Very average mixed response stay

They had Utensils with a Kitchen stove, dishwasher, Microwave, refrigerator. They also have an Ironbox with a iron board.

The hotel smelled bad and people staying there were all smoking in their rooms even though there was no smoking policy. The breakfast just had small muffins with granola bars and coffee.

Loved our mini kitchenette and suite for family of 4! Lots of space!

The location was close to majority of the things that we were doing during our time in Orlando. The staff was very friendly and was always helpful and smiling with any of our questions that we had. We will definitely be thinking about traveling here next time we book Orlando.

The hotel is a little dated. The showers were older and you could tell it has been some time since there has been an update. I think that is what is holding me back from giving it a 10/10 because the rooms and showers were outdated. They still worked great and were fine, just wish it as newer. That would put it over the top.

My stay wan fine. the price that I paid was not worth it.

The hallway smelled really bad. I neighbor was cooking at 4 am in the morning and the smell invaded the room.

On the website stated that Breakfast would be available and that is not true.

Disappointing

The location was very good, very close to Universal Parks. The woman in the reception desk in the morning was very kind and helpful.

Common areas were not clean, the third floor smelled really bad. The floor of the room was sticky and everything inside the room very old. They say they offer breakfast but it’s just coffee and muffins to take to the room. They should explain that they only offer that rather than say they offer breakfast, as one would expect at least milk or fruit.

As long as you don't look around until you get to your room, it's a decent place for the price.

For the price, the room was decent. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and seemed generally clean. I don't have any complaints about the actual room.

The public areas of this hotel like the main entrance, stairwells, hallways and elevators were in desperate need of cleaning or upgrades. The stairwell at the back entrance was gross and someone had placed a doormat so that the door would not close/lock which was not comforting from a family perspective. Anyone off the street could have gotten into the hotel.
