About this house rental

Comfortably sleeps 3 families with 7 bedrooms, 3 lounges, separate surround sound cinema and games room with pool table. 14 beds so you can manage your group between singles, queens and king size beds. One of the only properties this size, that is walking distance to Dunsborough, on the beach and with fantastic ocean views. This huge beachfront property is the perfect stay for families.

Enjoy a glass of WAs finest as you take in the sunsets from the sea-facing balcony. Entertain your family and friends and gather around the 12-seater outdoor table.

The large kitchen, also with ocean views, is an entertainer's delight. With 7 bedrooms, 3 lounges, 3 family rooms, a games room with surround sound cinema, pool and foosball table, and a jacuzzi there is no shortage of possibilities.

As you enter the property there is a double lock up garage for your use. On the ground floor you will find 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and corner jacuzzi and a separate toilet, as well as a sunken lounge room equipped with a TV and bar.

Further down the corridor is a third double bedroom with adjoining lounge, bathroom and shower - a perfect granny flat for those who want some space from the rest of the group!

Just outside is a detached family room with 110 inch screen and cinema, pool table, foosball and air hockey table.

Upstairs in the main house, is a huge kitchen with sea views, a dining area seating 12 people and a large lounge room with 3 x 3-seater couches.

Step outside onto the balcony overlooking the water for a BBQ and host your group around the 12 seater outdoor table.

This floor also has an oversized master bedroom with en-suite and separate toilet and a further twin bedroom.

With the turquoise waters of D borough Bay at your doorstep, spectacular nature walks and beaches and world class wineries, your stay at Moondance on the Bay will be one to remember!

Access to the whole house, double lock-up garage for your use, on-site parking and a large laundry room with washing machine and dryer for your use.

We have high chairs and stroller for your use and convenience. And for the coffee lovers, a Breville barista coffee machine - start your day, overlooking the water and enjoying a cup of freshly ground coffee!

We celebrated an 80th birthday with our family. The 7 bedrooms were well positioned and more than adequate number of sitting areas, although we used the main area and balcony most of the time. There was everything you could possibly need and more to enjoy your time there. Would highly recommend it and hope we have an opportunity to use it again.

We had a wonderful stay, with my extended family and their kids, getting together from interstate and overseas for our wedding. The house was a perfect set up for this, all the kids were able to spread out in different communal areas and the adults were able to relax. The setting is incredible, and we have many lovely memories of all the family enjoying meals together on the deck overlooking the sea. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect for all age ranges in our large family group. Exactly as described, the photos don’t do it justice, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space if needed. Great location for the numerous wineries, shops, cafes and restaurants nearby and of course the great beaches over the road from “Moondance “or at Eagle Bay. A great time was had by all for a big birthday celebration.

Perfect for our group (over 65's) . Excellently fitted out with modern and up to date equipment and kitchen . Fantastic three day stay. No complaints . A few small things items to inform the owner about but nothing of any serious consequence.

Comfortable and spacious abode. Coffee machine was amazing. Would have been nice to have kitchen wiping cloth and sponge but minor oversight only. Sliding doors were sticky and could be renewed. Overall a very good experience and wish we had more time to enjoy the space

This holiday house has all the essentials and some great comforts. Amazing views from the kitchen, main loungeroom and massive outdoor dining area. Rooms are well setup and the lounge rooms make for great hang out places. Very impressive!!!!

There was plenty of space so everyone could spread out and do their own thing whenever they wanted The children absolutely loved the games room and we enjoyed some adult time while they were occupied having fun Mixed weather but it didn’t matter as the kids had plenty to do indoors Would highly recommend and would love to stay again

This house was perfect !! We had four generations of family staying together for a birthday celebration and the house had so much space and fully equipped with everything we needed! Moondance is a great property for larger family groups. We had a wonderful time staying with 4 generations of our family, with plenty of space for everyone. My older parents were especially thrilled to have the master bedroom and be close to all the family without having to use the stairs too often. Thank you for a lovely Easter break

12 family members stayed her for my daughters wedding . It was incredible and the host made communication so easy . With 12 adults there were still 2 bedrooms left . Fantastic outdoor space with comfy seating . So many rooms to get some quiet time . Walking distance to town if needed. Beach right across the road . Very quiet at night . Stayed 4 nights it was perfect !

This home was perfect for our large family. The house has everything you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms and laundry, nothing was missing. Our families stayed here for 4 nights and also had another house nearby for other family members for a very special family reunion. We came from near and far (Melbourne and UK). The house is excellent with everything you need. Such a lovely location on the beach, it was generously fitted out with plenty of crockery and cookware etc. The basic amenities are all provided and beds were very comfortable. Everything was in good condition and we didn’t want for anything. The host was very responsive and helpful and we appreciated their generosity and support. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope we can come again.

Great house right on the beach which served our group of 6 friends well. Everyone had their own room and the bathroom facilities were great. The balcony is an amazing space and very nice in the autumn afternoon. There is so much space in this house and the games room was a extra benefit. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great, family stay at Moondance. With four different family groups (aging from 1 to 75) the property catered for everyone. We loved the games shed, the balcony meals and the location to town and the beach. We were all able to be together but with enough space that we were not living on top of one another. We were also lucky enough to view a red moon and watch the moon reflection dance over the beautiful bay. We shall definitely rebook. Thanks Geraldine :)
