It’s an exceptional hotel - at least 4 star. big rooms. The buffet is superb and it’s served in the quirkiest environment! The location is excellent - just a few minutes to the riverside walk and on the edge of a great, diverse restaurant district.

The staff were friendly and very responsive whenever we needed any help. We were given a free upgrade to a bigger room as well. The room was very large and well equipped. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is walking distance from main tourist attractions, as well as surrounded by cafes and restaurants.
There was minor noise both from the corridor and outside the window but it didn’t cause too much of a nuisance. There was a slight blockage in the shower hole but it cleared after we let the water run for a while. The morning buffet runs until 9am but the food provided tends to stop being refilled around 8am.

Lovely hotel and foyer downstairs with interesting decorations. We were upgraded for free to a room with a balcony which was lovely. The staff were very helpful, and with a little help from Google translate even went above and beyond to get me to and from the hospital to have some stitches after an accident on a train earlier that day. Breakfast had a lot of choices and I had enough options as a vegetarian to keep me happy. Nice shower. Short walk to waterfront. Free "afternoon tea" was a lovely little treat
Slightly overwhelming with big tour groups at breakfast in the morning but we were always shown to a smaller table for us to be able to eat at

Nice hotel more suited to Asìan than Westerners. Very good staff. Amazing collection of old televisions, radios and cinema equipment. Okd Harley motorbike and a Whippet car. Clean comfortable room with greatcity view. Breakfast suitable for Asian lifestyle. Overall agood hotel.
Need to cater more for Westeners at breakfast but otherwise no complaints at all.

We chose this hotel based on location and price. There seems to be only two areas to book a hotel in Da Nang as a tourist - either on the banks of the Han River just to the north of the Golden Dragon bridge, or on the Da Nang beach front itself. We chose the former, which had numerous eating and drinking places around the hotel, as well as the river's edge being only 200 metres away (a very pleasant place to sit in an outdoor ice-cream cafe in the evening to watch the beautifully-lit tourist boats plying their trade up and down the Han River against the romantic back-drop of the city lights on the opposite bank).
We found our room comfortable and spacious, being a twin-bedded room (with two double beds!).
Housekeeping was very good and efficiently carried out at times suiting our programme (a quick request at reception on leaving the hotel found our room always ready for our return - excellent service from both house-keeping and reception!)
The hotel seems very popular with large tour groups from the Far-East region - each evening a large group arrived, to depart elsewhere after breakfast, but despite the large size of each group it did not detract from our comfort at breakfast. Breakfast is taken in the large main dining room, which has a side alcove, allowing the tourist groups to all eat together in the main area whilst we chose to eat in the side alcove (thus a little quieter being slightly away from the tour group congregation).
Seating ourselves in the alcove area for breakfast two mornings in a row we were asked (told) to move into the main area to eat our breakfast - this we steadfastly refused to do - if a table is laid for breakfast the hotel should not be surprised that we would wish to sit there. If the hotel does not want guests to sit somewhere, then stop laying the table in that area! After the first two breakfasts they stopped telling us to move - they obviously finally understood our position in this matter.
Our room had the largest safety deposit box we have ever seen - could have nearly got a full-size PC in it. However, I was very surprised to find a sealed plastic bag inside which contained the two expansion bolts that should have been securing it to the hotel structure - a safety box not much good if you can pick it up and walk away with it.
The shower definitely needs a soap tray - we got fed up of chasing our shampoo bottle around the shower floor.

We loved the quirky, kitsch decor, particularly in the lobby. Not every hotel lobby comes with a grand piano, an Alfa Romeo and a huge collection of gramophone players, typewriters and cameras!
The staff on the front deskStella and Rosee were extremely helpful and booked cars and taxis for us with ready smiles.

Central Location, Room had a kitchen and a steam room. The room was clean and comfortable.
We were only there for one night. The room was quite noisy, we could hear the street below and also guests in the corridor. Couldn't get the steam room to work and couldn't get hold of reception.

The hotel is good but reception told me to give deposit, otherwise they will keep my passport. I had lot of argument with them. I asked them to show their policy on Booking.com which they could not show. I told them that I am ready to pay advance for my room rental for entire furation and I paid , but why should I pay a deposit and who are they to keep my passport. This was highly unpleasant experience , otherwise hotel is good.

Baby steps. Danang reopening will be bumpy but the fantastic staff here went out of their way to get me Western breakfast items which I'm not sure they carry normally. The hotel lobby is an awesome museum of old cars, motorbikes and audio visual equipment from the 1920s to the 1970s. Upgraded to a bigger room on check in. I was the only one staying on the floor. TV is a smart TV! Great location 2 blocks from the river. Walk to many restaurants.
Dog barking from the restaurant down below. Cooking smells from a nearby restaurant made me close the window at times. Couldn't pay with American Express. Not the first time that's happened in Danang.

The Staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and functional.
the breakfast was mediocre to say the least. It's covid time so I understand you choose ahead but when it came it was really bad.
