I would recommend this to any and all of my friend and we will be returning again soon.

This is properly was absolutely beautiful, perfect base for what we was doing.

The house very clean everything we needed and the owners could not be more helpful. Amazing.

Perfect home away from home

Beautiful cosy modern cottage a stone’s throw from Eastbourne station and High Street.. Every little detail has been considered for the comfort and convenience of the guest.

Cottage break in the centre of a town - best of both worlds

A return visit to a beautifully maintained and well managed cottage. Perfect hideaway yet just around the corner from town. Love that there is a bath, especially as you can walk for miles over the South Downs from the doorstep. The fact that some basics and some necessities that are easy to forget to pack are also provided shows the thought of the owners. Spotlessly clean again and an absolutely pleasurable stay. We also met some of the neighbours this year who were lovely and very helpful.

There was an excellent supply of food and drink provided,. It was clean and comfortable and had a real sense of homeliness.

Being very picky, the saucepans were difficult to clean as they were not non stick.

Really enjoyable

The location for us was perfect. Very near the station, but quiet. Very easy to walk to the beach, probably about 10 minutes or 15 minutes maximum. Everything in the cottage was perfect and we didn't want for anything. Also there was a very comprehensive welcome pack for our arrival.

Conveniently located holiday rental that was very well equipped and had a nice patio for sitting out

Absolutely everything we needed was provided. Good selection of games for rainy evenings. Host quick to respond.

Wasn't perfectly clean; especially inside drawers, the wooden stand in the main bedroom and the table outside (gets dirty quickly, but a quick wipe before arrival would have been appreciated).

Perfect cottage in a perfect location for couples especially.

Pixie cottage was extremely well equipped. The central location was excellent. The cottage was exceptionally clean, and had a great patio area outside. We loved it.

If I’m ever in the area again this will be my No1 go to option

This property is a charming little house in a wonderful location. The hosts provided a well-stocked welcome tray plus milk, fruit juice and eggs. I had a visit from friends whilst I was there and they said “I could live here”. A sentiment I totally agree with, not something you would generally say about a holiday let.

Parking is a difficult, although the hosts provide permits for your stay finding space is a problem. They thoughtfully supply a small stock of £1 coins for the long stay car park so they have recognised the problem.

Perfect location, property and hosts and can’t wait to stay again

It’s perfectly located 3 minutes from the station, 5 minutes from town and it’s so quiet you have no idea you’re even in town. Very comfortable, has everything you could need and more. Hosts sent plenty of info ahead of the visit and there was a very thoughtful selection of food items and toiletries/washing products that you really didn’t need to bring anything except yourself and your clothes, at least for the first night.

A very pleasant stay. Will definitely re-visit if I go to Eastbourne again.

Location is great. The property is comfortable. Amenities and supplies are clean or even new. All the things a guest may need are meticulously provided.

The washing machine is put inside the garage not the house. I had to go out and in of the house to get the laundry done. A bit inconvenient.

Lovely little cottage

Very conveniently located, cosy and so clean. The cottage had everything that you need and everything has been well thought through. We also loved the nice gesture from the owners to leave some vegan treats for us.

Fabulous

The property was lovely, very cosy, well decorated and clean. Had a great week here couldn’t be happier with the location, approx 20 minute walk to the beach (no hills), 2 minute walk to the shops and no problems with the parking, parking permit was sorted out by the host so no hassle in applying for one. Arrived to find a welcome basket with lots of goodies also milk, orange juice, butter etc in the fridge which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future.

Only limited free parking available, but no problem on our stay.

Home from home very well catered for beautifully clean and a wonderful welcome basket of goodies, and a good way of paid for parking. A cottage to recommend. easy to get to beach shopping centre and routes to and from Eastbourne.

Great place to stay

The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the station and less than fifteen minutes to the seafront. There are ample restaurants, shops and pubs nearby. The welcome hamper is a lovely gesture and has everything you need and the kitchen has every kind of gadget you can think of. There is a lovely small outside terrace which is a great sun trap. Overall I would highly recommend this property.
