfortable and nicely presented. The sheets and beds were immaculately clean. Kettle, tea and coffee provided in the rooms.
Our first room was very noisy as it had a communicating door which gave no soundproofing or privacy at all. There was also copious water leaking onto the floor from from the rain from a window with a faulty closure, which actually wet all our bags on the first night. We had booked for three nights. The staff changed our room on the second day but the new room (apparently the only one available with a double bed) smelt mouldy, particularly the bathroom smelt unpleasant. Everything was clean and looked good on the surface, and the staff very friendly, but we felt it was overpriced for the actual quality of the rooms and it was a 7-minute car ride from the Petra visitor's center, unlike many hotels next to it. Parking outside the hotel was available but limited to 5-6 spaces.
