Terrible scary

Nothing I asked for water no water given

There was a homeless man that tried to open my door and I slightly opened the door to talk to him he pushed my door opened and I had to slam it so he wouldn’t get in. I called front desk to notify them and all they said was “ok”

The first room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, the bathroom was dirty, and the sheets on the beds had not been changed. I walked back to the lobby to ask for a change, the staff was SUPER FRIENDLY, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The second room was not as dirty as the first but it still had not been cleaned properly. It's a shame, it has a good location and the staff is super friendly. On the day of departure we went to the bathroom in the lobby, it was incredible how dirty it was, there was paper on the floor, it was disgusting. I would not stay there again even for free. NOTE TO STAFF: find another place to work.

Do not recommend.

The location was convenient for the event we attended, other wise, there was nothing about the facility that I liked.

Upon walking in the uncleanliness of the room was evident. It looked like the room wasn’t even swept, there was hair balls and dust all throughout the floor even a dead cockroach. We noticed all of this but quickly had to leave for an event. When we returned it wasn’t long until we got a few visits from the dead roaches alive friends we also noticed dried toothpaste on the floor. Upon checkout, we notified the front desk employee of our situation, ready to present proof of our findings, and all she proceeded to offer us was a “I’m sorry about that”. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

When booked we were told it was just remodeled, the work done looked like it was done by 3rd grader

Location ,friendly staff

Stinks, loud at night, breakfast was only generic corn flakes. After 4 days we never saw room cleaning but they did give us what we needed to clean it ourselves. Will never use booking.com again if this is the best they can do.

$150 for a night spent with a cockroach

The place is in the process of being re-done.

I think there needs to be rules about noise level. I barely got any sleep during my 3 day stay. The guests next to me kept me up all night. There was a man with 2 barking dogs standing by the pool past midnight. I've stayed here many times and this is the first time I've encountered these problems. Just wasn't the same.

Property not maintained, old and in need of repairs. Roaches and other crawling insects all over the place! There were no housekeeping services. However, we were given clean towels when we complained. Staff was very apologetic.

The room was smelly with smoke, AC was licking, floor dirty. Mosquito 🦟 in the room, fleas everywhere, curtain was transparent, AC was blowing hot. Horrible experience. Hair all over the bedsheets. Would like a refund. It didn't worth it

Wouldn't stay again

Courteous employees on front desk.

Rooms are dirty and dusty. Housekeeping never cleaned my room. Had to ask the lady at the Front Desk to send someone. Ice machine never worked. Breakfast was juice, coffee and snacks. When it rained water came in to my room from under the bedroom door.

It was in a good location for our funeral that we were going to

The room was filthy. You had to wear a socks because if you didn't when you woke up in the morning and when you took a shower you'd fill the bathtub up full of dirt and lint from the bottom of your feet. The lock on the door you know that safety latch the door part of that fell off the first night. And all the water fixtures like faucet in the sink and the thing in the shower to make the water run all felt like they're about ready to fall off. Had the free breakfast was like boxes of cinnamon rolls as in cinnamon rolls and you know you who those brown chocolate cakes like Hostess Cakes but smaller and apples and oranges.

To sum it up my stay was awful.

Customer service was great! Reps and housekeepers were helpful and friendly.

I didn’t sleep because roaches were constantly crawling on the bed. The room had a very strong smoke scent which triggered my sinus immediately ..roaches were everywhere! And if the roaches aren’t bad enough, the walls are paper thin, the noise alone will have you up all night.

Overall pretty good.

Comfortable, and very clean. King size bedroom is spacious.

The staff was a bit slow and impatient, the guest infront of me had questions and she sounded annoyed, but it was very late. I was also charged twice and it is very hard to actually get anyone on the phone. And some of the lights didn't work.

The location was the only bright side of this place

No housekeeping services for the entire week I was there, rooms extremely outdated, electrical plugs did not work well, holes in walls by refrigerator, dirty light switches, window curtains dirty and stained. The staff at reception was not very welcoming they just looked at you and never really asked how May I help you, except for when I checked in a young lady named Kenzie (I believe) was great! Had to change rooms 3 times at check-in. First room the TV and Wi-Fi did not work, 2nd room I went to as I was moving a lot of my things down the hallway room was not cleaned, had to take all of my belongings back to the first room so they were not sitting outside. Finally, after the third attempt, I had to move to the other end of building the TV and Wi-Fi was good, not once did they ask can we send someone to help you move all of your items. I would pay double and stay somewhere else.
