Do not stay here, the photos don’t represent the property.

I liked checking out 20 minutes after checking in. I didn’t stay in the property because the quality of the property as a whole. I wouldn’t swim in the pool for fear of catch a disease. The sheets on the beds were dirty. I spoke to receptionist and was unable to get a refund as a result I just left and luckily found a much nicer property.

Everything pretty much, I can’t find anything nice to say.

Lovely hotel, great room and view, terrible breakfast.

The room was great. Very clean, tidy and organised. The staff were extremely helpful with our needs and went above and beyond assisting with local insight on places to visit in the city. The top floor view is beautiful with a lovely pool.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The food at the buffet did not taste good. When compared to the other (less fancy) hotels we stayed in throughout our Vietnam trip, the breakfast was by far the worst. Furthermore, there were loads of fruit flies around the breakfast area, which was quite offputting.

Hotel was good Manager was very nice man they cleaned room every day 1 km walk from hotel to Danang Beach had 24/7 Mart very good and cheap few shops up on same side of hotel

The Breakfast was not good all Asian food and lots of Asian Bus Tours Stayed no good restaurant near by had to walk to fine them if they made some more western food like scramble eggs cereal perfect

Perfect!

The hotel is new and clean, rooms are spacious, breakfast menu changes everyday, the staffs are very helpful and we are quite surprised that all the extra services booked via the hotel are actually cheaper than we booked ourselves. The services we get are way more valued than the price we paid to stay here. Recommended.

I love staying in this hotel although there were some hiccups during check in

1. Value for money. 2. Variety of free asian breakfast. 3. Location is superb, about 10 minutes to beach walking distance and 20 minutes to Dragon bridge waling distance. 4. Welcome drink provided. 5. Provided free drinking water bottle, tea and coffee in the room. 6. Clean room and comfortable mattress. 7. Free wifi 8.Room come with window view 9. Clean swimming pool 10. Helpful receptionist when I wanted to request for transfer arrangement from hotel to airport. 11. There is a convenient store next to the hotel which can buy snack and drink easily. 12. There is also an affordable delicous restaurant next to the hotel which have many local patrons.

1. We were given different room type from what we paid for the booking during check in. We booked for (a) one triple room with 3 king size beds (b) one apartment with one room come with 2 king size beds and another room with 2 single size beds. However, we were provided (a) 1 twin sharing king size beds (b) 1 apartment with 1 room with king size bed, 1 single bed and another room with 1 king size bed only. Thanks to the one staff that managed to provide us the correct room finally after checking although the hotel was full on the day we checked in. 2. One lift was out of order but was quickly repaired

Staff was amazing, check in was super quick. The hotel manager was really friendly and helpful, and rooms were modern and very clean.

While breakfast was ok it had very few vegetarian options, food was not labelled.

Great memorable and valued stay.

The staff, buffet and room were very accommodating and comfortable. The rooftop pool is very relaxing and has a great view.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We could store our luggage in reception after checking out.

There was no hot water first day. The staff couldn't speak english so the communication wasn't really good. Pool was all green, so not even chance of trying it. Breakfast was simple and they did not refill food.

Simple breakfast. Noise everywhere: from the road even at 1AM and we were at 12th floor, from the other rooms, from the air conditioning itself. Plenty of hair when we checked in the room, and the drainage in the bathtub got plenty of hair too.

Great Hotel

Nice room, as in the photos. Everything is good. Nice staff, quick check in. The view from the room is exceptional, we woke up everyday with the room filled with light. You can go to the center of Da Nang very easily and just take 1 - 2 minutes walk to the beach

Great staff with large rooms

The best thing for Roliva was kindness of staffs. They were trying to communicate with us. The room was big enough for 5 people, and supply of towels were nice.

I think this hotel is especially for Group tourist of Chinese. So every morning and night, the lobby was crowded. And for breakfast buffet... it was way poor than my expectations.

Good & comfortable stay

Nice spacious room, with comfortable bed. Good size Tv & everything you need. Staff really friendly. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. Good location 5 minute walk from shopping mall which was handy. Also close enough to walk to the beach.

Pool area couldn’t of been used as there was a broken tile, which is extremely dangerous. Also cant sunbathe or get to the sun loungers without walking through the freezing cold pool (very weird). Very average breakfast. Warm milk served that i had to have with my cereal. Also not much choice of continental food.
