Hotel exceptionnel

Hôtel exceptionnel, très bien situé. A quelques minutes à pied des célèbres tours Petronas. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, avec tout le confort, le minibar gratuit réapprovisionné tous les jours. Le petit-déjeuner très complet et délicieux. Il y a différents restaurants dans l'hôtel. Le personnel gentil Je reviendrais sans hésiter

Disappointing stay. Not a 5* hotel. Bug on sink - shower not working - bad cleanliness

Location was great. Next to both Pavillion and Suria KLCC

*sigh* I’ll keep it short since I want to wipe this hotel from my memory and not let it ruin our experience of KL We had planned our KL trip around this hotel. When we were researching into hotels we stumbled upon EQ and learnt more about the history and rebuild of it. We had planned our itinerary around the hotel. We wanted to try 1 hotel restaurant/cafe per day and also visit the Sky bar every other night since we wanted a relaxing end to our Asia trip for our 30th birthday. We even decided to take a later outbound flight so we could spend some time in the cafe after checkout. But the room left such a bad taste that we didn’t want to spend anymore money with them. * If you are planning to stay here only stay for 2-3 nights. We stayed 6 nights. * Changed room since we were initially placed opposite the lifts and there is no sound proofing so you can hear every time the lift rings. * Rooms not cleaned to 5* standard. Hair on sofa (in both rooms) * Room not hoovered properly during daily cleans * Sliding door for toilet kept getting stuck * Rainfall shower did not work. They tried to fix it 3 times to no luck. * The drain stopper for the bathtub wouldn’t close properly so they had to come in again to fix it. * We were on the 45th floor but somehow there was a bug in the bathroom. That was the only time they came to clean everything properly. * Mould on sink * Again issue with soundproofing - we could hear the kids in the next room * Water system is connected so you can hear when the room next to you has a shower * They did offer to change rooms again on the 4th night but we had given up by then and didn’t want to go through the hassle of packing up everything again. * If you do stay here, bring some ear plugs and wipes. * We left The Conrad in Singapore thanking them for our stay. We left EQ wishing we moved after the 2nd night.

Wonderful Christmas weekend stay.

If not for the breakfast spread that was ordinary and limited, I would have rated our stay a 10 for the amazing staff ! Right from the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles. The staff were enthusiastic and happy to serve us. The concierge helped us with our bags all the way to the basement parking when we checked out. Well done and thank you very much !!! Décor in the hotel was modern and beautiful. Room had complimentary beverages and snacks. Bed was so comfortable. Food at Etoile was great and we had a scrumptious Christmas Eve dinner at Kampachi. View from the room was impressive.

Breakfast spread was a bit of a letdown. On Christmas Eve morning, we were ushered to the first floor makeshift breakfast area because of the large festive crowd. Food was cold, coffee was cold. Waffle and French toast were chewy.

لا توجد لدي الا ملاحظة ع وجبة الافطار حيث الاصناف الموجودة لا تناسب العرب خاصة

Ich kann das Hotel sehr gut weiterempfehlen

Freundliche Personal und die check in war sehr smooth 😊, besonders der Rezeption Assistent Leiter vorne im Lobby Mr. Irwan war sehr hilfsbereit. Auch Mr. Albert hat immer gefragt wie die Getränke sind und die Service! Also generell alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr Professionell!! Hut ab 👌

Location or hotel is visible from most part of the city.

From start to end it was very smooth and staff was amazing. I strongly recommend this place to anyone staying in KLCC.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit allem was das Herz begehrt

Sehr freundliches Personal. Modern und saubere Zimmer. Bett sehr bequem. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Toller Pool und sehr gut ausgestatteter Fitnessbereich. Frühstück einzigartig und sehr viele Optionen. Bottega Lounge mit High Tea ein Erlebnis. Aber nochmals: Das Personal ist super freundlich und erfüllt so ziemlich jeden Wunsch gerne.

Ein bisschen mehr Stauraum für Kleidung wäre gut und eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit die gebrauchten Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen. Aber das sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten und trüben den Gesamteindruck nicht.

One of the best properties to stay at honestly, breakfast was really good and the staff was wonderful. Someone was always available for assistance and the room view was to die for. Above and beyond in all aspects.

No sitting area near drop off pick up point

The cleanliness of the hotel, friendly and easy going staff.

No sitting area near the entrance as that is where most travellers would wait for a taxi especially for older generations quite a wait sometimes.

Awful!

Location but experience was bad

Along with all other issues with service Till the last day they made our experience awful We called to take the luggage and they took forever Despite us reporting the matter they didn’t move an inch My husband had to go 3 times to get the luggage. I actually raised a complaint about many other issues The TV, Wifi, delay In concierge, wrong food delivery 3 times no one bothered to contact me nor reverted on those matters.

Hotel poprawny, ale drugi raz chyba chętnie spróbujemy inny.

Piękne wnętrza. Hotel wydaje się nowy. Wszystko czyste. Ręczniki i pościel śnieżnobiałe. Bogate, smaczne, różnorodne śniadanie. Personel super.

1. Trudność w ustaleniu gdzie i co w hotelu można zjeść. Ostatecznie zjedliśmy kolację w restauracji na parterze - nasze dania były słabe. 2. Widok z pokoju na wieże był trochę naciągany. Podstawa wież, tak do ok. 40 piętra zasłonieta przez jakiś brzydki budynek. Z pokoju widać więc tylko połowę wież. Próbowaliśmy zamowić transfer z lotniska: oferta była dziwna.

The room was very nice, comfortable with good facilities in the room

Service wasn't good, when at the pool I had to request serviec for drinks and towels. It was hard to book the spa. I tried ranging the night before, but the system doesn't seem automated at all, so I was unable to book as I was busy during the day.

Excellent facilities, big and clean rooms.

The location was superb, 10 minute walk to Pavillion, and all the other attraction sites.

I did not like the attitude of some of the staff (receptionist) at times. Some of them came across as a bit rude, but most were friendly and helpful.

A wonderful weekend getaway

The ambience and chic design of the hotel. The room is spacious and having the view of KL Twin Tower is definitely a plus!

The staff could have been more attentive. I am not sure whether it is a standard practice to serve guests with a welcome drink as I observed that others who checked in were given whereas nothing was offered to us even though we were sitting at the lobby waiting for the room to be ready.

A very enjoyable week at Malaysia’s number 1 hotel!

Great location. Loved the infinity pool. The rooms were spacious with lovely coffee facilities. The bath and shower were fabulous and the black out curtains really helped you to sleep until we were ready to wake up. The gym had wonderful, top of the range equipment.

There was building going on opposite during our stay which was a but noisy when you were at the pool. However, the room was very quiet and we did not hear the noise when inside. We had a requested an early check in as our flight landed at 13:00 but unfortunately were only able to check in at 15:00.

Overall satisfied except the rooms service.

Everything about this hotel was excellent except one bad experience.

The facts that my room service food should be change as I don’t like the facts that my noodles turns red. Im a fan of Curry Mee or Curry Laksa Mee, and I’ve never experienced any of my noodles turns red. Even its good to go for some person but I’m not. As the taste affected.
