Washclothes, towels and paper towels - we need more. Remotes for air conditioners needed new batteries, need new coffee pot. The air conditioner in the small bedroom was VERY noisy. Body wash for showers?
Location was great!!! The balcony was wonderful and internet was good - a great place to stay!

Spoiler alert: We got robbed by someone invading the room while we were out. If someone can climb onto the patio, and that is known to management, it would have helped for us to know!
Our visit was going well. The place looked like the pictures. Air conditioning was refreshing during the extreme heat in Athens. It was 105º F (40º C)!
We reported two issues to management:
1. The bedroom door handle was loose. We worried about getting stuck in the room in an emergency.
2. The shower head was not spraying properly.
Management quickly got in touch. They sent maintenance to fix the door. Then they came back to replace the shower nozzle. All was good.
Then things got bad.
We left for dinner. We came back and my wife immediately noticed that her Apple Watch which was charging in the bedroom was missing. The charger was there and still plugged in. We immediately contacted management via VRBO. We looked at Find My Device. We saw that the device was near an address a few KM from our apartment. We asked management if they knew anyone in that area. They said no. We said we can only imagine there was a break-in. We both agreed to contact police. The front door to the building was frequently propped open due to construction on other apartments. Management asked if we locked the patio. I did not know for sure if it was locked or not. I usually lock door out of habit even at home in safe places. Police only gave us a loss report.
Be sure you lock up if you stay! It could be worse.

The huge terrace and incredible Acropolis views made this stay absolutely amazing. The apartment was wonderful and was a great location for exploring all of Athens ancient wonders.

We spent two nights at this rental and it was great! The view is just gorgeous and it's in an area that is central to seeing lots of famous sites that were on our list. The AC works amazingly well and we really enjoyed our stay! Giolena was super responsive and helpful with airport transportation! I would definitely return to this spot again!

We enjoyed our short stay in Athens. R apartment was well equipped, excellent air-conditioning (Athens was HOT) and the location could not have been better. We were able to walk to the Acropolis, the Segway tour, the Plaka and more. Sixth floor access with a small elevator meant some extra walking, not that would not deter us from returning. The host was great... Simple instructions and ready process.

This property has it all- great location, fantastic view of the Acropolis, comfy beds, equipped kitchen, and attentive management. The balcony is enormous, and it was hard to leave that view and go tour the city. The apartment is on the 6th floor, accessible by stairs or elevator, and the neighbors are mostly very quiet businesses. If I had to find on single area of improvement, the showers could use more pressure, but I assume that's an issue throughout the city.
This is the perfect place for a larger group of friends or family who want to have a place to crash together. The living room also overlooks the Acropolis, we never turned on the TV because who would with that view! We were a group of 6 and had plenty of room to relax.
There are many fantastic restaurants and bars nearby, adding to the perfection of this location.

If you stay here you will quickly fall deeply in love with Athens. We enjoyed stunning views of Acropolis at all times of the day and night. There are numerous wonderful local shops and restaurants and a marketplace within easy walking distance from the property. We took a private tour and our driver picked us up right outside and took us to all of the best local sites. This was our second visit to Athens. The cuisine was incredible, the people were wonderful and the accommodations were exceptional. We would definitely like to stay again.

The good: The views are absolutely stunning and as advertised. The location is excellent with many great restaurants within walking distance. The place is pretty clean, open and the deck is awesome especially at night
The bad: 3rd room is pretty noisy with the fan in that room. Only a couple towels were provided for the whole stay. The sink backed up, and we got no reply. We were provided an incorrect address in an email and it cost us €37 to go to a wrong address when we got there. Make sure you have the correct address.
The ugly: The Hella meals had the wrong address and took an hour and a half and when it came it was the nastiest breakfast we’ve ever had. My son and I ate the pancakes and we both got a stomachache
In all, the property was amazing and we would stay there again so despite some of those issues, I would still have to give it five stars.

You will not believe your first view of Athens as you walk through the door. Beautiful, clean and owner was easy to communicate with. Walk to much of Athens best. Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed the view of the Acropolis location was great for shopping place was clean and had everything we needed including shampoo, coffee and water. There were only 4 of us but could hold 6 very comfortable. Patio was a big plus for evenings and morning coffee. Pizza and groceries just around corner. Would definitely recommend for view alone but beds were comfortable too.

