Large room and large bathroom
No bathmat or hand towel. Poor wifi. Inadequate shampoo, soap etc. Cold weather and insufficient blankets. Sheets and pillows not nice. Building appears unfinished with no railings and raw concrete stairs. No breakfast.

El Hotel es muy tranquilo para descansar muy bien después de recorrer la población

Staff was very accommodating. I needed a refrigerator for my medication and a freezer for my ice and they were very kind about letting me use it and supplying us with extra water. Good parking also

On the edge of the town of Mitla, the view from the facility is absolutely gorgeous and clean, quiet and good hot shower 24 hours, and their lovely furniture is exactly the same as photos I'm glad to stay at this hotel. The hotel staff only speaks Spanish, and I tried my basic Spanish and used Google Translate to communicate. A little long walk from Zocalo specifically in the evening after getting dark but Mitla totally feels like a safe place to walk for solo female travelers.
I wish for a kettle to make coffee or tea because there is no cafe or OXXO around the facility. No internet connection at all.

This hotel is excellent value for money, we have visited Mitla many times and really you can’t beat this place for the price. Right next to the textile market, very clean and incredibly friendly staff.

The bedroom was beautiful So comfortable and pretty with soap and a sachet of shampoo
Carmen was wonderful despite the huge language barrier We don’t speak much Spanish and she doesn’t speak English. She arranged taxis for us to huerva de aguas Highly recommend this way of getting there as we arrived there at 745 and could look around and swim in complete peace. Carmen also booked our taxi back to Oaxaca and the multiple moto taxis to get into Mitla centre
The view is beautiful. We would stay again if we could make or buy coffee
There is nothing there not even bottled water so no way of having a drink ! no food or coffee at all so in this sense it is rooms only but with an excellent cleaning service and lovely reception manager. Reception was sometimes closed but we were able to get immediate help when our booked taxi didn’t arrive by messaging through booking .com
I think this needs to be made clear in the description as it is very unusual not to be able to buy water etc and as it is quite far from the nearest cafe it makes it difficult in the morning as you have to go into town for a drink ! This could easily be improved but in the meantime bring everything you need. By day three we were buying sweet bread in town and having that with water we brought for breakfast to keep us going before heading to town. Mitla is wonderful and well worth staying for two or three nights

Welcoming staff. Comfortable modern room. Close to the Mitla ruins and artesans' market - less than 5 minutes walk.

The location and the decoration of the room.
The room is very basic. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and there were cockroaches.

we stayed an extra night for this!
the woman is wonderful and looks after her guests with love!

Close to ruins and market. Beautiful view of valley.
Price high for the quality of stay. No mirror in the bathroom. Wifi and TV didnt work well. Didnt provide water.

HOT WATER 24 hrs!
The room was much larger than normal and tastefully furnished.
Bed I found very comfortable although some may say a little firm.
The staff I found incredibly helpful regardless of the language barrier..
I ended up extending my stay here as I was recovering from surgery and found it perfect to relax.
The location again is ideal, at the end of a quiet road but only a few minutes walk to the towns facilities.
The views are also tremendous.
The hotel is undergoing the final stages of completion, however the only thing I can fault is that there is no mirror in the bathroom.

The location is nice
Internet does not work.

The view from hotel was impressive. Easy walking distance to the towns main attractions.
That the hotel is still under construction, inconsistent wifi and a lot of neighbours that are constantly noisy.

Carmen at the reception is an Angel ,with a smile caring about everything we needet , reading a wish just from your eyes . From hot water for a morning coffee, till extrablankets , when a cooler night arrived .
Bathroom and the room itself , with these lovely furnitures been a lovely highlight on our trip and all in superbe shape and spotlessly clean . We are definetely coming back to San Judas and highly recommend this place without any doubt.
Its logically not their fault , just in case if you are afraid of dogs ! in the night they are quite some straying around the area so you might prefer taking a Mototaxi /Taxi . During day that is not a problem .

Nice big room suitable for one night stay in Mitla after going to Hierve el Agua. Friendly staff.
Our fault but it is quite a walk from the main centre and up a steep hill but we cheaply and the easily got a tuk tuk back up. Also we were woke early by local cockerels so bring ear plugs!

it was a new build, so all furnishings look new.
the location is great for seeing the sunset sky.
in our room there was a weird sound coming from the roof, like a used spring or a tin roof moving or some mice furiously scratching something. it bothered us until we fell asleep which was pretty straight after as we were pretty tired.
there was a party on this quiet town happening in a neighbourhood house and in this little village you can probably hear everything if someone starts speaking loudly but that is not the fault of the hotel. the music eventually stopped.

We didn’t expect that what we saw here. True furniture, and beautiful blankets, all room was made with a style and quality. Additionally you are getting spectacular views of surroundings. We loved this place.
