Lovely airy reception with comfortable sofas - nice bar and good staff

The room was a box room so small that myself and my partner could hardly move around. The bed was pushed up and secured to the wall my partner had to climb over me to get out of bed. We are both pensioners and it was totally inadequate

Amazing Hotel and lovely Staff

Staff was lovely, very kind and helpful 😊 Breakfast was amazing and the bed was very comfortable and the people around us were really kind 😄

The bed sheet was very loose and got off on one side, any time we moved on the bed 😔

Great location, a few minor things made it less than perfect.

Splendid location, everything within walking distance. Lovely staff.

The toilet couldn't flush properly. The bed was way too soft and I ended up with back pain.

Location was good & within walking distance of most major attractions. Breakfast was simple but good.

10/10 would recommend to anybody.

My boyfriend and I travel to Dublin quite a bit for events, celebrations, concerts etc. We always stay at the same hotel. We decided to go for something different this time around and we were not disappointed! We will be staying with The Hendricks from now on. The location is fabulous, the staff were more than lovely, the rooms were perfect. No complaints from us!

Rooms are small. This wasn't a problem what so ever for us but I think it's important to note for others booking. Still very spacious and comfortable. That bed was WAY too comfy.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt, gern wieder.

Sehr nettes Personal und gut organisiertes Hotel mit eigener Bar in guter Lage. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, aber für einen Kurztrip vollkommen ausreichend und das Frühstück hatte eine angemessene Auswahl, bei der jeder fündig wird.

keine Toilettenbürste im Badezimmer zu haben war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig

If space in your room is not a priority and you like a younger, funkier vibe, this place should do.

Small, well designed rooms. Fine for one person, would be cramped for two if you were staying there for a few nights. Good facilities (hair dryer, tea and coffee, desk to do some work, lots of plugs).

The staff were excellent and attentive. Room was very very clean and the rituals shower gel/shampoo & conditioner was an excellent touch.

Room could've been a little bit bigger and a bath available, but for the price point you can't really complain!

Prima uitvalsbasis voor stedentrip Dublin

Het hotel ligt in een leuke wijk met gezellige hippe koffietentjes (lekker ontbijten) en leuke pubs die veel meer aan te raden zijn dan de toeristische exemplaren rondom Temple. De kamer werd iedere dag gepoetst en van schone handdoeken voorzien. Wat een beetje gek was was dat er dan maar één gebruikt kopje werd vervangen en één gebruikte bleef staan (2 dagen achter elkaar). Koffiemelk werd wel aangevuld maar de koffie zelf niet. Geen drama maar wel gek... Wat heel fijn was, was dat we eerder op de kamer konden dan 15.00 uur. Eigenlijk moet je daarvoor extra betalen maar toen Mr. Prafull hoorde hoe vroeg we al onderweg waren en hoe lang we gereisd hadden mochten we toch al eerder inchecken. Hij kwam ook de dagen erna steeds informeren wat we al allemaal hadden gedaan en of we het naar onze zin hadden: heel aardig!

Kamer aan de kleine kant maar wel compleet. Het was bloedheet op de kamer! En ik ben een koukleum dus echt warm! Raam kon niet open dus met wat geklooi de blazer soms op 19 graden gekregen: dan kwam er echt koude lucht uit dus je kunt nagaan hoe warm het er was! Eén nacht ging het brandalarm kort af. Daarna bleef het stil. Even schrikken. Volgende dag nagevraagd wat er was gebeurd: het was een foutje... verder geen uitleg hahaha. De laatste dag hebben we ontbijt in het hotel genomen omdat veel van de koffietentjes ook dicht waren op zondag en het wel makkelijk was met de aanstaande uitcheck. Prima voor €12,- maar ik zou toch de andere zaakjes aanbevelen voor het ontbijt als je van een eitje of Iers ontbijt houdt.

Decent stay and very good sleep

Very comfy bed and linen. Very helpful staff solved the issue efficiently. Vegan and gluten free breakfast options availiable. Really good breakfast coffee.

Room is very small - yoga mate width next to the bed. Some veggies for breakfast would be nice so that it is less monotonous

Super hotel voor je verblijf in Dublin!

Het is een gezellig, compact en goed verzorgd hotel. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Je kan van te voren online inchecken en bij de Kiosk in het hotel je pasje voor de kamer ophalen (dit kan ook eventueel bij de receptie). De kamers zijn wat aan de kleine kant, maar voor onze stedentrip hadden wij niet veel meer nodig. Je kan in het hotel een drankje doen of wat kopen om mee te nemen naar je kamer. Een prima badkamer, een fijn bed met tv, waar je zelfs naar toe kan streamen.

