A good hotel at an affordable price and in a useful location for getting around by foot.

Location was convenient and allowed accessing local foods and attractions mostly by foot or a cheap Grab ride. Breakfast was average. In comparison as to what is available in the immediately surrounding shops, the breakfast menu could benefit from some higher quality and impressive offerings.

The staff is professional and hospitable.

Breakfast is good. The roads in this neighborhood are not well-maintained. A little further away from the river than I imagined.

The price for what I got...

Someone telling me that I should tip some sertin people.. I had $7 or $8 USA dollars I felt on the night stand. I didn't take it with me because it's not there currency.. came back to a note thanks for the tip..

Pleasant

Location of hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The first room had a leaking air con, they reacted quickly and moved us to another room.

The room was small for the type is was, the air con unit was very noisy.

Good for our one-night stay.

We only stayed for one night, so it's difficult to judge everything. The room was clean and adequate and the location good for the Han River and Dragon Bridge. We had a nice city view from the 15th floor. The staff were helpful and professional.

The shower spray and its temperature were difficult to control and the plug in the washbasin didn't work.

The hotel was generally good. The room was nice and spacious.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. We got complimentary massages in the spa with our room. They weren’t the best so I wouldn’t recommend going to the spa.

Exceptional

Great rooms, big and clean, staff are amazing. Breakfast has a good variety. Location is pretty central in Da Nang, easy and fast to get around by Grab, or short walk to riverside, restaurants and bridges.

A good choice for a transiting family or business travel

The Sanouva Executive Room is very spacious and bright with two bedrooms, and was just perfect for our family for an overnight stay close to the airport while in transit through Da Nang. Very good breakfast with a wide choice. We enjoyed the room wecome (fruits), too. Polite and attentative staff.

One chair in the living room would need repairs/replacement. But generally the rooms were nice and tidy.

Home away from home

Front desk staff and bellboy the best. Special mention to Lua for her positivity and effervescent personality. Pool and view from pool awesome. Breakfast a good selection. Liked the neighbourhood. Felt like home away from home.

the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in

great location in downtown Danang, 5 min walk to the pink cathedral. really loved the rooftop pool and the hotel is beautiful. room was spotless, large and the bed was soooo comfy.

Location was great for markets and walking to Han River for food etc

The shower was at fixed height only reaching stomach height and over a bath with a big step. Not ideal if you don't have good mobility. The restaurant had many items unavailable from their menu, so limited choices.

the location is really good, very close to the famous church.

I booked a charter taxi from Danang to Hoian. during this journey for some reason driver and car has been changed without any notices from hotel side. this caused me a lots of confusion.

Very nice room. Good shower. Breakfast buffet was decent. Helpful staff, always friendly. Nice open air pool on roof, small but was empty for us. Good location.

Good location- walking distance from the dragon bridge and night markets. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The staff at the Sanouva are exceptional- so joyful and friendly and the hotel itself is very well looked after.The breakfast is very good and the location handy for going anywhere.

Outstanding!!! A definite must stay upon my next visit to Da Nang!

My whole 5 days stay was excellent - from start to finish! The large corner room on the 9th floor with fabulous views of the city, including the Han river & the Dragon Bridge. The ambiance of the lobby & the attention to detail throughout cannot be faulted! However, the top marks must go towards customer service to all the staff - with particular mention to CAM VAN who simply was outstanding!

Great place & friendly staff.

The location, staff & breakfast was great. The facilities were beautiful. The lobby interior was so immaculate.

The downside was the Laundry service. I requested laundry to be done & return the same day. Most of the returned laundry was not fully dry & still wet, when contacted the front desk they apologize & had it done again. Upon checkout, we received a bill for this which we were not aware of and did not sign for it. The laundry staff came down & claimed it was another lot for the same day which I advised them I did not request for this one. It was the same one we had advised the laundry staff to redo. So ensure you have authorized Laundry service or they can mistakenly charge you again. Other than that everything else was excellent.
