Perfect for a nice stop over

Very nice staff, stayed up late for us so we could check in. They are very attentive, Tam was very lovely as well.

Very dissapointing stay. The only positive thing was the location

The location was very good

The room was not clean. There were stains everywhere. We found lots of ants in our bed (at lest 30 before we fell asleep), the AC remote’s battery died in the middle of the night so we couldn’t turn it off. And we booked a Deluxe room with balcony to be able to enjoy the view and what we got was super disappointing since the balcony comes with 2 room’s AC units and a big tree. I am attaching the photo of our balcony.

Good for money paid

Location was good, by the river and dragon bridge. Big bathroom and good shower.

Room had a very small window which faced a wall. Couldn’t open the curtains as they were fixed shut. We were locked out of our room before midday on check-out, and were made to feel like we’d checked out late but we still had time.

Wonderful & Recommended for budget travellers and gives you the feeling of luxury.

We had a very spacious room with a view of the river side and Golden dragon bridge. Good location around with lots of restaurants walking distance + point a market to shop. The Staff was very supportive throughout my stay and also guided us on the nearby areas to explore. We separately also booked a tour from this hotel and they arranged it well. I can surely say that the hotel name says it all. They surely made us happy all day ☺️.

Location is good. Near Market , Dragon Bridge Staff is friendly

My room's air conditioning isn't very cool, but there's a fan in the room, so I turn on both the fan and the air conditioning.

한강 옆 중앙에 위치합니다. 공항과 매우 가깝습니다. 주변에 한국 매장이 많이 있어요. 위치는 관광에 매우 적합합니다. 주변에 맛있는 식당이 많아요. 전문적이고 열정적인 직원. 방은 깨끗하고 통풍이 잘됩니다.

Удобное расположение: в центре, рядом с рекой Хан, рядом с аэропортом, рынком и другими развлечениями, ресторанами и развлекательными заведениями. Профессиональный и увлеченный персонал. Спа здесь очень расслабляющий и комфортный. Номер простой, но чистый, хороший Wi-Fi.

Гараж немного тесноват, но охранник помог мне вынести машину из подвала, так что о перемещении машин можно было не беспокоиться.

Poorly place

The rooms stings, and are not in best conditions specially for the price that you pay. I had to ask to change my room as I didn't feel comfortable and is wasn't window, so I pay the difference and I get upgrade the room. The another room was a bit better but wasn't in the best conditions neither and still stings, hot water poorly working. The staff wasn't that friendly. The location is perfect just in front of the dragon bridge.

Just a location of the hotel

It's right on the street, but rooms are dirty. Walls have strains like dirty hands have been rubbed on. Aircon doesn't work so good. Service is alright but hygiene is 1/5 ... It was a very disappointing experience At first we got a room where we found they had not even cleaned the room so they shifted to another room , that room was ok but still not satisfied ac was not working properly when we complaint for that the receptionist told us its in all room you will get the same issues ...Also please check which room has window big one or balcony ...as major of the rooms don't have window .. also bed of the rooms have hard mattresses... So overall rating Value for money - 1/5 Location - 5/5 Service - 1/5 Cleanliness - 1/5