Ik heb eigenlijk geen negatief punt te benoemen. Als ik iets zou noemen wat ik gemist heb was het een kledingkast op de kamer. De kamer is, zoals hier boven beschreven, klein waardoor er op onze kamer geen kast aanwezig was. Het was een paar dagen leven uit de koffer. De accommodatie ligt op ongeveer 20min lopen van het centrum. Wij vonden dit niet heel erg, maar wel goed om mee te nemen. Elke ochtend heb je hierdoor wel alvast je eerste ochtendwandeling gemaakt!

Eleven Out of Ten

Everything! Online check in combined with automated machine in lobby using the qr code issued was novel but efficient with friendly staff on hand to assist if necessary - yes the key cards literally pop out of the desk!!! Everywhere was exceptionally clean, new & modern which makes a refreshing change... The small room was well planned to make best of available space without feeling cluttered or claustrophobic. The air con was set correctly & was quiet & the bed was amazingly comfortable - soft but supportive, combined with a good black out blind & a quiet area made for restful sleep. An issue with the electrical breaker box buzzing LOUDLY was swiftly & apologetically resolved within minutes of reporting it. We were reassigned to a different room which was perfect! Good quality toiletries & tissues, plus extra loo roll & plenty of towels. The self serve continental breakfast buffet was pretty basic but never the less offered all that was needed to start the day including as much cappuccino as you could drink. Subsidised parking available literally around the corner, ie 2 mins walk door to door. €18 for 24hrs parking is a good rate for Dublin City centre which is within ten mins walk or you can catch the Luas which runs from the bottom of the square. It takes a little longer & ten mins walking to get to the south side of the river... We intend to stay here again in the near future!

Only two draft beers at the bar but that wasn't an issue as we were heading out to a concert for the evening & there are plenty of bars with a better selection nearby & in the city centre.

Fijn!

Fijn hotel met lekker ontbijtbuffet. Vanaf de 5e verdieping hadden we een supermooi uitzicht over de stad. Kleine, maar praktisch ingerichte en schone kamer. Huurfietsen om de hoek beschikbaar.

Het bed is niet geschikt voor mensen langer dan 1.75m. Dan lig je echt met opgetrokken knieën in bed.

Mooi, maar duur voor wat het is

Kamer was veel mooi en modern ingericht. Schoonmaakpersoneel was heel vriendelijk en kamer was altijd proper. Bar en lobby zijn heel gezellig. Relatief dichtbij Temple Bar.

Onthaalpersoneel was niet altijd even gastvrij. kamer was wat te klein voor de prijs.

Excelente hotel.

El personal muy atento, súper limpio y cerca de la estación de tranvía, un hotel súper bonito.

Me hubiera gustado que las habitaciones fueran un poco más amplias, pero es solo una sugerencia, si me tuviera que volver a hospedar ahí lo volvería a hacer sin ningún problema, es un gran hotel.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, zentrumsnah und perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Dublin.

Die Lage ist hervorragend im Herzen von Dublin, alle Hauptattraktionen können leicht zu Fuß erreicht werden!

Das Bett war hervorragend allerdings hätte das Zimmer für den Preis etwas größer sein können!

Bad location

The door out of the place

75 euro fee if you want to use hdmi on TV they have a temperamental device on it. Only few Irish stations No usb ports by the bed. There is plugs but under the table top. The beds were way to small for 5'8 Man. Can't turn off the led lights either side of the bed tried 10 switches multiple times. Bad location from city centre only viable if take Luas be there 5mins or 15/20 walk Might sound harsh by this review but I stay in 5/6 hotels a month due to work. Better places around the city for more or less same price.

Mai più in una camera così angusta!!!

La hall e la colazione.

Camera tripla piccolissima. Impossibile girare (con la valigia in terra, nessuno spazio rimanente tra letto e muro). Pulizie della camera ridicole (non hanno rifatto il letto perché c’era il caricabatterie sul letto -policy dell’albergo. Alla mia amica hanno rifatto il letto, nonostante ci fosse il pigiama. Mi sembra che il pigiama sia più una cosa personale, di un caricabatterie!). Non hanno rifatto il letto di sopra perché c’era il pigiama sulla scala. Allora spiegatemi: nella stanza non c’è armadio, non c’è spazio, non ci sono appendini, non c’è alcun posto dove appoggiare la roba. La appoggi dove riesci e poi ti ritrovi la camera non fatta perché la policy dell’albergo non prevede che gli inservienti tocchino le tue cose personali. E poi il lenzuolo sotto del letto matrimoniale non era abbastanza largo da arrivare sotto il materasso (vedi foto), quindi durante la notte si arrotolava sotto ai nostri corpi. Comprate lenzuola più larghe oppure materassi più bassi!
