Nice hotel

Very clean, comfortable and spacious hotel room. Good location, within walking distance to centre and also able to walk to the Aviva Stadium. Our room was ready when we arrived early so we were able to access our room before 3pm. We were able to add late check out to our room.

We didn't have any issues during our stay. Expensive for one night but in line with Dublin prices.

Un peu déçus par les prestations d'un l'hôtel "3 étoiles".... mais dans l'ensemble un bon séjour.

La situation de l'hôtel, proche du centre, des bus, des restaurants.... Le restaurant dans l'hôtel pratique, le petit déjeuner copieux, le personnel très disponible et aimable.

Lhôtel pour un 3 étoiles nous a déçu. Pas de bar dans la chambre, pas de porte valises bien que nous l'avions signalé et réclamé.... 2ème jour, il n'y a que le lit qui a été refait, serviettes non changée, les tasses et verres non lavés... et pas de bouteilles d'eau... Machine à café tombée en panne plusieurs fois, il faudrait en mettre 2 étant donné le nombre de chambre....

Belle chambre lumineuse. Grande salle de bains. Très bien petit déjeuner.Le cappucino est sensationnel et les pains au chocolat (tièdes) sont top.

Plus de pains au chocolat dés 09:30 heures. Petit-déjeuner jusque 10:00. Deuxième fois qu'on y va qu'il y a un souci avec la télévision (deux chambres différentes). Cette fois-ci, l'image de la télévision défilait constamment de haut en bas, donc impossible de regarder un film.Nous l'ayons dit à la réception. Le même soir, la télévision faisait de longues lignes à travers toute l'image...très dérangeant.Nous l'avons de nouveau dit à la réception en faisant le checkout. Je n'ai pas vu la personne noter quoi que ce soit.(Chambre 314)

Good hotel to stay at if you have an early morning flight from Dublin Airport. The restaurant's food was excellent. Shuttle in the morning to the terminal was on time.

Very small elevators for an airport hotel. Very confusing layout to get to rooms. Many people were lost trying to find their rooms.

Everything it was a lovely friendly hotel . Everything we asked they were very accommodating.

Underwhelmed

Good location

The room was quite small. There is no way to prevent the shower flooding the bathroom as the guard/enclosure glass is so tiny. The lower part of the bathroom door was rotting, due to being constantly hit by the shower. For a supposed 4*, the lobby is very basic without much seating that isn't part of the bar/restaurant.

Dog barking both nights from houses close behind. Bathroom shower low pressure. Toilet badly cramped and no room to pass the sink. Breakfast eggs were cold and rubbery. Bacon overcooked and poor quality.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for us, close enough to the more touristy spots and far enough away that we were not bothered by excessive crowds and noisy streets. The breakfast was decent, and there were good choices.

Modern and clean hotel. Very quiet but a bit far out from some of the major tourist attractions in the city.

Room was modern and clean. Check in was seamless. Dublin Express pick up stop to the airport in 1 block away!

It’s a little far from the major sites in the city. But right next store to St Patrick’s.

Location was great, the size of the room was enough. Possibility of online check-in/ out made the process easier.

We got a cleaning service everyday but they didnt clean. They just made our bed and gave us a new floor towel. We didnt expect complet cleaning but at LEAST to clean a bit in bathroom. We were also missing couple of stuff in our room like slippers (cause the floor in bathroom was really cold), hygienic tissues, suitcase stand)..

Location and Breakfast

We booked a room for a wheelchair user. On arrival we were told the room type did not exist. We were annoyed at the casual response from the staff and the fact that room was not suitable for a wheelchair user which was the main issue we raised when booking. The toilet door was accessible only with great care and because the wheel chairs is exceptionally narrow. A normal chair would not have fitted. We were given a chair to use in the shower but we were still not able to get a wash during our stay. An accessible room is not a casual, nice to have type feature. It is the difference between a make or break weekend. We did not feel that the Hotel took the issue very seriously nor did anything exceptional to address it

Great experience

The location was great, the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was great! They even had an early take away breakfast prepared for me the day I took a very early tour. The place was clean and comfortable.

Name brand hotel quite close to city centre. Two minute walk to St. Patrick’s Cathedral. I liked their soup had a bowl every day. Great selection for breakfast. Room very clean. Felt safe.

The restaurant is too open. Perhaps the front bit could be a lounge area and mid to back the restaurant. This would be more conducive to having a drink “in the bar/restaurant”. A set of doors into that area would make it perfect.

Nice Hotel, Good Location

Nice hotel with well equipped rooms. Good little restaurant which served an excellent breakfast. Great location, walkable to the city centre and near a tourist hop on hop off bus stop at St Patrick's Cathedral.

One member of staff was very officious when we arrived back at the hotel after a night out in Temple Bar. The booking had one person per room instead of two. This didn't affect the price we had to pay, and I wouldn't normally mind, but this member of staff has checked all four of us in the previous day.

Good, it was relaxed and comfortable

Hotel provided a good place to srtay in Dublin and to access most key areas relatively easily - walk or take a bus - the room was comfortable, breakfast was good and the hstaff very obliging and accommodating .

The location is good and relatively quiet but not absolutely in the centre so a ten minute walk

Clean, comfortable, & good location for walking around south side Dublin

Good quality hotel, at a competitive price, in a good central south side location within 5-10 min walk to most attractions. It is one of my preferred hotels to stay at in Dublin. Rooms always spotless clean, and very comfortable. Decent selection for buffet breakfast also. If you get a upper floor north-facing room you get a great view to the adjacent St Patricks Cathedral.

Entrance decor quite bland/sterile. Also - some people may not like checkout time at 11:00am instead of the more usual 12:00noon you get at most hotels in Dublin.
