ليس لدي اي شي بسبب أسلوب ادارة الفندق

موقع الفندق جميل جداً كل شي قريب منك

الذي لم يعجبني إدارة الفندق لانه طيارتي واصله الصباح وصلت الفندق الساعه 10 صباحاً لم يوفر لي الغرف ورغم ذلك رسلت لهم عدت مرات عن طريق الايميل أنني سوف اصل في الصباح على حسب رحلة الطائرة ولاكن للأسف إدارة الفندق لم توفر لي الغرفه بعد الساعه 2 ظهراً

Fantastic City Centre Location

Comfortable room for 3 adults in excellent City Centre location. Parking at the hotel was easy and free.

Bathroom was clean, but there were issues with the water pressure ... a very slow shower.

No Customer Satisfaction Attitude

The location is on a lively area surrounded by malls.

This might be the worst hotel I’ve ever been to and thats saying alot giving I been to hundreds of hotels in over 20 countries in 4 different continents. I’m not talking about the poor housekeeping or the slow internet, old furniture, outdated bathroom or basic amenities that are not 5 star level, these are all flaws but are minor in comparison to the issue of the staff being not understanding the idea of working in the hotel industry where it all revolves around customer satisfaction. They will not move an inch outside their comfort zone to ensure that. They do not smile, they do not interact politely at all. Examples: we had a confusion about pricing and the reception would just stare in your face in a “deal with it manner”, we requested and paid for an extra bed which came with a very had mattress, when we requested for change they said there are no alternatives and gave more blankets which they just placed on the room basically saying “do it yourself”. The taxi had no change so we asked reception for smaller notes of the same currency. Not even currency exchange and they refused.

Location good but not happy with other issues

Location was very good for Bukit Bintang shopping area.

Booked Club room - they gave a room that had a musty smell. Had to complain to get another room. Very disappointed that they gave a terrible room despite requesting for a good room for my birthday - didn't expect Club floor to give me a terrible smelling room at first. That room was later closed for cleaning for a few days. They shouldn't 'sell' bad rooms to paying customers!!! Went for Club Cocktail Hour- had to give my name and room number several times to the same people. Not good service. Sauna and jacuzzi downstairs were under renovation and there was renovation going on in different floors - notnright that they didn't inform clients via Booking.com beforehand. Food for buffet breakfast on lower floor was tasteless. No toiletries at the bathtub area. Lots of dust on the door and dirt on the bathtub. Not up to Club Room standard.

Hotel is Ok but front desk not professional!

Checking in and out took longer than expected. They off line charge my card and instead of activating this pre authorization, they want to charge directly which result in holding my money more than 20 days!! Lobby very smelly because of water fountain

I'm not sure

All I enjoyed was the excellent location and staff is ok trained

The lobby has a smell which is aweful I cannot describe but seems to be common on older buildings or hotels. And in the middle of the night I was having some bad stomach which causes me to vomit and I needed just a soda biscuit or some kind of one biscuit which they said no they don't have it, that's it. I have to drag myself out to a nearby store to get myself one. As a hotel, I would expect with such a small request it can be easily fulfilled. The teas and coffee provided was kind of like in a hidden compartment, which I need check around to find it, the fridge it's also empty no cold drinks nor any drink available. Overall pretty disappointed with the price I paid.

Pleasant Stay

Location- It is excellent which located the heart of shopping area bukit bintang where less than 5 min walk to Pavilion. Alot of eateries close close late which good for getting midnight snacks Room- We have been placed at new renovation level 8 on Classic Rooms where the rooms are spacious and has classical ambience on it.

Room- (i) Water pressure in the shower room is disappointing (ii) Ants problem where we placed our donuts for less than 2 hours on study table, we can see ants were feasting our donuts instead and i hope they will resolve that problem asap

Its the city center and next to Pavillion. Good for tourists and out for Drinking. Available variety foods at the breakfast on the grand floor.

I stayed on Club Room for access the Lounge, however the lounge is small and few food at Cocktail time. no alcohol available so we need to ask one by one. then they ask me the Room No. every time. Finally, no charge for alcohol but quite uncomfortable. We can ask laundry 3pcs / ROOM / day, but they lost our laundry and find out 2 days later. you should not ask for laundry if you would not lose your favorite clothes.