The perfect base in Athens!
My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was perfect for our crowd of three adults and one toddler. I'll be dreaming about the stunning view for years! We loved spending every evening sitting outside enjoying cocktails, card games, and the stunning Acropolis. I was concerned about the tiny elevator, but it was just fine (even with our stroller). We'll definitely be back here as soon as possible!

Great apartment in a great location with an amazing view
Two couples rented this apartment for 3 nights after enjoying a Viking Ocean Cruise that ended in Athens. The host arranged for a transfer from the Piraeus port to the apartment which was helpful. Our driver stayed with us and communicated with the company to find out how to gain access to the apartment. Giota arrived about 20 minutes after we arrived and gave us keys and a quick review. We were early so we left our bags to go explore and return after cleaning at 14:00. Giota was a great contact during our stay. The apartment is located on the 6th floor. There is a two person lift and we were grateful for luggage transfer. The apartment is as advertised on VRBO. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast prep and evening starters on the balcony. The towel supply was limited (and I forgot to pack wash cloths, which are not typically used in Europe). Each bedroom has an air con unit as does the living/kitchen space. The balcony was a great place for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. We found the remote for the awning the last day. The awning would have made the balcony even more enjoyable. Others mentioned the lighting on the balcony as a sleep deterrent but it did not bother any of us. We found the curtains to have plenty of darkness. We also were not bothered by street noise, There are markets nearby for water, coffee, etc. You are very close to the Acropolis metro stop (with many restaurants and coffee shops), the Plaka, Zeus Temple, Hardrian’s gate, etc. really, the location is amazing. We would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Athens.

Solid location and view
Unexpectedly modern apartment in basic, mulituse building with picture-perfect view of the Acropolis. Less than 10 min walk to major area sights, plentiful restaurants, etc.
Great, quiet space with outstanding balcony with views and excellent A/C (important especially in summer). Only downsides were somewhat limited hot water, occasional ant presence in kitchen area if food not fully enclosed, and no microwave for convenience heating. Manager very responsive and helpful.
Overall recommended for families (without young children) who do not plan to cook but want great access to sites and restaurants.

In the heart of everything!
What a lovely rental home! Our party of six (three couples) found the accommodations to be perfect -- clean, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to see. And speaking of "seeing"… the view from the private deck simply cannot be beat. The Parthenon is splendidly showcased at night ... a pool of warm yellow light surrounds the entire Acropolis, making it a gorgeous focal point. If you’re like us, you'll definitely want to spend some quality time out there, preferably with a good bottle of local wine and some tasty takeaway food!

Athens Apartment
The apartment is very good and views just like the advertised photos. The linen was of good quality and the beds firm but good. Take an eye mask with you as the verandah has lights on all night and with no way to turn them off they light up the two front bedrooms which was a bit frustrating. The apartment is close walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The apartment feels safe and is accessed through a security door from the road. There is a very small lift to help you get to the 5th floor or you can take the stairs. The property manager was very helpful and organised us transfers from the airport. I would recommend this apartment

Great Location !
This property was perfect for our family of 5. The location was great, close to the Plaka district and walking distance to most sites. The owner met us when we arrived from the airport and explained things to us. The apartment was clean, spacious and had a great balcony with a perfect view of the Acropolis !

We shared this apartment with another couple. The place was clean and well appointed. It was walking distance to all the major attractions in central Athens. The showers worked well and the beds were comfortable.

Modern apartment w big balcony w fantastic view. From the street level the building is not impressive, w a small old elevator to get to the 6th floor apt. But upon opening the apt door the it is better than the pictures

Excellent location
You can't beat the view! The apartment is very well located. It is close to transit, groceries and the pedestrian streets around the Acropolis and into the Plaka. The Acropolis Museum is a five minute walk. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate area.
The apartment was clean and very comfortable for our family. It would also be well suited to a group with couples as there are 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.
There is some street noise. It is on a very busy street so we did not utilize the balcony as much as we thought we might.
Overall we had an excellent experience here and would highly recommend it.

We were 5 girls staying in the best appartment - ever!!
We are super satisfied with our stay! The penthouse was clean, well equipped, good beds, nice bathrooms, and the best view of Akropolis.
The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions.
We had some questions during our stay, and Spyros responded promtly.
All in all, we recommend this penthouse.

fantastic apartment in a central Athens location
this apartment is centrally located to the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and the Plaka neighborhood, mere blocks from each. The interior is brand new with comfortable beds and clean kitchen and bathrooms. AC works well. The views from inside and from the balcony are priceless, with the sunset the highlight of the apartment.
The only thing I would change is that the glass railing outside is illuminated all night - I'm unable to sleep with abundant light so have to close the shades tight. Even with them closed, lots of light crept in. Ideally, I'd have left them open to view the Acropolis all night. In the scheme of things, this is minor but important for me.
Thanks much!

Wonderful view of the Acropolis!
This apartment was clean, modern and had a huge balcony with a retractable awning. One entire wall of the apartment consisted of floor to ceiling windows so there were mesmerizing views of the Acropolis and a lot of the city from every room. Our hosts were attentive and helpful when we had questions. The location was great for us as main attractions such as the Acropolis, Acropolis museum, Plaka, Monastiraki Square, Syntagma Square, Ermou Street, Pnyx, many shops, restaurants were all within 5-15 minutes walking distance. Given its central location and being on a busy avenue, we could hear traffic sounds even that high up. Although this may affect light sleepers it did not bother us and we viewed it as part of being in the city. My family (including 2 teenage boys) had a wonderful time in this apartment and we would highly recommend it to anyone!

Menser/Knapp Family Stay
Love the view. We all really liked the balcony long table at night Would highly recommend to others. Fixed AC problem quickly- very responsive. Great little restaurant across the street for breakfast, called "IF". We were allowed to store our luggage in the apartment when we arrived early and when we stayed 2 hours beyond check out, made Athens memorable and pleasant-thank you. Also, really appreciated owner arranging pick-up from airport to apartment (80 euros for 6 people and luggage) and also from apartment to the port(60 eruos). Apartment served 6 people nicely. Only negative, elevator small and not the greatest- but we managed. Thanks again for making our stay in Athens great - what a view!! John and Jean

Best view in Athens and great location. Wonderful condo!
Three couples stayed in this condo very comfortably. We were continually awed by the spectacular view. I cried at the top of the Acropolis to have made this Dream Come True visit and this condo was the icing on the cake. We drank our wine on the large balcony as we savored our cheese and crackers at sunset and watched them lower the Greek flag from the mount. Then in the morning we would sip our coffee on the balcony as the flag was raised on the sunny day. Spyros was very accommodating and attentive in helping us check in and with arranging transport to the airport..The washing machine was a plus that we appreciated. Loved this place and would recommend it highly!!!

Absolutely fabulous!
Three couples had a wonderful experience in this ultra modern, beautiful apartment. The location was ideal - walking distance to great restaurants and the Parthenon. The apartment is very bright and airy and the views were phenomenal. The host was very attentive, called to the US before our departure, and had someone greet us at the apartment when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property. All six of the people who stayed there enjoyed every minute there. It was perfect.

Million Dollar View!
Wonderful experience!
Host was great to work with, very efficient with communications and flexible, allowing us to store our luggage in the apartment after our due checkout time. Fantastic location, walking distance to all major areas of interest. Apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished and accommodated our family of 2 elderly seniors, 2 seniors and two teenagers perfectly.
Outstanding views!
It was was the week of Christmas during our stay and our host had thoughtfully placed a very tasteful, live holiday decoration in the apartment for us to enjoy, this small touch, was very much appreciated by us all.
We used the offered car hire services for transportation to and from the airport. Our driver, was most professional, courteous and on time, supplying most welcomed bottles of water after our arrival flight. Also flexible, as we had a fairly "last minute" pick up time change for our return ride to the airport. Fee was as advertised.
Just a couple of issues that effected me personally:
The elevator.......small, accommodating 2 adults comfortably, 3 at a squish! as I suffer from claustrophobia climbing the stairs to the six floor was my choice. The apartment was worth the climb!
Street noise......the two larger bedrooms have amazing views of the Acropolis, but, they do however, back onto a very busy street. This was not an issue for the other adults in the group, but for me personally, bearing in mind that I am a very "Light" sleeper, my sleep was disturbed.
I regret not having brought some ear plugs with me.
As I said before, these were just two "personal" issues!
I do suggest placing a dustpan and broom in the apartment, (maybe there was one, but we just did not find it!)
I highly recommend staying at this apartment!
